Abstract

Abstract— Penalty is the best chance to score in a set play situation. The kicker is almost unmatched by anyone except the enemy goalkeeper who is 6 meters away from the kicker. The problem that occurs with this penalty kick is that most players are more concerned with the power of the shot compared to the direction of the ball to a point that is difficult to reach by the goalkeeper, so that many kickers fail to take kicking shots in this futsal sport. The purpose of this study is to determine a mathematical model and interpret the model obtained. This mathematical model is obtained with a range of angles defined using right triangles and trigonometric ratios. Also, the sides of the triangle are calculated using the Pythagorean theorem. Velocity is calculated using a simple projectile motion equation. The numerical method is used to find the velocity range for each corner. The result of the research is that the initial velocity of the ball is 78, 19 km / h, while the angles for each are θ = 38,14o  or  θ = 51,86o.Keyword —mathematical model, penalty kick, futsal, angel, velocity.

Abstract

Abstract-Air pollution is a change in the composition of substances in the air from normal conditions. An air is said to be polluted if a certain amount of substance that is in the air for a long period of time exceeds its safe limit. Substances that most influence the occurrence of air pollution are carbon monoxide produced by vehicles. The purpose of this research is to form a mathematical model, analyze mathematical models that have been obtained, and interpret the results of the analysis of the mathematical model. This research is a basic research, which starts from creating variables, parameters, and assumptions. Mathematical models for air pollution control are obtained by nonlinear differential equation systems. The results of the model analysis obtained a fixed point that is not stable, so that we can do air pollution prevention by the number of trees must be a lot of carbon dioxide produced from the process of hydroxyl oxidation and carbon monoxide produced by existing vehicles.

Abstract

Abstract — Students need transportation to get to campus or other locations. The transportation needed is transportation that is safe, comfortable, and can access the destination in a short time. Traffic access to Padang State University is a heavy traffic lane, so it often experiences congestion. So  transportation that can solve the problem is needed. Many types of transportation services are available in Padang City, but for certain locations it cannot be reached by using one transportation service, resulting in time and cost  nefficiency. Goride is a Gojek service which is a two-wheeled vehicle transportation service, so its use can shorten travel time in the middle of a traffic jam. This type of research is applied research with primary data obtained from distributing online questionnairesconsisting of 36 questions. The number of respondents was 90 students of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the State University of Padang, who had used the services of Goride at least twice. Basedion the results of the studys, two factors were found to influence it. The first factor is built by product, price, promotion, place and time, human, and process variables. Abstract

Abstract Lorenz equations is one of the result of mathematical modeling of the three dimensional phenomenon of convection (air) in the atmosphere. In recent years, the Lorenz equations has attracted the attention of scientists and engineering because of the phenomenon chaos was produced. The complexity of the chaos produced cause the Lorenz equations to be very difficult to solve. This study aims to solve the Lorenz equations by using homotopy analysis method and then comparing it with the approximation on the ode45 solver. Solution using a homotopy method is done by constructing  a zero-order deformation equation into a high-order deformation equation. In this method there is freedom in choosing a auxiliary linear operator, initial approximation, and convergent–control parameter  that can guarantee the convergence solution. The resulting approximation is a series. The results of the study obtained 10th order homotopy approximation from the Lorenz equations, which is when  it approach the ode45 approximation. Unfortunatelly the period of homotopy approximation is a very short.Keywords Lorenz equations, Chaos, Homotopy Method.

Abstract

Investment is a process of placing a number of funds at this time in the hope of making a profit in the future. But, the higher the expected return the higher the risk. To minimize the risk, investors can form optimal portfolio.The purpose of this research is to determine the composition and proportion of stocks that form the optimal portfolio and determine return and risk of optimal portfolio. The type is this research is applied research using secondary data. The data are stocks of Jakarta Islamic Index period August – November 2020. Index in this research is IHSG, DJIA and HSI. The method used is Multi Index Model. The result of this research is obtained composition 2 stocks to be made as the optimal portfolio, this is JPFA 59.3044% and SMGR 40.6956% with a value of expected return portfolio is 4.505013% and risk of portfolio is 2.028694%.

Abstract

Abstract - Obesity is a disorder characterized by the accumulation of fat tissue in the body excessively. Obesity can happen to anyone, including students. Many impacts of diseases that can attack is coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and other dangerous diseases. Objectives for the review identify factors causing obesity. This research is done student of  studies program mathematics Faculty of Mathematics and Science (FMIPA) Department State University of Padang (UNP), data was collected through questionnaires deplopment with respondents as many 32 people were processed using factor analyze. Abstract

Abstract — Bukittinggi is a city with many tourist destination, thats close each other. Because of many tourist destination in Bukittinggi makes difficult for the tourist to visit all the places there at the limited time. To solve this problem, we did time and distance data processing between the tourist site around Bukittinggi using a genetic algorithm to find the shortest way for the tourists to reach the destination and be able to visit every place there. The steps for the genetic algorithm are; obtaining data from various sources, completing the Travelling Salesman Problem, calculating the time and distance between each tourist destination, creating the design system from input to output used, analyzing and evaluating the result that has been made by the system to make the most effective route to visit Bukittinggi. Keywords — Tour, Time, Distance, Travelling Salesman Problem, Genetic Algorithm

Abstract

Abstract – Phytoplankton and zooplankton have a major impact on the marine ecosystem because plankton is the main food chain in the ecosystem. However, this plankton’s concentration changes is influenced by nitrogen concentrations. This study began by making mathematical model based on the variables , parameters and assumptions that have been determined. Next step are finding and analyze an equilibrium point. Mathematical model in plankton populations and nitrogen concentration in the form of non-liner differential equation system. This dinamical system have two equilibrium points ie the points where nitrogen without plankton and the point where nitrogen and plankton. The stability of the system can be viewed from two condition, first when the system has one point where nitrogen without planktonthen this point will be stable. Second, when the system have two equilibrium points then only point where nitrogen and plankton will be stable. This result show that population of phytoplankton, zooplankton and nitrogen concentration will not disappear in the long term. Keywords – Nitrogen, plankton, mathematical model

Abstract

Abstract—Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a type of diabetes mellitus that is commonly found. Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a threat to human health in indonesia and the world, one of them is Pariaman city, specially in Fanisa Clinic. People with diabetes mellitus in Fanisa Clinic have increased from to year. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors influence th increasing of diabetics sugar blood Fanisa Clinic in Pariaman city. In this research used primary data, where there were 70 questioners given to the diabetics mellitus  type 2 in Fanisa Clinic. The data having been obtained were analyzed by using factor analysis. The result  of this research  from 6 variables as age (x1), body mass index (x2), food supply (x3), medication compliance (x4), physic activity (x5) and, stress (x6), 5 variable obtained an reduced be chance two factors. The first factor influence by age variable and physic activity, meanwhile second factor influence by body mass index ,food supply and medication compliance. Keywords—Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Sugar Level , Factor Analisys.

Abstract

Abstract-. The Nanggalo District Office is one of the offices that provides administrative services in the city of Padang. This Nanggalo District Office has facilities and services provided to the community. However, the services from the Nanggalo District Office have not fulfilled the needs and desires of the peoplen in Padang City. This research goal is ton determine the level ofc Consumer Satisfactionn based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)n and to determine the importance of each attribute based on Importance Performance Analysisn (IPA).. The data of this study. are primary data where there are 100 questionnaires that will be given directly to people of Nanggalo District who have visited at least 2 times. The result showed thatn overall level of Comsumer Satisfaction of 78% was in the range of value 66%80,99% which indicated that the passenger satisfaction index was the “Satisfied”criterion. Keywords-the nanggalo district office, CSI, IPA
