Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and incentives on employee performance at UPTD Ambukha Non-Inpatient Health Center, Lolofitu Moi District, West Nias Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The source of the data is from employees, with a population of 3 0 people and a sample of 30 people. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of UPTD Ambukha Non-Inpatient Health Center, Lolofitu Moi District, West Nias Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that workload (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the workload variable (X1) obtained a calculated t-value (1, 2.878)>ttable(1.703) and a significance level of 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, the incentive variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the value of t iscalculated (13,006)>((1,703) and the ) significance level is ( 0.000<0.05 which means that partially the incentive variable (X2) has a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (Test F), show that the value of F is calculated (245.321) > Ftable (3.35) and the ( level of significance is( 0.000<0.05, it can be stated that the variables workload (X1) and Incentive (X2) silmutant have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y). For the coefficient of determination (R 2) of 0.948, it can be interpreted that workload and incentives are only able to explain employee performance variables by 94.8% while the remaining 5,2% is explained by other variables not mentioned by the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Mandrehe Sub-district Office, West Nias Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The source of the data is from employees, with a population of 31 people and a sample of 31 people. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely employees of the Mandrehe Subdistrict Office, West Nias Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that work motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the work motivation variable (X1) obtained a calculated value (3.355) > table (1.701) and a significance level of 0.002<0.05. Furthermore, for the variable job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculated value (2.470) > (1.701) and the level of significance 0.020<0.05 which means that partially the variable job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the simultaneous test (Test F), show that the value of Fis calculated (25.769) > Ftable (3.34) and the level of significance is 0.000<0.05, it can be stated that the variables of work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) silmutant have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables (Y). For the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.648, it can be interpreted that work motivation and job satisfaction are only able to explain employee performance variables of 64.8% while the remaining 35.2% is explained by other variables not mentioned by the study. For the result Y=9.543+0.506X1+0.373X2+7.907. So the coefficient (a) of 9.543 is the value of the performance variable when the variables of work motivation and job satisfaction are normal. The regression coefficient for (b1) of 0.506 means that every 1 unit increase in the work motivation variable assuming other variables remain, employee performance will experience 0.506%. Furthermore, the regeneration coefficient for (b2) of 0.373 means that every 1 unit increase in job satisfaction assuming other variables remain, employee performance increases by 0.373%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research. The source of the data is a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNIRAYA, with a sample of 73 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire that was distributed to all respondents. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. From the results of this study it can be seen that the value of t_(calculate) is 6.288 > t_(table) is 1.667 at a significant level of 0.000<0.05. And through the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.358 (35.8%), which means that 35.8% of the diversity of Purchase Decision variables can be explained by the Brang Image variable while the remaining 64.2% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. The results of this study show that brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Victory Telukdalam Clinic, South Nias Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative correlational research. The type of data used is quantitative data and the data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees at the Victory Clinic. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method, so the population in this study was all employees at the Victory Teluk Dalam clinic and the sample used in this research was all employees at the Victory Teluk Dalam clinic, totaling 31 people. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the Victory Telukdalam clinic, South Nias Regency.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Maniamolo Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif dan sumber datanya adalah karyawan. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah 30 responden. Teknik mengumpulkan data adalah angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian manajemen menunjukkan bahwa nilai t_hitung 10,892 lebih besar daripada nilai t_tabel 1,701. Jadi, gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Maniamolo Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Pemimpin Kantor Camat Maniamolo harus terus memberikan motivasi kepada karyawannya agar mereka terus melakukan pekerjaan dengan penuh semangat. (2) Pegawai harus melakukan pekerjaan mereka dengan penuh semangat dan memaksimalkan hasil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of carp rice at UD. Faomakhoda, Lolojukhu Village, Ulu Idanotae District, South Nias Regency. The type of research is a quantitative type, the population of this study is as many as 39 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research data is a type of primary data while the source of this research data is from consumers by using questionnaires. The data analysis technique is simple regression analysis. The result of the study is that there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction of carp rice at UD. Faomakhoda, Lolojukhu Village, Ulu Idanotae District, South Nias Regency. The suggestion of this research is (1) to increase customer satisfaction, UD should be used. Faomakhoda gives a discount on the price of rice when consumers buy sacks. (2) in increasing customer satisfaction, UD should be. Faomakhoda promotes rice products according to customer needs.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess the impact of brand image and product quality on the purchasing choices of Oppo Smartphones among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nias Raya University. The research is conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Nias Raya University. This research is quantitative and has an associative aspect. The data utilized is quantitative in nature, and the source of the data is primary. The research utilized a population and sample size of 50 individuals. The employed methodology is multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that brand image (X1) has a favorable and statistically significant influence on purchasing decisions, although product quality (X2) also exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on decisions. The purchasing decisions are influenced by both the brand image and the quality of the goods. The recommendations in this study are as follows: 1) The Oppo Smartphone company should focus on preserving its brand image and enhancing the reputation of Oppo Smartphones to stimulate consumer buying behavior. 2) The company must produce high-quality Oppo Smartphone products that are comparable to those available to consumers in order to attract customers and encourage them to acquire Oppo Smartphone products.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Imelda Mobile Teluk Dalam. The way to carry out this research is by using quantitative methods, which are methods of management and calculations carried out in detail. The type of research data used in this research is primary data. Based on the results obtained that. In terms of the regression equation, we obtain a number of values and influences on each variable where Y ̂= 1.922+ .552X1+.413X2 which is all the variables that have an influence on each variable. There is a suggestion for this research that each variable should pay more attention and maintain existing indicators. In order to further increase progress in consumer satisfaction that occurs at Imelda stores.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and identify the analysis of training and human resource development needs at the Lahomi District Head Office, West Nias Regency, explain the methods used in training and development, explain the benefits obtained from training and development, explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in training and development. development, along with methods for evaluating training and human resource development activities at the Lahomi District Head Office, West Nias Regency. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research findings, the results of this research indicate that training and development of human resources at the Lahomi Subdistrict Office is carried out based on an analysis of job needs and individual employees. This aims to increase employee knowledge, abilities and skills so that they can carry out their position functions and responsibilities well. Researchers provide suggestions, namely: to identify structured ones, use interview methods, surveys and open discussion forums to help understand more deeply the needs of individuals and organizations.

Abstract

The iam of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. William, O’ou District, South Nias Regency. This research is quantitative research that is associative in nature. The population in this research is all consumer who make purchases at UD. William, O’ou District, South Nias Regency. The technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The data source used in this research is primary data the. The data analysis technique used in the research is simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. With the conclusion that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The researcher’s suggestion estimates that the management of UD. William improves and provides the same good quality service for every consumer who comes to buy and promises the Management UD. William to respond and respond to consumer well so that consumers are more comfortable when making purchases.
