Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Nias Selatan
JIM (Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa) merupakan wadah publikasi karya ilmiah mahasiswa dan/atau dosen pada bidang manajemen dan akuntansi keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM UNIRAYA yang bertujuan untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang karya ilmiah dari dan untuk akademisi yang berminat pada manajemen dan akuntansi. Dengan adanya jurnal ini, mahasiswa dan/atau dosen dapat dengan mudah mempublikasikan tulisannya, baik yang merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan maupun tulisan-tulisan yang menimbulkan empirisme. JIM menerima artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris. Penentuan artikel dilakukan melalui proses double-blind review oleh editor, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek termasuk pemenuhan persyaratan standar untuk publikasi jurnal ilmiah dan kontribusi artikel untuk pengembangan profesionalisme dalam bidang manajemen dan akuntansi keuangan.

The background of this research is the leadership style and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Onolalu Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis Y=11.849+0.733X. The results of this study showed that the thiitung value of 6,216 >ttabel was 1,549, so the researcher concluded that this study had an influence on leadership style on employee performance at the Onolalu Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestion of this research is This research suggestion is (1) To carry out a good job in the Sub-district Office, preferably in the division of labor towards employees is very necessary to be adjusted to the profession and class. (2) In improving employee performance, as an organizational leader, it is necessary to create a work environment to maintain harmony in communication between colleagues.

The problem of this research is that some employees are still less skilled at work, lack of employee performance. The author aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction in the Telukdalam sub-district office, South Nias Regency. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence organizational commitment has on employee job satisfaction in the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The data source was obtained from 31 employees and casual daily workers. Based on the tcount value of Organizational Commitment of 6.976 with a significant level of 0.941 while the ttable value at alpha is 0.05 with degrees of freedom (df) n-k1 31-1-1 = 29 of 1.699. Based on the R2 value of 0.627, it means that the X variable has a 27% influence on Y while the remaining 0.73 or 73% is explained by other variables outside this model. Organizational commitment needs to be increased so that employees have satisfaction at work. The Head of the Telukdalam District Office, South Nias Regency, should have known in more detail about the importance of organizational commitment, in this case maintaining relationships with superiors, relationships with colleagues, and relationships with subordinates. So that it can increase employee job satisfaction and organizational goals can be achieved optimally.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price on sales volume in UD. Chandra Amandraya. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The source of the data was from consumers, with the population and sample in this study being as many as 52 respondents. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the calculated value of 6,739>ttabel was 1,676. This study can be concluded that there is an influence of price on sales volume in UD. Chandra Amandraya. The suggestions of this study are (1) To increase sales volume, we recommend UD. Candra needs to give a discount on each product at a relatively high purchase price. (2) It is better to get more consumers, the selling price of the product really needs to be adjusted around other businesses. (3) UD. Candra needs to be able to master consumers to increase the volume.

This type of research is quantitative. Sources of data were obtained from 31 employees and casual daily workers. The data collection technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument to all employees and casual daily workers. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of compensation and work enthusiasm on employee productivity as evidenced by the Fcount value of 6,967 > Ftable of 3.328 and a significant level of 0.004 <0.05. Thus, it is shown that compensation and work morale have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at the Teluk Dalam Sub-District Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Yudita Ndraso Hilisimaetano. This type of research is a causal quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 consumers. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality on consumer satisfaction at UD. Yuditas Village Ndraso Hilisimaetano. In this study, a simple linear regression equation was obtained, namely Y = 24.008 + 0.565X, the obtained t value 5.128 > t table 1.661 and a significant level of 0.000 < 0,05 then the decision was Ha accepted H0 is rejected with the meaning that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) t value obtained a value of 5.128 > t table value of 1.661 with 100 degrees of freedom (100-2) at a = 0.05 because 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that service quality affects the consumer satisfaction in the UD. This research can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of marketing communication on purchasing decisions on UD. Memory Kabupaten Nias Selatan. (1) Interaction between employees and buyers needs to be improved through good service to consumers. (2) To improve purchasing decisions, employees should provide understanding to consumers through promotional activities. The suggestions given are based on the research results, namely: 1) Alfamidi Sudirman Telukdalam South Nias Regency should do more promotional activities than what has been done in order to attract more consumers and make purchasing decisions. 2) Alfamidi Sudirman Telukdalam South Nias Regency should pay attention to other things that influence purchasing decisions, for examples the difference between the price on the shelf and at the cashier.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational climate and morale on employee performance at the Lahusa Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The type of research used is a quantitative type of causal nature. The source of the data was from employees, 0population and sample in this study being 31 people. Data collection techniques are research instruments or questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the Fhitung value was 27,518>Ftabel 3,343. This research can be concluded that the organizational climate and morale have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Lahusa Sub-district Office, South Nias Regency. The suggestions in this study are (1) To increase employee work productivity, there are times when organizations always pay attention to the employee's work environment. The problem of this research is that the level of individual contribution or performance that is expressed in completing the tasks for which they are responsible is still low. This studuy aims to determine the efeect of organizational climate and career development on employee performance at the idanotae sub-district office, south Nias district. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees opf the idanotae sub-district office, South Nias district, with total sample of 31 people. Data analysis method used in research is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate dhat the influence of orgsnizatinal climate and career development on employee performance at the idanotae sub-discrict. The suggestions put forward by researchers are 1) the head of the idanotae sub-district, needs to have the ability to manage employee performance properly, and 2) employees of the idanotae sub-discrict office, south Nias discrict, sould improve competence in each of their respective fields in order to get opportunities to be placed in a higher position.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business location on trading business income in Gomo District. The type of research used is a causal quantitative type. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data types, the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with a population and sample in this study of 34 businesses. Data collection techniques are questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. Based on the research results of testing the hypothesis with a tcount value of 7,634> ttable 1,694, it means that there is an influence of business location on the success of trading businesses in Gomo District. This study can be concluded that there is an influence of business location on trading business income in Gomo District. The suggestions for this research are (1) Entrepreneurs who want to open a business engaged in retail should be more careful in choosing a location. (2) entrepreneurs are able to occupy booths in business locations in developing their businesses. Having a good business location will enable them to increase their sales volume and turnover so that they are able to achieve business success.
