Abstract

A few things that determine consumer choice of bath soap product is the features and appearance of the product of interest. This research result indicates product packaging is affect campus student in buy bath soap product while features have no influence against purchase bath soap products.

Abstract

Several things are to determine by choice of consumers on smartphone is processor speeds, to run an application the amount of memory, the magnitude of storage capacity, the degree of clarity during the screen to the degree of clarity camera, the prices of service purna sell, and the ease of use. This time the system of operations much used is android. Every manufacturer smartphone trying to keep smartphone the results of its production be the best in the market. Hence, producer smartphone uses advertising, distribution and cooperation with several operators to attract customers. Each company smartphone having identification and market segmentation cloistral. The purpose of the study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of the features and packaging of the product on purchasing decisions Smartphone. The results of this study demonstrate the look of the product affect the purchasing decisions Smartphone. While, Smartphone product features do not have influence on product purchase Smartphones.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables such as training, work experience and work environment to civil servant performance. The object of this research is the State Asset Service Office and Auction area Jakarta III. The method used is Descriptive and Methods simple regression were used to test the hypothesis. Respondents involved in this study were 51 employees. This study uses a sampling method saturated. Data collection technique of collecting data by using questionnares. The results showed that the partial Training does not affect employee performance, Work experience partially affect the civil servant Performance, work environment partially affect Employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables such as competence, leadership, and work discipline on employee performance. The method used is descriptive and causality. The statistical test in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 82 employees who were permanent employees at the Human Resources and Facility Management Directorate at PT Gramedia Asri Media, Jakarta Head Office. The sampling method of this research is using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using multipleregression. The results showed that partially competence has an effect on employee performance, leadership does not affect employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of human resource management practice such as work stres, job satisfaction and organization climate on turnover intention of Finance Division PT. Mayora Indah Tbk Head Office Jakarta. The sampling in this research was purposive sampling, in which only 89 collected data that accordance with the criteria. Data for this study comes from primary source garnered by distributing LikertScale questionnaires. The data is then analyzed with SPSS version 23 program using Simple Linear Regressions and Multiple Regressions Analysis. The result on this research is work stres and organization climate have a significant influence to turnover intention individually. Job satisfaction not have a significant influence to turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional, keadilan temporal, dan keadilan spasial (sebagai variabel independen) terhadap kepuasan kerja (sebagai variabel dependen) pada unit kerja Access & Service Operation PT XYZ (sebagai obyek). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan dengan 49 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional, keadilan temporal dan keadilan spasial secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Keadilan Distributif, Keadilan Prosedural, Keadilan Interaksional, Keadilan Temporal, Keadilan Spasial, Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel job satisfaction, job performance, dan workplace environment terhadap employee turnover intention pada PT.ABC. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT.ABC. Sampel didapat melalui metode purposive sampling, dimana yang sesuai dengan kriteria berjumlah 76 data. Data yang didapat berasal dari data primer yang di kumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Data dianalisis dengan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) versi 23 dengan menggunakan Regresi Sederhana dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah job satisfaction, dan job performance berpengaruh terhadap employee turnover intention secara individual. Sementara workplace environment tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee turnover intention secara individual. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables such as leadership, competence, and working discipline on the performance of employee. The population in this study were employees of PT. XYZ, division of marketing and development. The sample was obtained through the total sampling method, which in according with the criteria amounted to 65 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to all respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership, competence, and working discipline have positive influence on employee performance. It can be said that the higher the leadership, competence, and working discipline, higher the level of performance given by each employee.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a must for companies, especially for a limited liability company. It is attested in chapter V Social and Environmental Responsibility in sections 74 subsection (1) until subsection (3) of law No. 40 year 2007 on limited liability company. This study uses secondary data and qualitative shape that is from the website of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. regarding the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility the company has done and using research on Corporate Social Responsibility that has been done by researchers previously associated laws-an invitation about Corporate Social Responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility is also always associated with Green Economy. The management of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. was successfully implementing Corporate Social Responsibility as part of a strong organizational culture and also PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. has been successfully implementing adaptive culture.

Abstract

This research was intended to analyze whether Motivation, Leadership, and The Discipline of Work affects employees work on PT. X. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT. X. the population in this study was 146 employees and the sample of this study was 92 employees and the sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The method used in this research is a descriptive and causal method. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The data used in this research is a data designed internal covered questionnaires, Based on the results of this study, it is known that motivation and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Work Discipline doesn’t affect significantly to employee performance on PT. X.
