Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 3 Lahat, South Sumatra. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Organizational commitment also shows a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment play an important role in improving teacher performance. These findings highlight the importance of managing psychological and organizational aspects to enhance teacher performance in vocational education institutions.

Abstract

This research is a literature review journal which aims to produce new and innovative ideas that can change the game, lead trends, create added value for customers, and introduce or develop new things in entrepreneurship. A literature review is carried out by collecting various literature sources that discuss the same topic, starting from books, journals, magazines that are relevant and the latest (state of art) and in accordance with those contained in the reference literature. The method used in this research is a qualitative literature review method which refers to literature review studies. The results of this research show that the role of innovation in entrepreneurship is very important to improve company performance and profits. Innovation can help companies find new ways to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve the quality of products or services offered. In the management context, the role of creativity functions is also discussed in this research. This research can provide knowledge about innovation in the entrepreneurial process for generating new ideas that result in improvements that are highly effective and efficient in a system. So the important aspects in creativity are process and people. This research will also be related to entrepreneurial motivation in conditions that encourage, move and direct an individual's desire to carry out entrepreneurial activities, independently, believe in themselves so they can be oriented towards the future, dare to take risks, be creative and value the desire for innovation highly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that influence investment decisions in the millennial generation, especially STIE APRIN Palembang students. Using a case study method, this research used thematic analysis to extract in-depth information from 30 student respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then analysed using a thematic approach to identify key patterns and themes. The results showed that factors such as financial literacy, financial behaviour, economic conditions, and government policies strongly influence millennials' investment decisions. All respondents had a basic understanding of investment, but only 50% had attended investment training. The findings indicate the need for increased financial literacy education and training programmes among university students.

Abstract

Penelitian jurnal ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilatarbelakangi dari sumber-sumber data yang kami peroleh yang bertujuan untuk mencapai keunggulan yang kompetitif dan membangun pola pikir wirausaha dalam mengembangkan ide-ide baru yang inovatif. Dalam jurnal ini mengacu pada masalah kurangnya kesadaran seseorang terhadap persaingan berwirausaha sehingga mereka lebih terfokus pada promosi ketimbang membangun pola pikir untuk membuat hal yang baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan SPSS kemudian hasil olah data yang diperoleh menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form diberbagai kalangan masyarakat yang memiliki keinginan untuk berwirausaha serta mendapatkan 49 responden positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kreativitas dan pola pikir wirausaha saling berkaitan terhadap inovasi dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan dalam berwirausaha seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa setiap ada perubahan yang inovatif menjadi suatu hal yang baru dapat meningkatkan bisnis kita didalam persaingan di masa kini dan masa depan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of creativity and its role in generating opportunities and developing business ventures. This study employs a qualitative method with a systematic literature review approach. The research data consist of articles published in national journals. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that a high level of creativity in a business whether in products, services, or other marketing aspects—contributes significantly to the efficiency and organizational structure of the company.
