Abstract

Poverty is a problem faced by every country, including Indonesia. The percentage of poor people in Indonesia is still concentrated in rural areas. The government seeks to reduce inequality between regions, Village Funds, Village Fund Allocations, and School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditures are one of the programs made by the government to reduce inequality and poverty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Village Fund, Village Fund Allocation, School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditure and the Human Development Index to reduce district poverty levels in Central Java Province. This research is quantitative in nature using secondary data in the form of panel data from 2018-2020 processed with the EViews 10 program. The results show that the Village Fund has a negative and insignificant effect on reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -28,266. Allocation of Village Funds has a negative and significant effect in reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -955,748. School Operational Assistance Grant Expenditure has a negative and significant effect in reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -3.477. The Human Development Index has a negative and significant effect on reducing poverty with a coefficient value of -0.229.

Abstract

Every company must present financial statements as a true source of information. This information is useful for knowing whether the company’s financial performance is good or bad. Performance measurement can be done using a ratio measuring instrument. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of debt to equity ratio, total aset turnover, current ratio, working capital turnover and sales growth on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Indicators used to measure the company’s financial performance are debt to equity ratio, total aset turnover, current ratio, working capital turnover, and sales growth. While financial performance as the dependent variable. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling using certain criteria on the financial statements of manufacturing companies in Indonesia for the 2016-2018 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that total aset turnover and working capital turnover had affect the financial performance of a company. While debt to equity ratio, curent ratio, and sales growth has no effect on the company’s financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of village apparatus competence, internal control system, moral sensitivity, and organizational culture on fraud prevention in village financial management (empirical study in villages in Bansari District, Temanggung Regency). The data used in this study is primary data. The population of this research is 12 village offices in Bansari District, Temanggung Regency. While the samples in this study were the village head, village secretary, village finance chief/treasurer, and the activity driving team (TPK). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The number of samples used is 12 village offices with a total of 47 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competence of village officials and moral sensitivity affect the prevention of fraud in village financial management. While the internal control system and organizational culture have no effect on fraud prevention in village financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test fee audit, audit tenure, CPA size, audit rotation and audit committee towards audit quality. It is a quantitative study that used secondary data from annual financial report in 2016 up to 2020. The population of this study is food and beverage company listed in BEI in 2016-2020 which was taken using purposive sampling with certain criteria. The method of data analysis is logistic regression. The result of this study shows that fee audit positively affects the quality. However, audit tenure does not affect the quality. A big CPA is believed to has the responsibility to do audit better and more precise because it has more specific connection. Audit rotation also does not affect quality audit. Although, the quantity of KAP doing the audit will not guarantee a quality audit as the result. Committee audit does not affect quality audit. The form of committee audit is just a formality of the regulations owned by POJK.

Abstract

This research is aims to analyze the relationship of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction in the textile industry. Productive employees mean employees who have good job satisfaction from good leaders. Work environment is another factor that can increase job satisfaction besides leadership style. Job satisfaction can be an indicator of the success or failure of management in a company. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, and obtained 240 research respondents based on predetermined criteria. Research data in the form of primary data by obtaining data using a print out of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that both independent variables have a positive and significant effect on dependent variable. Therefore, the fulfillment of the work environment by the company must be adjusted to existing standards and policies. Then as a leader is required to determine and apply the right leadership style in leading employees. It aims to increase employee job satisfaction and will have a considerable impact in providing good service, work quality, and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to recognize the motivation and productivity of the performance of the Islamic Elementary School Teacher (MI) Al Imanan Daarussalaam in learning in the Normal era. The main information and data sources obtained from the research subjects namely the population of 10 people, consisting of 1 Madrasah Head and 9 Teachers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive. Based on the research obtained data that: a) MI teachers have carried out online and offline learning in accordance with the capabilities of each teacher, b) the need for motivation from the head of the madrasa so that the teacher's awareness in increasing its performance can increase towards positively.

Abstract

The Medical Record Information System is a form of puskesmas management information system that can improve the quality of health services. In the medical world, recording patient medical record data is important. The medical record data is used to view the patient's medical history at the time of treatment at health facilities such as puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to design an outpatient medical record information system using the waterfall development method. The results of this research are in the form of business processes and modeling of recommendation systems which are changes from business processes, which are currently running and can be used as a reference for the next stage.

Abstract

Patient safety is an important issue in the health sector because it is one of the basic human needs. Trends in Patient Safety Incidents can be used to predict the tendency of a hospital's IKP. This study aims to describe the trend of patient safety incidents in the Pekalongan Regency Private Hospital. The design of this study used trend analysis with a retrospective longitudinal design. The research sample was patient safety incidents at the Pekalongan Regency Private Hospital in the 2009-2020 period as many as 389 cases. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument used a recapitulation sheet. Data analysis using Univariate data analysis. The results showed that the trend of patient safety incidents in one of the Pekalongan Regency Private Hospitals for the 2009-2020 period experienced an increase from 2009-2013 but then decreased in 2014. The trend of patient safety incidents has fluctuated movements since Year 2014-2020. The average patient safety incident in a private hospital in Pekalongan Regency for the 2009-2020 period was the highest in 2019 at 4.083 and the lowest in 2009 at 0.5. The highest near-injury (NCC) incidence was 179 cases (46%) and the most common type of NNC was the wrong drug/dose/prescription/route as many as 66 cases (36.87%). Recommendations for hospitals need to provide direction to the Patient Safety Team to carry out Root Case Analysis and follow-up to prevent unwanted incidents, patient safety incidents in the future.

Abstract

The prevalence of COVID-19 cases in Kebumen Regency reached 4,247 points, with details of 3,463 people recovering and 141 people dying. Confirmed cases of covid- 19 in Kebumen Regency also occurred in Islamic boarding schools. It can be called a new cluster of COVID-19 due to the lack of adherence of students to health protocols. Purposes: To find out the application of health protocols to prevent covid-19 at Al Kamal Islamic Boarding School Tambaksari Kuwarasan Kebumen. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive research design with a crosssectional approach. The population of this research was all students of Al Kamal Islamic Boarding School Tambaksari Kuwarasan, 155 respondents joined in this study, and they were chosen by random sampling technique. Data analysis was done by univariate analysis. Result: Most of the students' knowledge about COVID-19 was good category (52.9%), the behaviour of students to wear the masks was good category (49.0%), the behaviour of students to wash their hands was good category (44.5%), and of 63% students did not conduct the social distancing more than one meters. Conclusion: The health protocols as COVID-19 prevention in Al Kamal Islamic Boarding School Tambaksari Kuwarasan had been conducted where students' knowledge and wearing the mask in the good category while the social distancing more than one meter was in the poor category.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of audit tenure, previous year's audit opinion, debt default, and shopping opinion on the provision of going concern audit opinions. The population of this study was conducted in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 36 companies. The data in this study is secondary data. Giving going concern audit opinion is measured by using a dummy variable. Hypothesis testing was performed using logistic regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the previous year's audit opinion has a positive effect on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. Meanwhile, audit tenure, debt default, and opinion shopping have no effect on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion.
