Abstract

This paper aims to analyze organizational communication in improving teacher performance at MTs Al-Maidar Pandan. This study used a qualitative approach with field research methods through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results showed that: First, the principal communicated with the teacher verbally (in the form of meetings, briefings and face to face); and non-verbal (in the form of observations of teacher expressions, gestures and digital communication via smartphones). Second, the principal displays exemplary behavior, skills development and teacher professionalism, as well as a high salary. Third, the head of madrasah held consultations for teachers who are members of MGPM, trained in the use of laptops, and coordinated among teachers as well as education personnel at MTs Al-Maidar Pandan.

Abstract

Kemampuan guru PAI dalam berkomunikasi sangatlah diperlukan didalam pembelajaran baik di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Oleh karena itu komunikasi guru dalam pembelajaran PAI harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif. Sehingga rencana pembelajaran PAI yang diharapkan akan tercapai yaitu tercapainya iklim komunikatif yang efektif dan edukatif, terkhusus pada situasi COVID 19 di MIN 4 Lubuk Tukko. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah mengamati keadaan sekitarnya dan menganalisisnya dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah di lingkungan sekolah MIN 4 Lubuk Tokko. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekoalh MIN 4 Lubuk Tukko, guru PAI, Guru kelas, dan siswa dan siswi. Dilakukan dengan observasi terlebih dahulu, kemudian melakukan wawancara sesuai dengan data yang dibutuhkan, kemudian menganalisisnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Komunikasi guru PAI dalam pembelajaran PAI di MIN 4 Lubuk Tukko, sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Kepala sekolah dan guru PAI serta pihak sekolah sudah banyak mengetahui bagaimana berkomunikasi yang baik dalam setiap pembelajaran. komunikasi guru PAI dalam pembelajaran PAI adalah penerapan variasi metode dalam pembelajaran PAI, penggunaan media pembelajaran dan sumber belajaran yang terkait, Serta mengadakan umpan balik dengan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang membangun berfikir siswa serta variasi dalam interaksi dan kegiatan peserta didik. Upaya guru PAI mengatasi kendala komunikasi yang terjadi adalah adanya upaya yang dilakukan yaitu: guru berhati-hati dalam mengajar dengan selalu memperhatikan keadaan siswa dan memahami perubahan minat belajar siswa serta berusaha mengendalikan kelas dengan aman dan kondusif. Membuat suatu pesan dengan point-point penting dengan kalimat yang sederhana serta penuh perhatian dan memberikan kebebasan siswa berkreasi sesuai dengan bakat dan kemampuannya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of teacher training conducted by STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara for PAUD / TK Hatinia Barokah teachers, then how the benefits of teacher training carried out by STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative approach and the data collection techniques are observation, interview, action and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of teacher training conducted by STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara for PAUD / TK Hatinia Barokah teachers is a community service program on making audio-visual media, especially designing and making learning videos. The benefits of teacher training teacher training activities carried out by STIT Al-Ittihadiyah Labuhanbatu Utara are to improve the ability of teachers to create and use video media in learning, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

The function of education is very strategic in optimizing children's development from an early age to higher education. For this reason, the implementation of Islamic education for early childhood is the responsibility of parents, schools and the community in developing the potential of early childhood so that they have an Islamic character that is reflected in akidah, worship, morals and mu'amalah. Cultivating the values โ€‹โ€‹of monotheism, worship and morals are fundamental along with speaking, motoric and scholastic exercises. Thus, every parent needs to play an effective role to ensure that early childhood is the target of Islamic education which is obliged to receive early and sustainable care, education and guidance services.

Abstract

This active learning strategy is expected to be able to show a picture and motivation for teachers in carrying out learning actively doing or doing each learning process and active learning strategies. This method is included in the relistic active learning approach or student / learner-centered learning. The author also wants to illustrate the mistakes of wrong learning strategies and change the paradigm, that language learning is not only a necessary cognitive factor but involves all learning elements which include cognitive, physical, mental and emotional aspects. In addition, in the realistic mathematics learning process it is not enough to rely on one strategy and one method but using a variety of methods and strategies. Because, each method and strategy has its own advantages.
