Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of reverse learning or flipped learning and its application as a form of technology-based learning in improving the competence of information and communication technology (ICT) teachers.The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with data collection techniques related to a flipped learning design that has been widely applied. The results it shows are that flipped learning design learning can increase learners involvement in the learning process, and make time for material delivery more efficient. Although the constraints are still found such as limited technological equipment, and the most impede is the absence of ICT competence for teachers. The conclusion of this research is that the flipped learning design is effective enough to increase the activity of learners over conventional learning methods. Flipped learning is a learning strategy model developed from the process of implementing traditional learning. In flipped learning, students learn first with the subject matter.

Abstract

Education in the family is the first and most important environment in shaping children's character. Therefore, in the process of educating a child, both parents should have knowledge and insight about the best way to educate children, especially how to educate according to Islamic teachings, because forming a generation of righteous and righteous Muslims cannot be separated from the two main Islamic foundations. al-Quran and al-Hadith. Moving on from that, the focus of the journal issue is centered on educating children in the perspective of Islamic teachings so that they can create a generation of Muslims who are rahmatan lil alamin. Exposure in this study was analyzed qualitatively through the results of library research (library research). And the results of the study concluded that: (1) the concept of children's education in Islamic teachings is an educational concept that originates from the Qur'an and Hadith which is capable of producing generations of righteous and righteous Muslims, both individually and socially; (2) Children's education in Islamic teachings consists of several stages that must be carried out by educators or parents. To determine its success, parents/educators are required to educate children according to the development and differences in the characters they are doing; and (3) Children's education in Islam is the best method for preparing and forming the moral, spiritual, and social ethos aspects of children. This is due to the personality of Rasulullah SAW who is the best example in all respects; both in terms of worship, words and deeds.

Abstract

School leaders also have the responsibility to carry out their leadership capacity in terms of curriculum leadership or curriculum leadership. Therefore, they must have basic knowledge of learning theory and curriculum, and even more importantly a clear understanding of school culture. The tasks in curriculum leadership are quite complex and challenging tasks. Curriculum developers and school leaders must have a certain amount of technical knowledge regarding curriculum concepts, processes and content. Curriculum developers and school leaders must be proactive in obtaining and securing all the necessary resources to support the curriculum development process. They must also ensure that teachers have adequate time, opportunity and staff to implement curriculum changes.

Abstract

In the problems that occur at this time, it is found that there is a decline in morals for a student. Moral decline occurs because bad attitudes and behavior are not formed, especially in the school environment. One of the factors is the lack of hiding the value of affection for students. Affective or affective is one of the three domains that are targeted in the learning process. Affective has been a part of learning in schools for decades. It appears in many different forms such as humanist education, moral development, self-actualization, value education and others. Affect also appears as a response to various social needs, such as the widespread use of illegal drugs and promiscuity. At the age of elementary school to early middle school, generally forms of behavior that often occur in the school environment, one of which is dishonesty. The nature of honesty which is very important in life turns out to be very difficult for students to apply. this is because there is no emphasis on moral education that is based on the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The moral education in question is the values ​​of affection which become the realm in the promotion process of the affective assessment. To instill the value of affection, as an educator who plays a very important role in providing moral education, remembering that this value of affection is very important in forming good attitudes according to Islamic religious guidance.

Abstract

Responsibility is the ability to set an attitude towards an act or task that is carried out or demands for the completion of a task, responsibility not only for oneself but also for others. This study aims to determine the activities of children in an effort to increase the attitude of children's responsibility through the project method for children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten. Tarbiyatul Athfal UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. This research is a type of classroom action research which is carried out for 2 cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. The research subjects are children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Tarbiyatul Athfal Banjarmasin, totaling 13 children. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation. Data analysis uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that the results of the study on the development of children's responsible attitudes showed an increase in development, in the first cycle there were 7 children or about 53.8% who reached the category of developing according to expectations and developing very well. In the second cycle there were 11 children or about 84.62% who reached the category of developing according to expectations and developing very well. The results of achieving success indicators in cycle II have reached the expected completeness target, which is 80% of children in the complete category.

Abstract

The background in this research is a management information system for madrasas concerning the implementation and utilization for the benefit of integrated management. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kotawaringin Timur Regency has implemented a management information system to meet the needs of those who want quality education services. This requires continuous development of management information systems. The purpose of this research is to find out the management information system implemented in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kotawaringin Timur Regency with the steps of data collection, data processing and data input as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing management information systems. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of field research (field research). Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. By making administrative staff and teachers as respondents and madrasah heads as informants in obtaining data. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The stages in this research are the preliminary stage, the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the final stage. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of management information systems at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kotawaringin Timur Regency has been developed through several management information systems, namely websites, RDM, EMIS, SIMPATIKA, and ANBK which are carried out according to established procedures. Supporting factors for the management information system process at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kotawaringin Timur Regency, namely, facilities and infrastructure that support the management of management information systems, the availability of operational teams and the existence of ICT learning. The inhibiting factors for the management information system process were teachers having difficulty implementing the management information system, errors in the application system and adding data units from the central Ministry of Religion.
