Abstract

Operasionalization of religion in a civilized community life in inter-relationship between religion complex itself on the one hand with the various elements of culture and society in which individuals reside and live on the other. Complexity of the relationship of religion can not be made freely as it should meet the demands of teaching. Elements of local cultural values are prominent, such as live view of the strong regional ethnic, social control and law enforcement are weak, an easy rule is violated, the authority (authorities) that the state continues to decline, to name of a few, is a major barrier to religion in the running his sacred mission to its full potential in society. Culture of civilized life can not be realized in the concrete life just by relying on faith alone, but also need the willingness of all parties, including state officials, to subjugate himself under the control of the values and norms that exist and run it with full sincerity.

Abstract

This article discusses juvenile delinquency, corruption, sexual harassment in public, which led to violent seizure of land which led to lives lost, a reckless driver, these are the loss of public civility. Problems that can occur due to economic factors, religious education is not wearing or doing in everyday behavior, which raised the question of how the role of religious education in shaping a civilized human being public ?. Man is a creature of the most perfect, there are many potential inherent in man, as leader of this earth, the caliph then humans have a relationship with the human, social and God.

Abstract

In general, Tabot Bengkulu can be developed and incorporated into the true culture (‘urf sahih). Because, it has provided and insight into the cultural-integrative to the process of development of Islamic law, especially relating to the obligations on time to practice prayer, obligation to increase devotion to God, to remember the final day, to remember the creation of human origin, to connect the family relations, to visit the grave and to appreciate the will of the ancestors. However, Tabot culture as human creations –which is still debated the validity of the law by some circles- also had a number of shortcomings that need to be reconstructed, for example, beliefs about the existence of a disaster if not done Tabot ritual and a number of other aspects incorporated  into the wrong culture (‘urf fasid).

Abstract

Social science which is intended in this paper covers a variety of disciplines, including sociology, political science, economics, anthropology, history, law and so on. The term transformative in the sense used here are loose, just to indicate how the scientists are not only struggling to answer the questions themselves, but the bother and in turn devote his dedication to the community to answer the questions. Development of a transformative social science requires expertise in three-dimensional philosophy of science: the ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Transformative character is also determined by the axiology choice. Social science were developed not only for development or accumulation of theory but also to improve the social relations that existed, to produce a social reality which was considered better.

The crisis of solidarity on the one hand and political identity that denies the diversity on the other hand is a big problem that plagued the nation’s center of Indonesia. This issue is trying to read in a philosophical discourse about the glass eye kommunitarism versus liberalism. The debate between these two philosophies can be drawn mazhab its relevance to the context of Indonesia. Here, Pancasila occupies a special position.

Abstract

Buku ini merupakan pengembangan lebih lanjut dari kertas kerja penulis dalam mata kuliah Sejarah Isiam Nusantara di Jurusan Ushuluddin STAIN Ponorogo dan hasil penelitian kompetirif individual Depag RI. Nilai lebih buku ini terletak pada penyuguhan proses dan tawaran solusi epistemologis dalam  pembacaan atas pemikiran Islam di Indonesia kontemporer.Secara keseluruhan, fokus pembahasan buku ini tentang Islam Pribumi ala  Gus Dur, pemikiran Islam merupakan pemikiran Islam yang lahir untuk membela kepentingan rakyat secara keseluruhan, dan untuk menjaga pluralitas,  baik budaya, etnis, maupun agama. Sebagai bentuk kepeduliannya terhadap kemaslahatan rakyat secara keseluruhan, pemikiran ini mencanangkan tegaknya demokrasi dan penegakati hukum tanpa pandang bulu. Hak-hak warga Negara harus menjadi pijakan utama dalam demokrasi dan penegakan hukum.

Abstract

As instructors, counselors, and educators, teacher determine learners’ changes. Therefore, teacher must continue to improve their knowledge, skills, and experience. They need a forum to develop their professionalism. KKG of Teacher Working Group is an ideal forum for developing teacher professionalism. In KKG, teacher will gain a lot of benefits, such as: improving their skills in managing Islamic Education teaching-learning activities, developing their ability to implement various teaching-learning models, helping teachers to fulfill teaching-learning activity requirements, helping teachers to obtain educative, technical information about Islamic Education, and improving their educational insights as well as exchanging information and experience. The study is a field of research using qualitative research. That implements observation, interview, and documentation method. The data collections used data validity tri anggulansi and sampling technique, while the data analysis applies qualitative, descriptive technique, which is collecting purposive sample and analyzing the data, reducing the data, and concluding (drawing conclusions). The result shows that the activities of Islamic Educations Teacher Working Group have corresponded to the exciting guidelines of Teaching Working Group activities. The teachers in this Islamic Education Teacher Working Group have possessed professional competence. It can be seen from the excellent teaching-learning quality of the Islamic Education subject. Teachers’ professional competence cannot be separated from several aspects that are promoted and implemented  during the development of professional competence of Islamic Education Teacher Working Group in the level of sub-district. The activities of Teacher Working Group are also influenced by supporting factors and limiting factors. These factors also include internal and external aspects.

Abstract

Internet has been exploited and used by students every day. Internet presence  brings much convenience to users. However, the Internet also have a negative effect on students. In the negative effects arising from the use of the internet, the necessary countermeasures in order not to disrupt the learning activities of students. This study aims to determine the effect of Internet use on student learning behavior. This research is the primary data with quantitative approach. The number of samples used, there are 98 students of class XI MAN Purworejo. Samples were then given questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to determine the frequency, percentage, mean, median, and mode. The statistical test used was chi-square to determine whether there is the effect of Internet use on student learning behavior. The analysis showed that 50% of students are heavy users with an average of 1.77 hours per day usage. 31.6% of students open social media more than once a day. 45.9% Based on the learning behavior of students have learned good behavior. The findings of this study showed no effect of the use of the Internet by students’ learning behavior (p=0.89). The negative effect is felt most students is to forget the time. Ways to overcome them can Cognitive-behavioral Therapy.

Abstract

Today the use of facebook / twitter has become a daily routine. The number of students using the facebook/twitter, making them aside obligations, even making it a hobby without knowing the time. Seeing the development of facebook / twitter that many favored particularly adolescents, as well as the resulting negative impact, encourage researchers to conduct research on the impact of media facebook / twitte against deviant behavior in students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of media facebook/twitter to deviations of student behavior MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Mungkid. This research is a quantitative research with the entire student population of MTs Muhammadiyah Mungkid. The sample used a number of 62 students with proportional random sampling. Data collection method used is the questionnaire method and documentation. Data analysis technique using linear regression statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between media use facebook/ twitter to deviations of student behavior MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Mungkid. It is based on linear regression analysis obtained regression coefficient of 1.098 with significant value 0.000> 0.05. So when the media use facebook / twitter increases, the deviant behavior of students will also be increased.

Abstract

How religion in society has been an error in understanding religious symbols. Religion is understood as rescue individuals and not as a social blessing together, as if God is not present in social problems despite his name was mentioned everywhere, religion has become a stagnant spiritual message, symbolic expression without meaning. Researchers and social commentator gives his analysis that this phenomenon as the impact of modernity that led to the crisis of modern man’s spiritual so that they no longer know who he is, and the meaning of life. It can be said that all the missions of the core teachings of Islam on the doctrine of monotheism, morality and the law would basically lead to the moral education. That is why so it is said to have a close relationship and a depth between Islam and science of the soul, when we examine carefully that Sufism is part of moral education, in the process sufism are doing things that are related to moral education leads to character desired by al-Qur`an to get to be perfect man as the caliph as well as Abdullah.
