Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efisiensi pelayanan perizinan pada kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Palembang dengan studi kasus pada bagian lalu lintas Angkutan laut dan Usaha Kepelabuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat perbandingan antara biaya standar waktu penyelesaian jauh dari ketentuan, standar biaya izin masih sangatlah tinggi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi yang tentunya dimiliki oleh Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Palembang, kurang mendukungnya pekerjaan pelayanan izin baik pekerjaan administrasi maupun lapangan, formalitas sistem dan prosedur masih juga dirasakan kurang ataupun rendah, tapi variabel kemampuan kerja pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi pelayanan.

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of work motivation in improving employee performance at the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative, Teluk Gelam District, OKI Regency", aims (1) to determine and analyze work motivation in improving employee performance at the Village Plantation Unit Cooperative. Palm Oil (KPKS) Bumi Jaya Teluk Gelam District OKI Regency (2) To find out the efforts made by the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative (KPKS) in Teluk Gelam District OKI Regency in improving employee performance through work motivation. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Qualitative research method is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data required include secondary data and primary data obtained in various ways, including: documentation, interviews, observations. The results of employee performance motivation analysis are still low, seen from the indicators of work motivation, namely 1) remuneration, 2) working conditions, 3) work facilities, 4) work performance, 5) recognition from superiors, 6) the work itself. While the performance indicators are 1) work quality, 2) work quality, 3) work constraints, 5) work attitude. The leadership's efforts to improve employee performance through motivation include establishing discipline, creating a conducive climate, providing incentives, and compensation. The type of motivation used to improve employee performance is in the form of salaries, bonuses, work facilities, praise, rewards, and punishments. The conclusion from the results of the study is that the implementation of work motivation carried out by the Bumi Jaya Oil Palm Plantation Village Unit Cooperative, Teluk Gelam District, OKI Regency is considered not good, there are still obstacles faced in improving employee performance, Suggestions for leaders to improve the quality of human resources, create a good cooperative relationship, provide sanctions to employees who violate the rules.

Abstract

The purpose of the survey is to: (a) identify factors that support employee motivation in DPMD office in Musi Banyuasin Regent; (b). To know and analyze the strate-gies implemented by the office to increase the motivation of employees for the implementation of planned programs. The methods used in this study are qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The research result is 1). The internal factors for improving employee performance in DPMD are a) strengths, (1) number of people, and (2). Improved payroll system. (3). Education, expertise and skills of employees you can trust. (Four). There are empowerment programs and their implementation. b) (1) The weakness of having many employees but not enough office space. (2). Inadequate facilities and infrastructure; (3). classical computer; (4). Far from family on average, less than optimal performance. b). The outside is an opportunity consisting of (a) (1). Career Development Opportunities; Advertising etc. (2). Compete for leadership ratings. (3). Opportunities for further education; (4). Opportunity to do the best you can for career advancement. b) Threats consisting of (1) at least those who participate; (2). Democratic leaders are scarce. (3). Duplication of work due to unclear main tasks. (Four). Restrictions on Procurement of Qualified Persons. 2). In her SO strategy, her strategy to motivate DPMD's employees is to leverage strengths, and professionally trained and trained people to seize opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing loan (NPL) dan operational efficiency Ratio (BOPO) terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan (Studi Kasus PT Bank Jago Tbk Tahun 2017-2021). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS 24 dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) PT Bank Jago Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa NPL dan BOPO tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) Perusahaan Studi Kasus PT Bank Jago Tbk. Terdapat banyak keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini baik dari segi data dan juga tahun penelitian.

Abstract

The low ability of the regions to explore local original sources is reflected in the relatively small receipt of Regional Original Income (PAD) compared to total regional revenues and the lack of effort and ability of local governments to manage and explore existing sources of income. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure the regional fiscal capacity in supporting the economic independence of Prabumulih City, to identify what factors are influential in order to increase PAD in order to support the economic independence of Prabumulih City and how to increase PAD in order to achieve economic independence of Prabumulih City. The analysis of Prabumulih's Financial Performance in this study is an assessment process regarding the level of progress in achieving the work/activities of the Prabumulih City Government in the financial sector for the 2015-2020 period. The ratios used by researchers in analyzing Prabumulih's financial performance in this study are: Degree Ratio of Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Financial Independence Ratio and PAD Effectiveness Ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap volume penjualan pada bakso Mulyono. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regresi linier sederhana sebesar nilai a 95 dan nilai b sebesar 0, mengukur besarnya perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel (y). Dari persamaan regresi tersebut terlihat adanya pengaruh positif antara variabel x dan variabel y yang bersifat searah. Hasil korelasi linier sederhana yaitu nilai r sebesar 0,0076. Artinya antara variable harga (x) dan volume penjualan (y) terdapat hubungan yang sangat lemah

Abstract

Motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee morale. Motivation itself is divided into two types, namely, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is a driving force for work that comes from within the worker as an individual, while extrinsic motivation is someone who has passion at work means also has the motivation and drive to work. This research was conducted using the Simple Linear Regression analysis tool, t test to analyze the closeness of the relationship between different variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on morale at PT Adhyashta Palembang. From the results of the t test, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 3.496 + 0.854. Then, from the calculation of the correlation coefficient, a value of 0.807 is obtained which indicates that there is a close relationship between the variables of motivation (X) and morale (Y). To find out that there is a significant effect of the independent variables on the dependent variables, the t test is used where it is known that 0.00 <0.005 so that the meaning of the motivational spirit variable is significantly related to the morale variable.

Abstract

Social media has become a partner in carrying out community activities, including in running a business. Currently, social media is one of the company's tools for placing advertisements, one of which is on Instagram to increase costumer interest. This study aims to determine how much advertising influences consumer buying decisions at Rich Coffee Shop. This quantitative descriptive study used a probability samplng technique with a simple random sampling method with a total of 96 respondents who visited Rich Coffee Shop who filled out a questionnaire. Questionnaire that has been adjusted to the Likert scale which has been teste for its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that data analysis and discussion of advertising have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. These results prove that Instagram advertising can increase consumer decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, service quality, price and word of mouth on the decision to purchase wedding services for the Baba Family organizer in Palembang City. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 182 respondents. Methods of data analysis using non-probability sampling, purposive sampling, as well as multiple regression with the SPSS 26 statistical test tool. Based on the results of the study it showed that the variables of trust, quality of service, price and word of mouth (wom) had a significant and positive effect partially or simultaneously on the decision to purchase the services of a baba family wedding organizer in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

This research is a literature review journal which aims to gain an in-depth understanding of creativity and the importance of creativity for an entrepreneur in developing and building a mindset in order to improve a creative mindset. An entrepreneur must be able to compete and always be able to improve the quality of his productivity. One way is by being creative. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with a systematic literature review approach, by conducting a study of articles published in national journals on the topic of creativity and entrepreneurship. The results of this research show the importance of creativity in entrepreneurship. This is confirmed by previous research which concluded that creativity has a significant effect on entrepreneurship.
