Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality on cosmetic purchasing decisions in Palembang. This type of research is quantitative research which uses research data collection techniques through questionnaires with a Likert scale. This research used 67 respondents. The data analysis method used is linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simple linear regression testing, it shows that the coefficient of determination is 0.627 or 62.7%, this means that product quality can explain purchasing decisions by 62.7% while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other factors not included in this research. The regression coefficient for the product quality variable is 0.687, which has a positive direction, meaning that for every increase in product quality by one point and other variables remaining constant, purchasing decisions will increase by 0.687 units.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which include definitions, objectives, benefits, and the important role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining customer loyalty. This research uses a literature review approach which is expected to be one of the references for customers so that it can be used in the future. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) not only serves to keep customers from moving from one company / product to another, but at the same time it is one of the strategies in getting potential customers, this is because previous customer satisfaction moves to other potential customers, one of which is through WOM (Word Of Mouth). When Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is successfully implemented, it will create customers who are loyal to the company and give a good impression of the company.

Abstract

Human resources are the abilities possessed by every human being. Human resources consist of the intellectual and physical powers of every human being, which means that the abilities of every human being are determined by their intellectual and physical powers. Human resources are the first and foremost element in every activity carried out. However, an organization with a perfect work plan and sufficient costs and sophisticated equipment, if run by people with low abilities and inappropriate placement, will be difficult to achieve the desired goals. Human resource development is a long-term investment that is more oriented towards increasing employee work productivity in the future. Because it concerns the future, management must prepare a plan that is as precise as possible in order to achieve the target. Human Resource Planning is a decision-making step for the future taken by management to further ensure that the organization has the right workforce to occupy various positions, positions and the right jobs, at the right time in order to achieve the goals and various targets that have been and will be set.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the Housing Marketing Strategy of PT. Berlian Bersaudara Propertindo Palembang. The approach used in this research is qualitative, namely case studies in organizations. Meanwhile, the nature of this research is exploratory, namely exploring information from informants. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the strategy from the SWOT analysis shows that the company's position is in quadrant I because the internal factor value is 0.88 and the external factor value is 0.27. This shows that the strength factors are greater than the weakness factors and the opportunity factors are slightly greater than the threats faced by the company. The strategy that should be implemented by the company is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy) so that the strategy used by the company is a W-O strategy. Several things can be recommended, namely: (1) For the level of threat that will occur, namely rising material prices, companies need to survey the prices of building materials in order to get the minimum possible price so as not to harm the company. (2) It is necessary to apply innovation and variation both in terms of house design and to pay attention to available public facilities such as road improvements, irrigation and other public facilities, in this way it can attract consumers.

Abstract

Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik, Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean C Madiun (KPPBC TMP C Madiun) memiliki inovasi bernama Program Peningkatan Kompetensi Pegawai (P2KP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program tersebut terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik, yang diukur melalui hasil pre-test, post-test, dan Survei Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa (SKPJ). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dan kuantitatif dengan mempelajari buku, artikel serta pengolahan data pre-test, post-test tahun 2023 dan 2024 serta hasil SKPJ pada tahun yang sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor post-test dibandingkan pre-test, yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan kompetensi pegawai. Namun terdapat sedikit penurunan nilai SKPJ dari tahun 2023 ke 2024 meskipun tidak signifikan. Penurunan nilai SKPJ ini tidak secara langsung mencerminkan kegagalan P2KP karena masih masuk dalam kategori sangat puas, namun perlu adanya strategi yang baik demi meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa.
