Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office. This research is quantitative research, with a survey research type where all data is obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation. This research uses a simple linear regression technique. The sample used in this research was 30 respondents. Based on the research results, the compensation variable (X) affects employee performance (Y) at the Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office using a simple linear regression technique. The results of the research after the data were processed with SPSS.21 show that there is a positive influence between compensation variables on employee performance variables, which can be determined through a simple regression equation, namely Y=36.581+0.0515In this study it can be concluded that, the constant value (a) is 36,581, meaning that if the compensation value (X) is zero, then the employee performance results (Y) at the Luahagundre Maniamolo sub-district office are positive, namely 0.515 and the more the compensation value is increased, the employee performance results (Y) at the Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office will also increase. Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office shows that the R Square determinant value resulting from statistical data analysis shows 0.135 or 13.5%. This means that compensation (X) influences employee performance (Y) at Luahagundre Maniamolo District Head Office 13.5%. obtained was 86.5% which was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on the effectiveness of employee work at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is the quantitative type. The source of data is from employees by using questionnaires. Data collection techniques are questionnaire techniques, documents such as books, journals and photos. The population and sample of this study were as many as 30 respondents. Simple regression analysis with values was used to analyze the data of Y = 12.981 + 0.531X. Based on the results of the t test in this study that the calculated value was 8,457>ttable 1,702, so that researchers can conclude that there is an influence of work motivation on the effectiveness of employee work at the Hilimegai Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions of this study are (1) To increase employee motivation, it is necessary for organizations to create a conducive environment so that it makes them comfortable to do work. (2) The working atmosphere needs to be improved in accordance with the wishes of employees in order to increase employee work motivation.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the atmosphere of employee workspaces that are still less efficient so that employees feel less comfortable in working, less available work facilities such as desks, computer machines so that it is less supportive of smoothness in completing office work, there are still employees who are less harmonious in communicating with colleagues so that it can affect decreased work motivation. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the work environment on the work motivation of employees in the Hilimegai Camat Office of South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The data source was from employees, with the population and sample in the study being as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the work environment (X) has a positive and significant effect on the. growth; celery.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the financial performance of PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk during 2012-2021 based on analysis of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that the level of health of PT's financial performance. Mustika Ratu is in the bad category. Based on the liquidity ratio, the level of financial health at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk from 2012-2021 is classified as not good. From the profitability ratio aspect, the level of financial health in 2012-2021 is classified as poor because it does not meet the average industry standard. Thus it can be said that from the aspect of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios of PT. Mustika Ratu has poor financial performance in operating and competing in the business world in the cosmetics industry. The suggestion in this research is that in order for the company's financial performance to be good, the company should carry out ratio analysis to find out more deeply the condition or state of the company's financial report performance.

Abstract

This study examines liquidity and profitability ratio analysis as a tool for evaluating financial performance at the Rural Development Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP3) Alasa Branch in North Nias Regency. The aim is to evaluate the cooperative's financial performance through its financial statements. The data analysis method used is ratio analysis. From the liquidity ratio analysis, the current ratio from 2020 to 2023 ranges from 140.59% to 131.12%, indicating a fairly good financial condition. The quick ratio for the same period shows values between 135.76% and 120.69%, indicating very good financial conditions. However, the cash ratio, which ranges from 12.31% to 7.64%, indicates poor financial performance. On the other hand, the Cash Turnover Ratio between 2020 and 2023 ranges from 161.36% to 163.18%, indicating very good financial conditions. The value of Inventory to Net Working Capital ranges from 11.89% to 33.52%, also indicating good financial conditions. From the profitability perspective, the asset profitability ratio from 2020 to 2023 ranges from 8.57% to 7.24%, with a good financial condition. Meanwhile, the equity profitability ratio ranges from 41.36% to 30.18%, indicating a very good financial condition. Based on these results, it is recommended that the cooperative increase its liquid assets, especially cash, by increasing the number of members to boost capital investment in the cooperative.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how much the influence of organizational culture and work environment against employee performance in the Investment Service and the integral licensing of one-namas district of Nias. This research uses an associative quantitative research and data analysis method used is a multiple linear regeneration analysis. The number of populations in this study were 23 employees. Sampling techniques in this study use saturated samples with the number of samples by 23 employees. This type of data of this research is the type of primary data that is the data obtained directly from the respondent. The data source of this research is employee. By using a questionnaire. Data collection using questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the organization's culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the organization's cultural variable (X1) is obtained value of Thengung (3,567)> ttable (1,725) and significant level of 0.133> 0.05. Furthermore, for the environmental variables (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) where Valcah Talital 3.962> Ttabel (1.725) and significant level of 0.064> 0.05 which means that partially the environmental variables (X2) influenced significantly inadequate performance (Y) performance variables. The result of the simultaneous test (F test), indicating that the value of FHITUN (3,494)> Ftabel (4.35) and significant level of 0.050> 0.05, it can be stated that the organization's cultural variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) simultaneously influence positive and significantly to the performance of employee performance (Y). For the determination coefficient (R2) of (25.9), so it can be interpreted that the motivation and the work environment are only able to explain the employee performance variable of 74.1% while the rest are not described in this study influenced by the work motivation variables and work disparin.

Abstract

The scope of this research is a study of the influence of price on purchasing decisions for UD products. Henny Aluminum Telukdalam South Nias Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions for UD products. Henny Aluminum Telukdalam South Nias Regency. The analytical method used is simple regression analysis. This type of research is quantitative and associative by distributing questionnaires to UD consumers. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency. With an incidental sampling technique, the sample size was thirty-three respondents. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability before collecting data. The results of this research show that price influences purchasing decisions for UD products. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency has a significant influence. This can be proven in the results of the hypothesis test analysis where tcount > ttable. Suggestions put forward to improve product purchasing decisions at UD. Henny Aluminum Teluk in South Nias Regency means that business actors should pay attention to the affordability of consumers in purchasing the products they sell.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interest rates and exchange rates on PT share prices. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that interest rates and exchange rates have an effect on stock prices . Furthermore, in this research, a multiple linear regression analysis equation was obtained, namely: Y = 6,416,190 + (–2,771)X1 + (– 419,382)X2, meaning the constant value is 6,416,190. This shows that if the interest rate (X1) and exchange rate (X2) variables are zero, then the share price (Y) is 6,416.190. The interest rate regression coefficient (X1) is -2.771. This shows that if the interest rate (X1) increases by 1 unit or 100%, then the value of the share price variable (Y) will decrease by -2.771 assuming the other independent variables are constant. With this negative influence, it means that interest rates and stock prices show an influence.

Abstract

The scope of the study aims to determine the effect of conflict on the work productivity of village officials in Onohazumba District, South Nias Regency. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the conflict had on the work productivity of village officials in Onohazumba District, South Nias Regency.This research uses quantitative research with associative approach. Based on the tcount value of 7,309 and a significant level of 0.000. While the ttable at alpha (α) = 0.05 with a degree of freedom (df) n-k-1 = 32-1-1 = 30 of 1.697. Thus tcount = 7.309 > ttable = 1.697 and the significant level is 0.000 <0.05. So Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected, meaning that the conflict variable (X) has a positive effect on the work productivity of village officials (Y). It was concluded that conflict had a positive influence on the work productivity of village officials in Onohazumba sub-district, South Nias Regency. Based on the results of the study, discussion of research results and conclusions that have been described, it is concluded that conflict has a positive influence on the work productivity of village officials in Onohazumba sub-district, South Nias Regency.

Abstract

The scope of this research is an analitycal study of entrepreneurial abilities in students of the Management Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business at Nias Raya University. The aim of this research is to determine and analysis the entrepreneurial abilities of students from the Management Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business at Nias Raya University. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation with data analysis, data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, the courage of students does not have entrepreneurial skills. The results of the reaserch show that before becoming an entrepreneur it is important to have entrepreneurial skills that can be a factor in the success or failure of a business.
