Abstract

The cosmetics industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years, even so consumers must remain smart in choosing cosmetic products. This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and customer experience on generation Z's repurchase intention in Sumenep Regency through brand trust. This research was conducted on Pinkflash cosmetic products. This study used purposive sampling method as a sampling technique and obtained a sample size of 108 respondents. The testing technique used in this research is PLS-SEM. The results showed that brand image, customer experience, and brand trust have a direct influence on repurchase intention. Meanwhile, brand image does not influence repurchase intention through brand trust, but customer experience affects repurchase intention through brand trust.

Abstract

Business development through e-commerce is one of the strategies to increase sales volume, especially in a situation like today that uses technology, this research was conducted with the aim of finding out and proving whether there is a correlation between the influence of online customer reviews and live streaming on purchase decisions with self-control as a mediating variabel for consumers of e-commerce fashion products Shopee in Sumenep Regency. The research method carried out in this study uses a quantitative method, with a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling through the distribution of questionnaires, the use of samples in this study is 156 respondents.The results of the analysis in this study using SmartPLS 3 show that online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Self-control has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews mediated by self-control have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Live streaming mediated by self-control has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kinerja guru, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Di SDN Bungbungan, masih ditemui tantangan seperti semangat kerja guru yang bervariasi dan belum optimalnya kolaborasi tim. Dalam konteks tersebut, motivasi dan kepemimpinan menjadi aspek penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi dan leadership dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SDN Bungbungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap 9 informan yang dipilih secara purposif, terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara BOS, 4 Guru PNS, dan 3 Guru Honorer. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan leadership berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis yang mendorong suasana kerja terbuka, suportif, dan partisipatif. Terdapat hubungan yang saling menguatkan antara motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja guru di sekolah.

Abstract

Employee competencies are still not up to expectations, such as the inability to create and assemble varied and neat handmade items, the price list does not match the sales volume, communication between employees and customers is not yet fully effective, and the employee recruitment SOP is not in place, necessitating competency development. This study aims to determine the description of employee competency development and the obstacles encountered at Bakoel Moza in Sumenep Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that competency development is carried out through training, division of tasks according to expertise, department transfers, and the creation of a positive work environment. However, the main obstacles are ineffective communication and the lack of comprehensive training. Performance assessments cover discipline, creativity, and responsibility. Competency development strategies have been shown to increase employee productivity and readiness to face work challenges. However, a more systematic approach is needed to ensure all employees develop according to business needs. This study provides an overview of the importance of competency development in improving employee performance at Bakoel Moza.
