Abstract

Abstract The success rate of service companies can be measured by how much the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided. Satisfaction is a gap between customer perceptions and expectations. The library is one of the vital service providers in the world of education, as is the ISTN Industrial Engineering Library. In this study the focus of the analysis is on the book lending facilities provided to students. To see the service quality system in the library system the service quality dimension is used in the "Assessment of Library Service Quality", as well as by using the Service Quality Dimension from Bery & Parasuraman. The gap calculation shows that all dimensions are negative, which means customer perceptions are not in line with their expectations. However, from the average plot dimension in the two-dimensional diagram, it was found that there are 7 variables entered in quadrant 3, which means that ISTN IT students are satisfied with library services. Abstract

Abstrak--- Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah sistem informasi akademik sangat dibutuhkan guna membantu murid serta pendidik untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi,seperti informasi mengenai data diri siswa, jadwal akademik, dan info lainnya. Jarak dan Efisiensi waktu menjadi faktor utama bagi para siswa dalam mendapatkan informasi, sering kali informasi yang tidak sampai ke pihak siswa serta keterlambatan dalam meraih informasi akademik menjadi suatu keluhan dan seiring berkembangnya tekonologi, informasi harus mudah di capai dengan mengembangkan aplikasi perangkat mobile berbasis android sebagai sarana utama informasi, khususnya dibidang akademik. Aplikasi SMART DEWAN adalah aplikasi yang di peruntukan untuk siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang di mana digunakan untuk mempermudah absensi, ujian, pembayaran dan informasi bagi siswa SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi , Sistem Informasi Sekolah, Mobile system , Android. Abstract--in an educational institution or school an academic information system is needed to help students and educators to obtain various information, such as information about student self-data, academic schedules, and other info. Distance and time efficiency are the main factors for students in getting information, often the information that does not reach the students and the delay in obtaining academic information becomes a complaint and as technology develops, information must be easily achieved by developing an Android-based mobile device application as main means of information, especially in the academic field. The SMART DEWAN application is an application intended for students of SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang which is used to facilitate attendance, examinations, payment and information for students of SMK Dewantara 2 Cikarang. Abstract

In this paper, it is explained about the design of the Vehicle Tracker tool which is useful in tracking the location of movable assets, by utilizing a GPS receiver USB receiver with a built in antenna, to get coordinates, a Raspberry as a controller and a cellular modem as a media information channel connected to the internet. The controller combines these coordinate information with digital maps obtained from Google Map servers on the internet. When the client accesses the Vehicle Tracker unit via the internet, the controller (Raspberry) provides 'real time' coordinate data along with a digital map. Testing is done by comparing it with GPS Standards with results that are still within the tolerance limit required by GPS International. Latency / delay testing to find out how long the information is sent from the device to the client results in latency / delay under 1 second. Abstract

Abstrak--Makalah ini membahas kualitas sinyal voice 3G di Gedung Mall Alam Sutera. Data yang ditampilkan dari hasil pengukuran berfungsi untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum mengenai performansi jaringan operator XL dan Telkomsel yang telah beroperasi selama 10 tahun di 5 lantai Gedung Mall Alam Sutera. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode walktest mode dedicated. Data yang disajikan berupa data logfile yang diolah menggunakan software TEMS Investigation 16 yang terdiri dari map walktest, tap overview, data collection. Parameter yang diukur adalah kualitas sinyal yang diterima mobile station (MS) berupa nilai Received Signal Code Power (RSCP) dan nilai Received Signal Strengthen Indication (RSSI).. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa prosentase sebaran RSCP, nilai RSCP, nilai RSSI, masih sangat bagus melebihi nilai KPI yang disyaratkan, dan ini berarti Jaringan 3G IBC Gedung Mall Alam Sutera masih layak untuk beroperasi. Abstract

Cooling tower is very necessary in every industry, especially in the geothermal power plant industry in the framework of implementation for efficiency and energy conversion where a tool or unit is used for circulation of cooling water. The function of the cooling tower is to process hot water into cold water, so that it can be used again. In the cooling tower specification data, the range value is 16.7 ° C, with an approach of 6.5 ° C, and with an efficiency of 71.98%. The results of the calculation of the analysis obtained a range value of 22.3 ° C, with an approach of 6.3 ° C, and with an efficiency of 77.97%. From the results of the analysis, the range, approach, and efficiency values were increased by 5.92% compared to the cooling tower specification data. Abstract

ABSTRACT : Gas Chromatography Gas Chromatography is used in various industrial fields, especially in quality control. Each brand has a gas chromatography special software provided by manufacturing. And the software can only be used in accordance with the rules. Targets the analysis results will be printed according to the format in the software. However, in the development of software today is a lot of software that can be combined or developed with software engineering, such as LabView. LabView can we develop the software - software that already exist today. Labview can simplify and speed the operator in the printing, selecting, and report the results. Efficient in the can by using LabView is more than 50%.

Abstract

The intensity total of lightning in Indonesia area, especially in West Java and Banten is quite high, above 100 times / year / 100 km2, so it requires a protection system to prevent interference from lightning strikes, one of which is the shield system. The shield systems of substations is very closely related to the shape of the switchyard. The shield system design is done by adjusting the height of the tower and the ground wire to get the optimum altitude. The definition of an optimal state in this case is limited to the situation where there is the quality that is not beyond the point of tolerance has technical and cost efficiency. Its design is taken as a comparative study between several methods, including Elektrogeometri Theory, Fixed Angle, and Empirical curve. The calculation and analysis concluded that the theory Elektrogeometri with a distance of 28 m and a high tower of 18.994 m is the best choice in the design of system optimization, compared with other theories to meet the quality criteria for distance security shield.

Abstract

This research describes the control system for the lights in smart home technology. In this case, the control system use the temperature measurements that are generated when light is on. With this control system, smart home technology users will easily find out the condition of the lights are switched on remotely or switched off. In the condition of the lights on, the temperature indication will show the value go up and in a state of light off the temperature indication will indicate a fixed value. In this research, the system will use Bluetooth technology as a media command without cable. This command will be sent from the smart phone to the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The LM 35 temperature sensor will transmit the temperature indications are legible to smartphones via Bluetooth. The application of temperature sensor is for returning a signal from the state of the lights in the smart home applications.

Abstract

Gadget is an innovation of the latest technology with better ability, the shape can be a smartphone, laptop, computers and others. To be able to operate the gadgets required in the form of battery power. When the gadget runs out of power often confused gadget users to charge the battery because in certain conditions. The purpose of this study was to design a tool to help users gadgets run out of battery in a way that is easy and affordable. This study uses the method of literature review, interviews, designing, manufacturing project, test and produce a prototype, using solar panels as power efficient supplier. When the solar panels convert solar energy into electrical energy which is stored in Cell Battery then stabilize by the stabilizer circuit and power supplied via the USB Cable and finally the battery can be charged. This function helps the user gadget in charging the battery. Not only the battery charge, the tool also serves 220 Volt electrical energy saving and environmental advisor gadget users. Gadget users can use these tools for free as there are in public facilities. The results showed that the design of the charger gadget It helps the students and the community in solving the problem of charging the battery of the gadget.

Abstract

Keterbatasan pemerintah dalam memenuhi perluasan jaringan listrik sampai ke daerah terpencil menjadikan pembangkit listrik tenaga air sebagai solusi alternatif. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut telah dilakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan pemasangan Turbin Air Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH) di Desa Palasari, Kabupaten Bogor. Turbin dirancang dengan spesifikasi mampu membangkitkan daya listrik sebesar 2.700 Watt pada putaran turbin (n) = 214 rpm, dengan tinggi efektif air (He) = 2 m dan debit aliran air (Q) = 0,2 m3/s. Untuk mengetahui kinerja turbin telah dilakukan pengujian kinerja di lokasi pemasangan. Kinerja yang dimaksud dalam kegiatan ini adalah efisiensi turbin(ƞt), yaitu perbandingan antara output berupa energi mekanik turbin dan input berupa energi potensial dan kinetik zat cair yang dalam hal ini air. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengukur debit air dan pengukuran daya turbin, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan efisiensi turbin. Pengukuran debit aliran dilakukankan dengan teknik bendungan. Daya turbin (Nt) ditentukan dengan melakukan pengukuran torsi (T) dan putaran (n) pada poros. Variasi debit air diperoleh dengan mengatur bukaan pintu pada saluran msuk. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi Head (H)= 2 m dan pembukaan pintu saluran masuk 100% tercatat debit aliran air (Q) = 0,20 m3/s daya turbin (Nt) = 2.856,14 Watt pada putaran (n) =1356,97 rpm, diperoleh efisiensi turbin (ηt) = 72,95%.
