Abstract

Neck pain is a common problem that two out of three people will experience during their lifetime, 10% of all people will experience neck pain within one month. Injury/disease process to neck structures will result in muscle spasm and loss of movement function. Community service activities were carried out in June 2022 by giving leaflets about neck pain and chin tuck exercises, carried out 8 times. This PKM aims to be used as a source of knowledge and chin tuck exercises can be practiced on batik workers in Seberang Jambi City. The results of the evaluation both through questions and answers and demonstrations of the chin tuck exercise are that all batik workers can do these exercises independently so that they can reduce neck pain, muscle tension and increase cervical functional activities in batik workers.

This type of research is a descriptive quantitative observation of documents and a direct observation of pharmaceutical services in a coherent manner. instrument checklist form and patient satisfaction questionnaire. Overview of services at the Aliifah pharmacy the presence of a pharmacist is more than 5 hours/per day serving 200 doctor's prescriptions per month and in the Mubarak pharmacy, the presence of a pharmacist is less than 5 hours/per day with a total of 150 doctor's prescriptions per month. Pharmacy services at the Aliifah and Mubarok pharmacies are in the less category, while the level of satisfaction with the Aliifah and Mubarok pharmacy services is equally very satisfactory.

Abstract

Hypertension Is a condition where the increase in systolic blood is above the normal limit, which is more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg (WHO, 2021). Hypertension or high blood pressure is often referred to as "the silent killer" because it is often without complaints. To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the Working Area of the Tubaan Health Center, Berau Regency. The design of this study was a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach which was carried out in February-March 2022. The population in this study were hypertension sufferers in the working area of the Tuban Health Center, Berau Regency, totaling 120 people. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 54 respondents. The statistical test used is Chi Square if t count (pvalue) <0.05 is obtained, then the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Shows that respondents with good self-efficacy are 39 people (72.2%), have good family support both 18 people (33.3%), and respondents who adhered to taking medication amounted to 36 people (66.7%). The results of the analysis using the chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0.028 <0.05 & a p-value = 0.001 <0.05, which means that Ho 1, Ho 2 are rejected and Ha 1, Ha 2 are accepted. There is a relationship between self-efficacy and family support with adherence to taking hypertension medication in the working area of the Tubaan Health Center, Berau District.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a public health problem known as the Mother of Disease which is the mother of other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, kidney failure and blindness (American Diabetes Association, 2017). Diabetes Mellitus Type-2 is the most common type of diabetes. Risk factors and prevalence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus include: 1) Dietary factors, such as high-fat and high-carbohydrate foods, 2) Too many thoughts, 3) Obesity, 4) Unbalanced diet, 5) Lack of exercise. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the method of observation, observation, interviews, study of documents, giving questionnaires and analyzing the results of statistical tests. The research subjects were the people of Sape District who had received treatment at the General Practitioner Insan Rizkillah with a total of 100 people with male and female identities aged between 40-70 years. The frequency of the very high prevalence of Type 2 diabetes mellitus occurs between the ages of 40-50 years with a result of 3.7%, the percentage of the next category occurs at the age of 51-60 years with a result of 2.9% and the third category is between the ages of 61-70 years with yield 3.4%. The results of the data analysis showed that the patient experienced a very significant increase in level.

Abstract

The 2019 World Health Organization notes that tuberculosis is a disease that is still a global concern. Indonesia has the 3rd highest number of cases after India and China. The target rate for medication adherence in Berau Regency, which is included in the elderly age group, has not been achieved due to the lack of PMO support and the side effects of the drugs experienced. The type of research used is analytical research which is carried out only through observation, without any intervention on the research subject. Statistical test results showed that there was no significant relationship between drug side effects and medication adherence with a pvalue of 0.273 > 0.05.

Abstract

HIV/AIDS infection is a spectrum of infectious diseases of the immune system. Rapid transmission causes difficulty in overcoming this disease. This studied aims to determine potential peptides as vaccine candidates, and to determine the physicochemical properties and homologous properties of vaccine candidates. This studied used a processing method with an immunoinformatics approached and used samples from the p17 matrix protein sequence with PDB code 2HMX. All stages were carried out used the appropriate web server and application. From sequence analysis, selected T-cell and B-cell epitopes was obtained. After designing the vaccine candidate from T-cell and B-cell epitopes, the final stepped was to perform 2D and 3D visualization of the vaccine candidate. The researched shows that the peptide were as follows, adjuvant-EAAAK-GSEELRSLY-AAY-NNSQVSQNY-GPG PG-TGSEELRSLYNTIAV-KK-QPSLQTGSEELRS -KK-DVKDTKEALDK. The physicochemical properties of the HIV vaccine candidate had a total of 116 amino acids, a molecular weight of 12871.66 g/mol, a theoretical pI of 9.58, a number of negative residues 13, a number of positively charged residues 24, the extinction coefficient was 7825 m2/mol, the stability index was 59, 77, aliphatic index 64.74, average hydrophobicity -0.958. The results of the homologous analysis of the matrix protein p17 vaccine candidate stated that the amino acid residues that made up the peptide were not homologous or did not caused an autoimmune response when used as a vaccine candidate.

Abstract

According to Afconneri et al's research, (2020), factors that influence relapse in schizophrenic clients include educational status, work status, living with caregivers, level of anxiety, family support, caregiver burden and adherence to taking medication. The support provided by the family can improve the client's recovery or compliance in undergoing therapy at home. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between family support and relapse in schizophrenia patients in the working area of the Labanan and Teluk Bayur Health Centers, Berau District. Shows that the results of the hypothesis test obtained a p value of 0.001, so that there is a relationship between family support and recurrence of schizophrenia patients in the Work Area of the Labanan and Teluk Bayur Health Centers, Berau District.

Abstract

The front line hospital services are the Emergency Room where the services provided are immediate, fast, precise and accurate. The services provided will affect patient satisfaction. One that is closely related to patient satisfaction in the emergency room is service response time and waiting time for patient transfer to inpatient care. This study aims to determine the relationship between service response time and patient transfer time to inpatient care with patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Abdul Rivai in 2022. The design of this study was an analytic observational Cross Sectional design with a quantitative non-experimental approach to research methods with relationship analysis using the chi-square test. Based on the results of the bivariate test, it was found that P-Value = 0.016 on the relationship between service response time and patient satisfaction, and P-Value = 0.002 on the relationship between transfer time and patient satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between service response time and waiting time for patient transfer to the inpatient room with patient satisfaction.
