Abstract

This study has an objective to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share either partially or simultaneously on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. This study is conducted using quantitative method with secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are 39 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sample in this study are 11 food and beverage companies that have been determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis from the t statistical test or partially, the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient value of 8.401 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05, Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices with a coefficient value of 1.275 and a significance level of 0.207 0.05. Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient value of 7.876 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the results of data analysis from the f statistical test show the value of Fcount of 54.966 with the obtained probability value is smaller than alpha, which is 0.000 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained in this study is 0.727 or 72.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether fundamental and technical variables have an effect either partially or simultaneously on stock returns in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population selected in this study were 47 companies banking companies, the sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained 30 companies that meet the criteria. The variables used in this study are EPS, DER, CR, TVA and stock prices as independent variables, stock returns as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing in this study used t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) with SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) application tools. The results of this study prove that: (1) The results of fundamental analysis testing which include indicators of EPS, DER and CR indicate that the fundamental variables have no significant negative effect onstock returns (2) The results of technical analysis tests which include indicators of Stock Trading Volume (TVA) and Price Stocks show that technical variables have a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. (3) Simultaneous test results show that EPS, DER, CR, Stock Trading Volume (TVA) and Stock Prices simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decrease in the number of visitors to Taman Ghanjaran Tourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tourist facilities, promotions, and prices on the interest of visiting tourists. The sub ject of this research is visitors to Ghanjaran Park. This type of research uses quantitative methods using prim ary data and secondary data. The sam pling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire that has b een tested for validity and reliab ility. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study using the t-test showed that the tourist facilities variable affected the interest in visiting tourists, the promotion variable not affected the interest in visiting tourists, and the price variable affected the interest in visiting tourists. The joint results (f test) show that the variab les of tourist facilities, prom otions, and prices have a significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems that exist in Ecotourism 1000 Mangrove Lembung. The problems that are being faced by members of the Green Belt Pokdarwis are the decrease of knowledge, skills, creativity and attitudes in managing and developing Ecotourism 1000 Mangrove Lembung and the decrease in utilizing the potential of mangrove forests because they are still lazy to participate in training. This study aims to describe Pokdarwis efforts in increasing training and utilizing local potential as a development strategy and it can improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Pokdarwis members in Ecotourism 1000 Mangrove Lembung. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive research type and using case studies. The data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation, and the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, and confirmability tests. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as proposed by Miles and Huberman in Hamzah. The conclusions of this study are : 1) After attending training the performance of Pokdarwis members is getting better in utilizing local potential, it can be seen from the awareness of members of the Green Belt Pokdarwis in educating the community about maintaining cleanliness in Ecotourism 1000 Mangrove Lembung, and Green Belt Pokdarwis facilitating UMKM in surrounding community by providing places to introduce their production, namely mangrove coffee, mangrove tea, mangrove syrup and provide supporting facilities for tourists to travel, 2) In the management and development of Ecotourism 1000 Mangrove Lembung the performance of Pokdarwis members is getting better after attending training, in terms of knowledge Pokdarwis members are aware of tourist cleanliness so that the tour looks clean and beautiful, in terms of skills it starts to look good, the arrangement of photo spots, the views and the supporting facilities, as well as the attitude of all members that is already friendly and the service is really serves the visitors who come to this tour.

Abstract

In this study there are 4 variables, namely Social Media, Brand Image, Purchase Decision, and Consumer Motivation as a Mediation or Intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents as many as 97 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media and brand image on purchasing decisions through consumer motivation on ikat weaving CV Silvi MN Paradila Lamongan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return on equity, return on assets, price earning ratio, net profit margin, debt to equity ratio on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. both partially and simultaneously. The number of suitable samples is 27 companies. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data with data sources coming from the company's financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method with certain criteria. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. From the results of the F test research shows that Return On Equity, Return On Assets, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). which means it is accepted and the results of the t test show that Return On Equity, Return On Assets have a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Return. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Return, and Price Earning Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

The current digital era encourages competition in all fields. One of them is the service industry in the tourism sector, namely rail transportation. Under these conditions, human resources are required to run well in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the KAI company. PT. EMPAT PUTERA UTAMA BERSAMA SURABAYA has employees where the employees are human resources who have individual behavior or interpersonal skills that belong to a scope known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior aimed at improving the quality of the company. This study has an objective to determine the effect of servant leadership and empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior through work discipline as an intervening variable at PT. EMPAT PUTERA UTAMA BERSAMA SURABAYA. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior because the lack of a leader's role in showing more attention to all employees and is considered to be different from one employee to another employee in the company. Empowerment has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership has a significant effect on the mediating variable, namely work discipline. Empowerment has a significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

Based on the results of partial research, the event marketing variable shows that the t-count value is 4.499 t table 1.985, and the significance value is 0.000 or 0.05, it can be concludedvariable event has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in e- commerce Shopeevariable event shows that the t arithmetic value is 4.499 t table 1.985, and the significance value is 0.000 or 0.05, so it can be concluded that the event marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Shopee e-commerce. The service quality variable shows that the t-count value is 3.370 t table 1.985, and the significance value is 0.001 or 0.05, it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in e- commerce ShopeeBased on the simultaneous test, the significance value is 0.010 0.050 and F arithmetic F table is 4.887 3.093. So it can be concluded that the event marketing variable and the service quality variable jointly affect the buying interest variable in e- commerce Shopee

Abstract

The study about the phenomenon during the pandemic, that there is a change in the work system which the work of employees who are usually done in the office can do their work from home (WFH). It means employees no longer need to come the office and face-to-face meetigs with others. Work activities for employees in government agencies are attendance at the office wearing uniforms, and making it with the working hours that have been determined.The aim was to determine the implementation of WFH in improving the employees performance (ASN) at the Surabaya Flight Polytechnic. This type of research uses qualitative research. This study involved 6 people as research subjects or informants. Representative techniques were used in determining the informants in this study. The results indicate that many employees feel uncomfortable with the implementation of WFH, employees performance becomes less than optimal due to limited facilities at home, while obstacles in implementing WFH regarding network constraints are one of the obstacles to WFH implementation. Keywords: WFH, and Performance.
