Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the work environment and the effectiveness of employee work at the Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The source of the data was employees, with the population and sample in this study being 33 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple correlation analysis. The results of this study showed that the correlation value was 0.696. This research can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the work environment and the effectiveness of employee work at the Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this study are (1) In improving the effectiveness of employee work, the work environment should be cleaned and neatly arranged to facilitate work implementation activities. (2) To increase comfort in carrying out work, it is better for each workspace to be given facilities such as air conditioning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational climate on work motivation of employees at Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The source of the data was from employees, with the population and sample in this study being 31 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the counting value of 4,963 >ttabel value 1,549. This research can be concluded that there is influence of organizational climate on the work motivation of employees at the Amandraya Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. There are suggestion of this study numer (1) The work motivation of employees of the Amandraya Sub-district office needs to be improved, among others, through improving organizational climate conditions that further stimulate employee morale. (2) The leadership of the organization needs to provide good motivation for employees by providing the facilities needed in carrying out work such as vehicles, computers so that the work can run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the UPTD Hilisimaetano Health Center, Maniamolo District, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is the quantitative type, while the data source is from employees, with the population and sample in this study being 49 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the calculated value was 6,138>table 1,678. This research can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the performance of employees at the UPTD Hilisimaetano Health Center, Maniamolo District, South Nias Regency. The suggestion of this study is To increase the presence of employees so that consistency in work, an oral reprimand is given for employees who are not present at a predetermined time, if there is no response to the reprimand, a written warning letter is given to the employee

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation for employee performance at the South Nias District Social service office. Causal quantitative research types. The population in this study amounted to 32 Non civil servants. The type of data in this study is to use primary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression . The result of this study indicate that compensation affects the performance employees. Furthermore in this study it was obtained a simple linear equation is: 28,101 + 0,394X which means that the value (α) is a big 28,101 as the value of (b) is 0,394. The coefficient of determination () 0,989 (98,9%) so that it can be shown that the 98,9 diversity of bound variables can be explained by independent variables. While the value 1,954 and while value (1,697) with a significant level 0,034 < 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that is rejected and is accepted meaning the compensation variables has a significant influence on employee performance at the South Nias Regency Social service office. Suggestion in this study are: leader need to pay attention to compensation that is fair in accordance wirth the work done, for the next researcher to add other variables from the variables studied so that they can grow broad insights, it this hoped that they can respect time because it is in accordance withb applicable regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work performance assessment on employee performance at the Idanotae Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is the quantitative type, while the data source is from employees, with the population and sample in this study being as many as 30 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the calculated value (9,932)>ttabel (1,701) at df= (N-k-1)= (30-1-1)=28 and a significant level of 0.00<0.05, it can be stated that the variable has a significant influence on the assessment of work performance on employee performance at the Idanotae Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this study are (1) To improve employee performance to the maximum, an assessment of employees should be carried out in accordance with work so that they are motivated in completing work. (2) To improve the ability to work, it is better that in every workspace a computer is needed so that it does not become an obstacle to completing work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product attributes on consumers' purchasing decisions at UD. Central Mart Samadaya Hilisimaetano. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The source of the data was from consumers, with the population and sample in this study being 36 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis Y=2.093+0,867X. The results of this study showed that the counting value was 6,659>table of 1,691. This research can be concluded that there is an influence of product attributes on consumer purchasing decisions in UD. Central Mart Samadaya Hilisimaetano. The suggestions of this study are (1) To improve purchasing decisions, consumers must pay attention to the level of consumer needs, the condition of similar competitors in providing services, the presence of attractive discounts or discounts, the existence of a comfortable waiting room so that it is able to provide comfort more optimally and so on. (2) UD. Central Mart Samadaya needs to maintain or enlarge the market share if the set is enough to attract consumers, then it is likely that consumers will not move to other products.

Abstract

The source of the data was from a photocopying business in Telukdalam District, with the population and sample in this study being 31 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the counting value of 4,358 >ttabel was 1,549. This research can be concluded that there is an influence of entrepreneurial motivation on the income of the Fotokopy business in Telukdalam District. The suggestions of this study are (1) To increase business income, it is presumed that the owner of the photocopy provides good service and presumably completes the product so that consumers are not disappointed when they want to make a purchase. (2) Presumably store owners, increase their creativity to meet consumer needs in increasing business income.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the factors influencing economic profitability, cooperative profitability strategies. The approach and type of research used is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive approach. Employee research data sources (KSP3). Data obtained from the results of interviews and documentation observations, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study are 1) The factors that influence economic profitability in cooperatives are bad loans, late repayment of loan installments to cooperatives, and the occurrence of the Covid-19 Pendemic. 2) the cooperative’s profitability strategy is to open a schedule for accepting new members, providing loan installments. Conclusion 1) the factors that influence profitability are the length of loan installments, the occurrence of bad loans and the Covid-19 Pendemic. 2) cooperative profitability strategy is to accept new members, and want to provide loans under shares and above shares. The research suggests 1) the cooperativen should be able to provide low loan interest rates and be able to borrow members to return the interest in percent at maturity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product and service quality on customer satisfaction at UD. Elvin, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. The source of the data was from consumers, with the population and sample in this study being 34 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the Fhitung value was 60,958>Fttable of 3,305. This research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence on product and service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Elvin, Lahusa District, South Nias Regency. The suggestions for this study are (1) Preferably UD. Elvin can group products that are old or close to expiration with new products so that consumer satisfaction increases when making purchases. (2) In increasing customer satisfaction, employees should provide good service to consumers through a friendly attitude so that consumers are loyal in place.

Abstract

The Ulususua District Office, South Nias Regency, was the setting for this study, which sought to ascertain how internal communication affected work motivation among employees. Qualitative causal research is the method of this study. to determine how internal communication affects employees' motivation to work. The participants in this study were all employees of the South Nias Regency's Ulususua sub-district office. There were 30 respondents in this study's sample. Partially test the hypothesis that Internal Communication is an independent variable with tcount 2.126 > ttable 1.701, then Ha is accepted and ho is rejected, indicating that the Internal Communication variable (X) influences the Employee Work Motivation variable (Y) at the Ulususua Sub-District Office. This leads the researchers to the conclusion that Internal Communication has a partial influence on Employee Work Motivation and that it is significant.
