Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the service quality of the Brunai Restaurant on customer satisfaction in Serasan Jaya Sekayu Village. This research is an associative causality research. The population of this study is all customers of Brunai restaurants. The total sample of 100 people were determined using the Malhotra formula. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that the correlation value (R) of 0,762 means that there was a strong relationship between the quality of service in the Brunai Restaurant and customer satisfaction. While the coefficient of determination (R ) of 0,646 means that 64,6% of customer satisfaction (Y) is influenced by the quality of the Brunai Restaurant service (X), the remaining 35,4% is caused by other factors.

Abstract

The correlation Between Customer's Satisfactionand Service Quality with Satisfaction of Online Transportation Grab Bike Customers in Palembang. The Research of Fledgling Lecturer. This research aims to know the relation of customer's perception and service quality with customer's satisfaction. Hypothesis of this research : (1) There was a relation of customer's perception and service quality with customer's satisfaction. (2) There was a relation between customer's perception and satisfaction, (3) There was a relation between service quality and customer's satisfaction. It took place in Palembang city with all 100 customers as respondents. The instrument which used was poll concerned about customer's perception and service quality as being the independent variable and another poll was related to customer's satisfaction as the dependent one. The istrument was validated by correlation formula, Pearson Product Momen (PPM). Mean while, its reliability was measured by alpha cronbach. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis. According to the result of this research, it was discovered that : (1) There was a relation between independent variable and dependent variable in which the amount of multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0,929, (2) Dependant Variable was stated by independent variable that contributed 86,3%, (3) There was a relation between customer's perception and satisfaction as well as service quality and customer's satisfaction, somehow, there was a significant rapport between customer's perception and service quality with the customer’s satisfaction of online transportation Grab Bike in Palembang city at once.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Relationship of Employee Performance to Consumer Satisfaction in the Tirta Betuah PDAM Sembawa Branch Company. The variables used in this study is the employee performance and consumer satisfaction.The analytic technique used in this research is simple regression analysis, in this research found that r = 0.0254 which means the relationship between employee work performance and customer satisfaction is very low, based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that there is no relationship between employee work performance with customer satisfaction as indicated by the value a = 0.05 <of the value of t arithmetic / P-Value (0.904) means that H0 is received which indicates that employee performance has no relationship to customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between foreign direct investment and exports to economic growth in the countries of Malaysia , Thailand and Indonesia This research is used data from worldbank.org from 1987-2016. Research data were estimate by unit root test and Granger causality using E-views program 6.The results of this research by Granger causality test , it is found that there were no causal relationship between foreign direct investment and exports to economic growth in all three countries , because of the probability values generated exceeds a critical value of 5 per cent or 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction on PT.Wijaya Palembang. The compensation given by the company intended to motivate employees to be able to increase the productivity of the company. Namely the basic salary allowances, transport allowance, other allowances other form of medical benefits, housing allowances, and family allowances, as well as incentives, bonuses and overtime. In this study, the authors used a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview, observation,documentation and literature. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data sourced from the first party without certain media, such as questionnaries and interview list, while secondary data in the form of information organization, task and activities undertaken by the company, the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and testing of the coefficient of determination using statistical program the results of this study indicate that there are significant compensation to employee satisfaction at PT. Wijaya Palembang, r square value of 0,227 means that these two variables have contributed as much as 22,7% on employee job satisfaction PT. Wijaya Palembang there are significant positive and significant correlation betweem compensation job satisfaction partially namely 3,875 t count > t table 1,675 which means H 0 rejected and Hi accepted, this proves that the compensation and significant effect on satisfaction.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine how much efficient the use of working capital by using ratio analysis in the culinary business “Mira” located in the city of Palembang by using financial statement data in the form of a balance sheet and income statement.To find out how much the level of efficiency in the use of working capital in the culinary business Mira.The author uses the analysis of liquidity ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. With the liquidity ratio, Mira’s ability to pay off obligations that must be fulfilled immediately is quite good. Because the ratio is above 200%. Although there was a decline in 2016 and 2017 but not too big. The company’s economic profitability ratio is quite efficient in using working capital,seen from the result of the economic profitability ratio in 2015 of 38% but in 2016 there was a decrease of 35.43% and in 2017 it will increase again to 42,3%. The shows that the company in using its working capital is quite efficientand from profitability ratio is also quite good because it is able to generate substantial profits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work environment and work motivation on employees performance in PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja affect either partially or simultaneously. This research used data from primary data collected directly from the object under study using questionnaries. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result of this study found that partially the work environment variables affect the performance of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja with t count 12.475 > 2.3483 (Ha accepted and Ho rejected) while work motivation does not affect the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Baturaja because t count -0.357 > 2.3483 (Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. While simultaneously the variables X1 and variables X2 affect the variable Y with F count 319.868 > 3.28. The result of this research is expected to be used as a suggestion for company should further improve the working environment and working motivation so that employees performance can be increased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment on employee performance. This study uses populations of 82 respondances where the populations are the employees of PT. Orix Indonesia Finance. This study uses primary data and the method of analyze is simple linear analysis. This result showed that 62,7% of recruitment variables influenced employee performance and there were 37,3% for subsequent researchers to examine other variables affecting performance such as compensation, productivity, leadership and development career.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on earnings at retail companies on the IDX. The research period began in 2012-2018 in 10 retail companies. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of data processing for the F test can be seen in the table above. Prob value F (Statistic) of 0.004 is smaller than the 0.05 significance level so that it can be concluded that the estimated regression model is feasible to use to explain the effect of sales and DER on earnings. Based on the results of the t test the value of prob. t arithmetic from sales of 0.0015 which is smaller than 0.05 so that sales have a significant effect on earnings at 95% confidence level. Unlike the case with the effect of DER on earnings dependent variables because of the value of prob. t count 0.6248 which is greater than 0.05 so it can be said that DER has no effect on the dependent variable of earnings. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kecamatan Plakat Tinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai ASN di Kecamatan Plakat Tinggi. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel teknologi informasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara.
