Abstract

This study discusses Arabic learning media, which is a tool to convey material used to assist teachers or teachers in delivering a lesson, as well as an alternative to facilitate students, especially students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in learning Arabic. The making of Arabic learning media uses Adobe Flash CS6 Professional, while in the design it uses Storyboards, Navigation Structures, and Flowcharts. The test results on this learning media as a whole are 33% stating Very Good, 29% stating Good, and 8% stating Less Good. This shows that more than 60% of respondents stated that this learning media has been running well. While the test on the display of learning media that can attract interest in learning is as much as 60% stating Very Good, 30% stating Good, and 10% stating Less Good. This can indicate that 90% of this learning media can attract learning interest.

Abstract

Research is a term used in Indonesia to illustrate a scientific paper in the form of a written presentation of research results, discussing a problem in a particular field of science using applicable rules. The Informatics Engineering study program at Ibnu Sina University is still not effective and efficient in terms of campus services for final year students, especially when submitting the title of the final project because it is still using the manual method. The author uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL database which aims to build an information system for submitting the title of the final project which is expected to support and facilitate the process of submitting the title of the final project and easily get information about campus services, especially when submitting a final assignment at Ibnu Sina University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of information system management in improving the quality of public services at the Sakra Timur sub-district office. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes and aims to provide an overview and explanation of the variables carried out according to the research focus including the role of information systems in managing information, generating information and presenting information as well as inhibiting factors and supporters in improving the quality of public services at the Sakra Timur sub-district office. This study used purposive sampling and accidental sampling, then data collection techniques were carried out by conducting in-depth interviews and document research. The results of the study can be said that the management information system plays a very important role in managing information, generating information, and presenting information. By using computer systems and other technological devices, information can be managed and conveyed to what is needed quickly and accurately, as well as making it easier for employees at the Sakra Timur District Office to complete their respective tasks and work, especially those related to public services. . This is inseparable from the inhibiting and supporting factors, while those that support the improvement of service quality at the Sakra Timur District Office are information and communication technology. And the obstacles are the slow network, power outages, lack of ability of the employees of the East Sakra District to use or operate technology such as computers and devices, however, the East Sakra District Office has made every effort to improve services to the community.

Abstract

Every company that wants to continue to grow and wants to progress, the first thing that needs to be improved is the quality of its human resources. And one way to assess the quality of human resources in the company can be seen from the performance appraisal of employees. The object of this research was conducted at PT. xyz. The research method used in this study is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique), because the smart method can solve the problem of making choices that are multi-criteria and with simple analysis compared to other decision-making methods. This performance appraisal system is designed using PHP and MySQ. The method used in system development is the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. The results achieved in the form of a decision support system in determining the best employees at PT.XYZ.

Abstract

This study aims to create a Gas Ordering Application at PT. xyz Web-based in helping companies to perform more efficiently and the system is easy to use by employees/accounting. The design is targeted to increase the interest of the company's performance, especially in data input and file storage. The design process takes 3 (three) months. The object of the activities carried out is in the form of interviews and direct observations in the field to see the circumstances and situations that occur, how the educational process has been going on so far. From the conditions that occur in the field in the form of recording the flow of documents, it is done by taking notes and inputting it into a computerized form in Microsoft Excel. Conclusions and suggestions on this application are in order to improve company performance and facilitate data input and file storage when doing work.

Abstract

Abstract

The success of educational programs in the teaching and learning process is strongly influenced by several factors, such as students, curriculum, educators and educational agents, funds, facilities and infrastructure as well as environmental factors. One of the factors that support the success of educational programs in the learning process is educational facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to design a system that can assist in the management of facilities and infrastructure at the vocational high school of SMK Ibnu Sina Batam, in an effort to improve the performance of the management of school facilities and infrastructure that supports learning and practicum. implement a system that can assist education officers in managing data on existing facilities and infrastructure, and can more quickly gain profits and changes in improving the quality of education at Ibnu Sina Junior High School Batam in the future.

Abstract

Speed ​​bumps are considered disturbing motorcyclists to increase vehicle speed. The idea was born to develop a tool that can use a power generator with a speed bump generator as a driving source in this application. This product is designed and manufactured on a full scale to cover all speed bump vehicles. Why is that because the vehicle's kinetic energy is stored and converted into electricity which is stored in the battery. In order to obtain a structurally integrated material, the sleeping police carried out several tests, including static and impact tests. Static and impact testing is done by simulation using ansys software. Durian peel is very suitable as a mixture as an ingredient because it contains fiber that can be used for concrete reinforcement. Also obtained the equivalent stress of 0.05 MPa. The x-Axis voltage is 0.01MPa. The y-axis stress is 0.04 MPa. The results of this study can be concluded that the foam concrete composite reinforced with durian skin fiber also has the potential to be used as a speed bump power generator.

Abstract

This study aims to create a Customer Data Monitoring Dashboard at the Xyz Store. Customer control at the xyz store was not done well before because there was no system that could help the xyz store to identify active and passive customers, so a real-time system was needed. It aims to make it easier for top management to control active and passive customers in the xyz store quickly and accurately. The data on the system was obtained from the author's interview with the manager of the xyz store which stated that from 2017 to 2020 there were 811 registered customers of the Xyz store, and made this data also the primary data in this study. While the secondary data used by the author is customer data at the xyz store and then implemented into the customer monitoring dashboard system. The system modeling method used in this study is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, while the system development in this study uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). ) with the Requirements level. , Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing and Deployment, this system uses the MySQL database system and the PHP programming language. In the xyz store customer monitoring system, which is packaged in a graphical dashboard display, it will look very attractive and easy to control existing customers. Actors in this system are managers and sales.

Abstract

This study designed a decision support system for evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia. The purpose of this system is to help speed up the process of evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia. The decision-making method used in this decision support system uses the 360-degree method, which is an evaluation method that combines feedback from the employees themselves, co-workers, direct supervisors, subordinates and customers. To apply the 360-degree method into the decision support system for evaluating employee performance at PT Cakrawala Asia, the author conducted interviews with the management of PT Cakrawala Asia to obtain the value of the assessment criteria, sub-criteria assessment and the weight of the assessment criteria in order to obtain an alternative as an employee performance appraisal. The design of this system uses the Object Oriented Analysis Design method with Unified Modeling Language modeling and the system implementation uses the MYSQL database management system and PHP programming language. This system can provide an alternative employee performance appraisal as a management tool in making decisions.
