Abstract

This simulation aims to evaluate the stress, deformation, and strain values of the crane hook structure to ensure safe load handling and prevent functional failure. In this study, AISI 1015, AISI 1035, and alloy steel casing materials were tested, along with two different hook designs: trapezoidal and circular. The trapezoidal design had base dimensions of 34.50 mm and 58.00 mm, with a top surface area of 55.00 mm and a radius of 10.00 mm. The circular design has a diameter of 58.00 mm. Simulations were carried out using SolidWorks on AISI 1015 with Mass 10 tons, stress 279.68 N/mm², displacement 0.61 mm. on AISI 1035: Mass 12 tons, stress 310.11 N/mm², displacement 0.61 mm. on Alloy steel with Mass 8.5 tons, stress 236.87 N/mm², displacement 0.59 mm. For circular design on AISI 1015 with a mass of 9.5 tons, stress 279.69 N/mm², displacement 0.57 mm. on AISI 1035 with a mass of 10 tons, stress 310.25 N/mm², displacement 0.76 mm. Alloy steel with a mass of 8 tons, stress 237.28 N/mm², displacement 0.55 mm. Each material exhibits different mechanical characteristics, which affect stress, deformation and strain. Based on the results, the AISI 1035 material with a circular design supports a maximum load of 9.5 tons, achieving a safety factor of 1.68, which is close to the minimum threshold of 1.8 for safe operation.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan mahasiswa dalam hal kehadiran menjadi indikator penting dalam menjamin mutu pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola kehadiran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah semester ganjil dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means Clustering sebagai bagian dari proses Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). Hipotesis penelitian menyatakan bahwa mahasiswa dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam kategori tingkat kehadiran yang berbeda secara signifikan. Data yang digunakan berupa absensi 35 mahasiswa selama 16 pertemuan. Proses penelitian mencakup tahapan KDD: pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan, penerapan algoritma K-Means, visualisasi dengan PCA, serta evaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Score. Hasil menunjukkan terbentuknya tiga cluster: kehadiran tinggi (90%), sedang (70%), dan rendah (50%), dengan skor siluet rata-rata sebesar 0.72 yang menunjukkan pemisahan cluster yang cukup baik. Kesimpulannya, algoritma K-Means efektif dalam mengelompokkan pola kehadiran mahasiswa secara objektif. Saran diberikan agar pihak universitas menggunakan hasil ini sebagai dasar perumusan kebijakan peningkatan kedisiplinan. Penelitian ini penting sebagai langkah awal dalam memahami perilaku mahasiswa berbasis data dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan variabel serta mengeksplorasi algoritma lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the latest trends, technological developments, and innovative applications of digital image processing across various sectors. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach, the research analyzes ten recent and relevant scholarly articles published between 2017 and 2025. The findings reveal a significant shift toward deep learning-based methods, particularly convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which dominate tasks such as classification, segmentation, and object detection. Digital image processing is increasingly applied in healthcare, agriculture, industrial automation, traffic surveillance, and smart city infrastructure. The integration with real-time systems and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), as well as the availability of large public datasets, has further accelerated innovation in this field. Despite its advancements, challenges such as high computational requirements, ethical concerns, and the need for large-scale annotated data remain. This research highlights the importance of interdisciplinary approaches and responsible AI development to address these limitations and maximize the potential of image processing technologies in real-world applications.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has opened up new opportunities to enhance the quality of education, including Islamic religious education. This study aims to design and develop an interactive Android-based application for Fiqh learning that aligns with the curriculum and is easily accessible to students. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) method using a prototyping model, involving both teachers and students throughout the development stages. The results show that the application received positive feedback in terms of usability, engaging interface, and relevance of the content. The implementation in an Islamic-based school environment indicated that the application successfully increased students' interest and motivation in learning while assisting teachers in delivering Fiqh material more effectively. These findings suggest that mobile applications can serve as innovative learning tools for Fiqh in the digital era.

Abstract

Dilihat pada kondisi tanah yang tidak stabil, sistem drainase yang buruk, dan kurangnya perawatan atau pemeliharaan, dapat menyebabkan kendaraan berat yang melewati jalan tersebut akan membuat kerusakan pada lapis permukaan maupun penurunan pada tanah dasar. Oleh karena itu, pekerjaan peningkatan perkerasan lentur pada lokasi penelitian perlu dilakukan analisa perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa peningkatan perkerasan lentur, saluran samping drainase, dan rencana anggaran biaya pada ruas jalan arbais kabupaten sarmi. Perhitungan perkerasan direncanakan menggunakan pedoman perencanaan perkerasan lentur 2013 untuk mendapatkan nilai daya dukung tanah dasar dan tebal lapis pondasi bawah, lapis pondasi atas, dan lapis permukaan. Dari hasil perhitungan diproleh tebal perkerasan lentur, dengan umur rencana perkerasan lentur selama 20 tahun diperoleh lapis permukaan lapis aspal beton (Lapis Aus) dengan ketebalan 11 cm, lapis fondasi agregat kelas A dengan ketebalan 10 cm, dan lapis fondasi bawah agregat kelas B dengan ketebalan 15 cm. Adapun hasil perhitungan dimensi saluran drainase permukaan dangan lebar dasar saluran 1,38 cm, tinggi saluran 2,21 cm, lebar atas saluran 2,76 cm, dan debit saluran 0,843 (m³/dtk). Sedangkan estimasi biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan diperoleh Rp. 65,266,043,204.29.

Abstract

The digital transformation of supply chain systems has intensified the demand for greater transparency and data security. Blockchain technology emerges as an innovative solution, offering distributed, immutable, and verifiable data recording accessible in real time by all stakeholders. This study aims to systematically analyze previous research on the application of blockchain technology in supply chain management, with a particular focus on transparency and security aspects. A systematic literature review (SLR) approach was employed, comprising three main stages: planning, literature selection, and result reporting. From an initial pool of 200 articles, six were identified as meeting the inclusion criteria and were further analyzed. The findings reveal that blockchain enhances product traceability, strengthens data integrity, and reduces dependency on intermediaries. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including infrastructure limitations, regulatory uncertainties, and a lack of understanding among industry actors. This review contributes to both academic and practical knowledge by highlighting the potential benefits and key obstacles of adopting blockchain in modern supply chain management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Big Data Analytics (BDA) on production optimization and decision-making in the industrial sector. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was applied, reviewing scientific articles published between 2018 and 2023 from reputable databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore. The selection process was conducted in stages using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in six key articles for further analysis. The findings indicate that BDA significantly contributes to improving production efficiency, reducing operational costs, and enhancing the speed and quality of data-driven decision-making. However, several challenges remain in the implementation of BDA, particularly in terms of technological infrastructure, human resource readiness, and system integration. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the strategic importance of BDA adoption in building industrial competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan elemen penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan produktif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara penerapan K3 dan produktivitas tenaga kerja melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Literatur yang dikaji meliputi jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan K3 berdampak positif terhadap produktivitas, melalui pengurangan kecelakaan kerja, peningkatan rasa aman, dan peningkatan efisiensi kerja. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keselamatan terbukti meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan karyawan. Dengan demikian, K3 tidak hanya menjadi kewajiban hukum, tetapi juga investasi strategis bagi peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Artikel ini menyarankan pentingnya integrasi K3 dalam sistem manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung produktivitas yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study presents the design and performance evaluation of a closed-system batik fabric drying machine for small-scale industries. The system integrates a spinner for initial dewatering and a hot-air blower with thermostatic control at 60 °C. Experimental tests examined drying time, temperature stability, and fabric quality. Results showed that 2 kg of batik fabric dried in 18 minutes—about 70 % faster than traditional sun drying. The closed-loop air circulation improved thermal uniformity (±1.5 °C deviation) and reduced energy use by 25 %. No color fading or fiber damage occurred, and ultraviolet lamps prevented microbial growth. This design demonstrates that combining mechanical efficiency, thermal control, and ergonomics can enhance energy efficiency and production reliability for micro-scale batik industries.
