Abstract

This study aims to determine the fundamental and technical analysis of stock price movements between before and during the covid-19 pandemic in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The approach used in this research is quantitative research. The total population used is 15 banking companies that are included in the infobank index15 of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that 9 banking companies were selected as samples. The variables used in this study include Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), and Earning Per Share (EPS) as a company's fundamental analysis tool, and stock price and trading volume variables as a company's technical analysis tool. Based on research that has been carried out through hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test, the results show that there are significant differences in LDR, ROA, ROE, BOPO, and stock prices of banking companies between before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, in CAR, EPS and trading volume of banking companies, no significant differences were found between before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Technological developments in the industrial era brought many changes, especially in the world of work. This study aims to determine the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the company's operational changes to the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Gunung Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) The resource person in this study is the head of the production division. Researchers used 10 research items to see how the impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution that occurred in the company's operational changes on the development of human resources in the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa (Luckystar) Gresik. The data collection technique used in this research is to make observations, interviews, and documentation. What is done indirectly is the researcher with the head of the production division and the state of human resources in the production division environment considering the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic that occurred. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0 provides negative and positive changes with the development of technology given to the operations of the production division of PT. Mount Agung Sentosa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, features, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions with a case study on Xiaomi smartphone consumers in Lamongan Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on coincidence, namely consumers who coincidentally/incidentally meet with researchers in the population, which then obtained 96 samples. The results obtained from the research conducted indicate that brand image has a negative effect on purchasing decisions, this is inversely proportional to other results that features have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, price perceptions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. price perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio in the pharmaceutical companies listed in the Indonesia stock exchange In the period 2017-2020 The method used is purposive sampling and obtained as many as 8 company. Technical analysis used multiple linier regression. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio together have a significant effect on the price book value with an R Square of 60.9%. While individually, Return On Equity has a negative and insignificant effect on price book value, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have a positive and significant effect on price book value

Abstract

Socah Village is located in Socah District, Bangkalan Regency. Housewives in Socah Village are very productive because so many home industries are developing, especially the production of snacks. One of them is Sewel. The advantages of Sewel Cinta are tasty with the addition of chili paste and peanuts. To achieve high employees performance, a non-physical work environment is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Non-Physical Work Environment on the Employees Performance. It uses a quantitative approach, with the entire population as respondents as many as 25 employees. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that: 1) Supervision (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y). 2) Work Atmosphere (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y). 3) Reward System (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employees.. 4) Good Treatment (X4) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y).. 5) Safety (X5) has a positive and significant effect on employees performance (Y 6) Supervision (X1), Work Atmosphere (X2), Reward System (X3), Good Treatment (X4), and Safety (X5) have a simultaneous effect on employees performance (Y).

Abstract

This study takes an the property company, PT. Surya Persada Sentosa is one of the companies implementing a fairly strict reward and punishment system. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a survey of the respondents from employees of PT. Surya Persada Sentosa. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling method with 48 respondents which is analyzed using Path analysis. The results of this study are (1) Reward partially (individually) has a significant effect on the employee performance which can be seen at a significance value of t α, that is (0.001 0.05). (2) Punishment partially (individually) has a significant effect on employee performance which can be seen at (0.009 0.05). (3) Reward partially (individually) has a significant effect on productivity which can be seen a significance value of t α, which is (0,018 0.05). (4) Punishment partially (individually) has a significant effect on productivity with a significance value of t α, which is (0,032 0.05) (5) productivity partially (individually) has a significant effect on the employee performance that is (0.000 0.05). (6)Reward through productivity  simultaneously (together) has a significant effect on employee performance which can be seen with a significance value of t α, that is (0,000 0.05 ) (6) Punishment through productivity  simultaneously (together) has a significant effect on employee performance which is (21,228 2,82) with a significance value of t α, that is (0,000 0.05)

Abstract

CV. Pesona Sakti is a company in construction services. It has a very tight competition, CV. Pesona Sakti has had commitment and powerd by improving the employees performance. This study analyzes the effect of the work environment, motivation, and selfefficacy on employees performance during the covid-19 pandemic. The independent variables are work environment, motivation and self-efficacy and the dependent variable is employees performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaires and the data analyzes using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the work environment has a  positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 2.517 and the significance value is 0.015 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 4.120 and the significance value ois 0.000 0.05. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a value is 2.109 and the significance value is 0.040 0.05. Simultaneously, the work environment, motivation, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the employees performance with a value is 44,4692.81 and the significance value is 0.0000.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential and problems experienced by Eduwisata Garam Madura. These potentials and problems can be analyzed using a SWOT analysis. from the analysis, it can be found strategies that can be applied in Eduwisata Garam Madura. Strategies that can be applied include utilizing the concept of edutourism by making the destination attractive to visit and providing river crossing facilities and adding instagramable selfie spots so that consumers are loyal, utilizing the e-salt concept by providing affordable prices to attract the attention of new visitors, and completing area facilities. ample parking and transportation to minimize customers switching to new competitors and visitors can visit Eduwisata Garam Madura.

Abstract

Tourism is one sector that is considered to have an important role in the development of a country and region. This research was conducted to determine the effect of location, promotion, and price on customer satisfaction of Tirto Segiri nature tourism. The independent variables studied were location (X1), promotion (X2), and price (X3), while the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory method. The population in this study were all visitors to Setigi nature tourism from 2019 to 2020. The results showed that there was a positive effect of the location variable on the customer satisfaction variable, there was a positive influence of the promotion variable on the customer satisfaction variable, there was a positive effect of the price variable on the customer satisfaction variable, and there is a joint positive effect of location, promotion, and price variables on customer satisfaction variables.

Abstract

Effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Solvency on Dividend Policy in Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2020.  Under the guidance of  Drs.  Bambang Sudarsono, MM.This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and solvency variables on dividend policy in automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2020.The approach used in this research is quantitative research.  The number of samples in this study were 7 companies.  The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing statistical t-test and statistical f-test.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that liquidity and profitability have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while solvency has no effect on dividend policy, but liquidity, profitability and solvency have a simultaneous positive and significant effect on dividend policy.
