Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence related the effect of independent variables on financial distress in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The independent variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, liquidity, operating capacity, sales growth, company size, audit committee, audit committee meetings, and independent commissioners. The research data comes from the financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for three periods, from 2019 to 2021. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 135 companies with a total data of 405. This study used multiple regression analysis to examine variables that affect financial distress as measured by the Altman Z-Score. The results of this study indicate that Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity, and Operating Capacity affect financial distress. However, Sales Growth, Company Size, Audit Committee, Audit Committee Meetings, and Independent Commissioners have no effect on Financial Distress.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there are effect of firm size, asset structure, liquidity, growth opportunities, profitability, and firm age on leverage. The population used in this study is the Pharmaceuticals Sub Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2020. Based on the purposive sampling method, 8 companies were sampled in the study. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and regression panel with a FEM model to testing all hypothesis. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that there is an effect of firm size, asset structure, and liquidity on leverage. Firm size and liquidity negatively effect to leverage because a mature company usually don’t need more debt to financing their activities. Asset structure have a positive effect to leverage because more asset means more collateral so company easy to get a loan. Meanwhile, growth opportunities, profitability, and company age have no effect on leverage.

Abstract

Every company certainly wants to achieve success. To achieve this, companies need a strategy to face increasingly fierce competition. One of the things that companies must pay attention to in achieving success is training. This study aims to examine how much influence the training has on the work productivity of employees at PT. Tri Keeson main Garut. This research uses quantitative methods, the object of this research is all employees at PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut.. The sample in this study was 70 employees using the slovin method by distributing questionnaires. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of training on employee productivity at PT. Tri Keeson Utama Garut, it can be assumed that the quality of the training provided to employees is very good to assist companies in creating good work productivity.

Abstract

The growth of business actors in Indonesia, which is currently increasing rapidly, can be a challenge or a threat for other business actors to win the competition in the market. The purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of customer value on customer satisfaction. The object used is the Garut NN Shoe Store with a sample of 100 customers in the Garut area using a purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire given to each respondent uses a Likert scale measurement. Research using linear regression as a method of data analysis. The results showed that customer value has a positive effect and has a strong relationship to customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction of Office DPM. The population used in this study are employees of Office DPM totaled 98 employees. This study used purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in this study were 55 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents using a Likert scale measurements. The method for data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that motivation, compensation, and work environment have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction of Office DPM.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the independent variables consisting of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, and Earning Per Share on the dependent variable, namely Stock Return. The population used in this study are state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. This study uses a purposive sampling method so as to produce 7 companies that meet the criteria. This study uses a random effect model. The results of this study indicate that Return on Equity and Earning per Share are positive affect to Stock Return then Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover are negatively affect to Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine some of the factors that could affect the value of the company. The independent variables used in this research are managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure, profitability, company growth, company size, and dividend policy. The object of this research is Consumer Goods Industry sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. This research used 40 samples and the research method used was purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and regression panel with a FEM model to testing all hypothesis. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the profitability and growth of the company affect the value of the company. Profitability has a positive effect to firm value because the company profit reflects a good performance of company so the investor sees this as a positive signal. Growth has a negative effect because investor sees that company will retain the dividend for financing the new opportunity. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the role of intrinsic motivation, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on affective commitment. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, by taking 67 employees as research samples using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results of the analysis show that job satisfaction influences affective commitment. Meanwhile, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment have no effect on affective commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of mutation, reward, and promotion on the job performance of employees at CV Yoehan Busana. The research design used in this study is descriptive and causal research. The population in this study is all employees of CV Yoehan Busana. The sample used in this study consists of 153 employees from all divisions, selected using saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The method for analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that mutation does not have an effect on the job performance of employees at CV Yoehan Busana, while reward and promotion have an effect on the job performance of employees at CV Yoehan Busana. This is because mutation is seen as a punishment, while reward and promotion are seen as an appreciation of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect between leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at KPP Madya Dua Jakarta Utara. The design of this research used in this research is explanatory and causal. The samples used in this research are 57 employees of KPP Madya Dua Jakarta Utara. The sampling method used in this study is a purposive sample and the data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Research data is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires and using the Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, this research showed leadership has an effect on employee job satisfaction; organizational culture has an effect on employee job satisfaction; organizational climate has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
