Abstract

Arrangement of goods in conventional containers takes a long time and relies on the skills of employees or employees. The result of this method is very dependent on the condition of the employee. From the above background, it is necessary to build a computerized system that helps companies to optimize the pattern of arranging goods in containers whose solutions can be searched by genetic algorithms. Genetic algorithm as a search solution method based on natural selection to get an individual with the best gene arrangement, is able to provide a solution on how the pattern of goods arrangement is optimized through an iterative process for several generations with operators namely reproduction, crossing over, and mutation. By entering the input in the form of space and item specifications along with the genetic algorithm operator probability, the genetic process will find a pattern of arrangement of items based on the best fitness or value, i.e. the less empty space is left.

Abstract

One of the technological tools that are currently developing is a cell phone or cellphone. Although mobile phones are sophisticated tools, mobile phones are electronic devices that require batteries as their main energy source. This research produces an analysis of product development that meets consumer needs using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The selection of this method is based on user involvement. This study aims to analyze the product development of electromagnetic mobile phone charger technology so that it becomes an effective and efficient product. This product development analysis using the House of Quality method from Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is carried out by looking at the user's wishes and translating it into technical language (technical characteristics). Obtained 6 attributes and 6 technical characteristics. The characteristics of the quality of the material are characteristics that are difficult on the level of difficulty and are quite expensive in terms of cost estimates, for others, they are quite easy on the level of difficulty and cheap in terms of cost. Based on the development of the concept, the product design has a function to charge cellphones, as a promotional media, in an original and unique form, using ABS plastic material and using magnets. So this product is very useful for users to use it flexibly.

Abstract

Tassia Store was founded in 2015, where initially it started as just setting up a shop and has now switched to an online shop. Tassia Store is an olshop that sells bags, clothes, and shoes. the products that are sold are more well-known products such as prada, nike, addidas etc. Tassia Store also sells watches, belts, and bags with various motifs for teens and adults. With the increasing number of fans on the Tassia Store. It is undeniable that fans of branded products have become a necessity today, especially for teenagers, then Tassia Store wants to develop its business by having a Web-based online sales information system. Tassia Store currently does not have its own website to market the products it sells. In addition, orders are still made by recording manually so it is inconvenient if a customer cancels their order. Currently, Tassia Store markets its products through resellers and online using the Instagram application media which is still an obstacle because the menu display regarding the product is not fully available, such as existing stock, ordering, promotion, and payment methods. Another obstacle is also a problem because not all customers use the Instagram application media so that the products we have promoted through the application media cannot be reached by all customers. Therefore, the Tassia Store still needs an expansion in the business of selling its goods so that it is easy for customers to order and find out information about the goods in the Tassia Store.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have grown very rapidly so that it can help the performance of a company or government agency, one of which is interactive multimedia technology. The profiles of the Batam City Investment Service and PTSP agencies in hardcopy form are no longer feasible to be used as information media. With the use of Adobe Flash CS6 profiles can be run on computer or smartphone media and become a special attraction for recipients of information because of the animation. The design of interactive multimedia profiles of the Batam Investment Office and PTSP using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The author hopes to produce Interactive Multimedia Design Profile of the Batam City Investment Office and PTSP to be more effective and innovative. So that it can make it easier for people in this digital era to find out related information at the Batam City Investment Office and PTSP.

Abstract

This study aims to design a dashboard that can help companies on CV. Restu Motor Jl. Tiban Indah Permai No. 5, Sekupang, Batam. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by the company admin, so a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from motorcycle sales data which consists of cashier data to print proof of payment if there is a sale, motorcycle collection data along with the purchase price and selling price, sales data along with profit/profit data. By using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as a database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a text-shaped dashboard consisting of cashiers, motorcycle data, sales data, target percentages, it is hoped that this dashboard can help companies analyze and control sales.

Abstract

Motorcycle Sales Company that uses a computerized system in all its activities, one of which is PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara which is a motorcycle sales company. Management needs to improve the performance of the service system to stakeholders because the current sales information system does not meet satisfaction standards, both in terms of time, quality and in terms of reports, because reports are a support for management in decision making, but in the marketing department it has not been computerized based on the web but still uses Microsoft Excel, this results in the marketing department often having difficulty in making decisions to determine motorcycle sales targets and results, which can result in management being less precise in making decisions based on existing sales data. Therefore it is necessary to create a system, in developing a sales information system in the marketing department that is appropriate and accurate to handle problems at PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara, especially in the marketing section such as requests for the number of motorcycles sold, costomer data information, motorcycle stock according to type and the latest types of models, sales chart table can be seen. Therefore it is necessary to build a data main to manage all this information. By designing the system using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method, as well as in the process of making the system using the PHP programming language with a database built using SQL, the system will be easy to implement. With the new system, it is hoped that it can help interested marketing departments to obtain sales information.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Ibnu Sina University, especially the Accounting study program (D3) in managing the final project still uses the conventional method by using paper media which is used as a title submission form and for recording titles that have been ACC still uses a ledger or recording using Microsoft Word or Excel so that sometimes data management becomes less effective and efficient, therefore it is necessary to design a web-based application so that it can make it easier to record the titles of final assignments that have been ACC or approved. The methods used for data collection are literature, literature study, and observation, while in data processing using data collection methods, business modeling, design, manufacture (construction), system testing, and implementation. This title submission information system is designed as an effort to improve student efficiency in data management for Final Project students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Accounting Study Program. This information system provides a lot of convenience in submitting the title of the final project for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Accounting Study Program, Ibnu Sina University.

Abstract

Selain pemantauan persediaan barang, hal penting lain yang yang dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang adalah pemantauan kondisi barang. Hal ini dibutuhkan agar barang yang digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional akan selalu dalam keadaan baik. Jika ditemukan adanya kondisi barang yang rusak, maka bisa dilakukan langkah penanganan baik itu dengan melakukan perbaikan atau melakukan pengadaan barang baru sebagai pengganti barang yang rusak, PT Mega Prima Perkasa yang berlokasi di Batam Center salah satu perusahaan di kota Batam yang bergerak sebagai bidang Supplier dan Distributor dimana untuk mengecek produk masih menggunakan form yang ditulis secara manual kemudian data tersebut dimasukan atau dikerjakan lagi menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja memiliki kesulitan tersendiri dalam melakukan pengecekan produk dan tidak efisien, sebagai perusahaan yang mempunyai banyak relasi dengan perusahaan lain maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk monitoring produk, monitoring sistem yang akan ditampilkan berbasis web dengan sistem dashboard).

Selama ini terdapat kendala dalam proses pengelolaan informasi pengukuran targetPKB di BP2RD Kepri. Banyaknya informasi yang terkandung dalam pengukuran target PKB menyulitkan jajaran pimpinan dan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan untuk melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi target PKB. Bentuk pelaporan yang menggunakan sistem tabular juga menyebabkan kesulitan untuk melakukan evaluasi target PKB. Adanya aplikasi DashboardInformasi Target Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor dan terlaksananya DashboardInformasi Target Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor pada Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam Perancangan DashboardInformasi Target Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Pada Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem Informasi Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, penulis berharap sudah diterapkan pada perusahan-perusahaan lainnya yang dibidangnya sama, dikarenakan dapat memudahkan dalam soal pelayanan yang sudah berbasis online.
