Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of prospective teacher students' interest in learning after hearing the issue of teacher market place. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection instrument was carried out using a questionnaire or short questions regarding teacher marketplace issues circulating in the media. This research uses the Guttman scale with questions packaged in the Google Form application. The questions asked to prospective teachers are based on indicators of student teacher enthusiasm for learning. The research subjects were 73 prospective teachers in Tanah Datar. The results of the research explain that after the market place issue circulated, students remained enthusiastic about completing their studies, but many of the students' goals shifted. The implication that arises from the market place issue is that many prospective teacher students are disappointed with the issues coming out of the Minister of Education.Keywords: 3-5 keywords; Teacher market place; Promlematics of Indonesian education,; enthusiasm for learning

Abstract

Siswa sekolah dasar yang kurang memiliki kemampuan literasi memiliki tingkat minat baca yang rendah. Program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mendorong siswa gemar membaca. Eksplorasi ini diharapkan dapat menggambarkan bagaimana jalannya pengembangan pendidikan yang dilakukan di SDIT Al-Kautsar. Jenis eksplorasi yang dipilih adalah cara subjektif untuk menangani rencana penelitian investigasi kontekstual. Wawancara Google Form online berfungsi sebagai instrumen. Konsekuensi dari pelaksanaan kemahiran di beberapa sekolah tersebut diketahui bahwa pembinaan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah tersebut belum terlaksana secara ideal dan dalam melaksanakan Pembinaan Kecakapan Sekolah masih terdapat beberapa kendala antara lain: 1) Buku-buku yang masih terlalu sedikit untuk membaca; 2) Siswa tidak suka membaca; dan 3) Guru belum melakukan semua kegiatan. Kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan kegiatan membaca di lingkungan sekolah adalah buktinya.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 0301 Sokopan in the Indonesian language subject, pantun material due to the teacher's ineffectiveness in using innovative learning models in the learning process. This research aims to determine the significant influence of using the Make a Match learning model on student learning outcomes in rhyme material in class V of SD Negeri 0301 Sosopan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research population was all class V students, totaling 20 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Based on data analysis, it was obtained that (1) An overview of the use of the Make a Match learning model in rhyme material in class V of SD Negeri 0301 Sosopan obtained student response questionnaire results in the high category with a score of 90%. (2) Description of student learning outcomes for pantun material in class V of SD Negeri 0301 Sosopan using the Make a Match learning model, obtained an average score of 43 in the "D" category and the average score after using the Make a Match learning model obtained an average score of average of 85.66 with category "A". (3) There is a significant influence of the Make a Match learning model on student learning outcomes for pantun material in class V of SD Negeri 0301 Sosopan. This is proven by the one sample test, it is known that the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.00, where the significant value is 0.000.05. Keywords: Make a Match Learning Model; Learning Outcomes; Pantun.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using social media for students as a learning medium in integrative thematic subjects in the era of society 5.0. This study uses a qualitative approach. Primary data sources in this study are class teachers and students. Secondary data sources in this study were school principals, documents, photos, school administration, class administration in MI Salafiyah, Warungasem District, Batang Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in MI Salafiyah, Warungasem District, Batang Regency, the use of social media as a learning medium in the Society 5.0 era, especially in thematic learning, is very important to be a reference for teachers today. Because the urgency and effectiveness is very visible. With several implementations of learning methods such as searching for video content about integrative thematic learning materials, watching videos given by the teacher about integrative thematic learning materials, and making videos as a form of student assignments can increase student enthusiasm for learning. By using social media as well, the level of student boredom can be reduced because it combines entertainment with learning.Keywords: Educational Game Tools, Learning Motivation, integrative thematic

Abstract

             This research aims to determine the forms, methods and factors in cultivating nationalist attitudes. This research uses qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data collection is carried out by determining the topic, collecting various data sources and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the way teachers instill an attitude of nationalism through social studies learning includes habituation, exemplary activities, the use of stories and media. Forms of cultivating an attitude of nationalism include being proud of being Indonesian, loving the country, being willing to make sacrifices, respecting culture, respecting the services of heroes and prioritizing the public interest. The causes of obstacles to cultivating a nationalist attitude are limited facilities and infrastructure, time, and students' lack of understanding. Keyword: Attitudes; Nationalism; Students.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the finding of the VB SDIT Insantama class when a science lesson on Respiratory Organs in Ruminant Animals, that 83.87% of students had not been able to reach the KKM or 16.13% of students had reached the KKM. So it is categorized as low learning outcomes. The aim of this learning improvement is to improve science learning outcomes through the application of the STAD Model Cooperative Learning Strategy. This research took place at SDIT Insantama Bogor. The research subjects were Class VB students with a total of 31 students. Implementation was carried out in two cycles, with a pre-cycle being carried out previously. The pre-cycle was held on August 24 2021. The first cycle was carried out on September 7 2021 and the second cycle was carried out on September 14 2021. The results showed an increase, the average value in the pre-cycle was 52.58% to 69.03% in the first cycle and 85.97% in the second cycle. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the STAD Model Cooperative Learning Strategy can improve the learning outcomes of Class VB students at SDIT Insantama Bogor for the 2021/2022 academic year. Keywords: Learning Outcomes; STAD; Science.

Abstract

The study titled "Educational Transformation in Elementary Schools: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence-Based Learning Media in the Digital Era" aims to elucidate the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) integration in supporting the digital education transformation in elementary schools. The research method employed is a literature review involving collecting and analyzing data from various previous studies, as well as comparing and synthesizing expert opinions. The research findings indicate that using AI-based learning media, such as puzzle makers, provides significant benefits in elementary education. AI can enhance personalized learning by analyzing the needs and abilities of each student. Puzzle maker media also enhances student engagement in problem-solving, enriches understanding of learning concepts, and develops cognitive skills and abilities. The significance of AI integration in supporting digital education transformation is reflected in its ability to provide a more personalized and adaptive learning experience. AI can optimize the learning process by monitoring students' individual progress and providing tailored learning recommendations. However, challenges such as adequate technological infrastructure, teacher skills in operating AI technology, and developing relevant content exist. Solutions to address these challenges involve improving infrastructure, providing teacher training, and developing high-quality content. In conclusion, AI integration in elementary education has a positive impact on enhancing the quality of learning and providing a better learning experience. By addressing challenges and implementing appropriate solutions, AI can be an effective tool in supporting the transformation of digital education and achieving better education in this digital era

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the integration of ethnomathematics in mathematics education within the context of students' living environments. Utilizing a literature review method, this study systematically examines relevant literature on ethnomathematics and mathematics education to gain profound insights. The research focuses on identifying ethnomathematics concepts and their application in the context of mathematics education, particularly within the communities where students reside. Through the evaluation of case studies and previous research, the study aims to draw conclusions regarding the effectiveness of integrating ethnomathematics in enhancing students' understanding of mathematical concepts. The findings are expected to guide education practitioners in designing more relevant and meaningful teaching strategies, promoting a strong connection between formal mathematical concepts and the cultural contexts and life experiences of students. Abstract

Developments in the field of education are a means or forum for developing Human Resources (HR).  Education is not only defined as the transformation of knowledge but also includes the transformation of culture and values that develop in society, in order to produce quality students who can develop every potential that students have which is obtained through the learning process and implementing habits that can  increasing students’ interest in learning, especially students’ interest in reading in literacy learning, thus implementing literacy learning to increase students’ interest in reading. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods.  The research subjects were 28 people consisting of 15 male students and 13 female students.  Based on researchers’ observations of real conditions in the field, students’ interest in learning can have a positive impact on students’ learning outcomes and students’ responsiveness.  Students’ lack of reading interest in reading and understanding the content of students’ reading texts in concluding paragraphs is a problem for students in determining the main idea of reading text paragraphs.  To overcome this problem, there are several efforts that teachers can make to increase students’ interest in learning.  The efforts that teachers can provide are implementing literacy learning in class IV of SD Negeri 136916 Tanjungbalai, with the implementation it will help students increase their interest in learning, so that they can make students more enthusiastic about learning, processing with maximum marks and preparing plans.  Based on the results of the diagnosis, namely by providing group study guidance.  Next, the final effort is to provide assistance by asking parents for guidance in supervising students while studying at home and providing motivation so as to foster students’ interest in learning. Keywords: Implementation; Literacy; Interest in Reading.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to elaborate the effect of demonstration learning methods on mathematics learning achievement of elementary school students. The research method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The material point to be discussed is the demonstration method in influencing student achievement, because one of the factors that can increase student achievement is the selection of methods applied by teachers to learning. This demonstration method in learning involves an object using learning media to demonstrate a process or action, either directly or indirectly which aims to clarify concepts that are in accordance with the learning material so that students are more active in learning activities.
