Abstract

High loyalty allows PGRI to run its various programs more effectively because it has the full support of its members. This research uses quantitative research methods based on the philosophy of positivism and is applied to research specific populations or samples. Data collection is carried out through research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative, with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been formulated. With a population of 288 PGRI members in Sukorame District with a sample of 74 members. The results of the existing analysis show that consistency and relevance affect loyalty in different ways. Consistency has a significant positive impact on loyalty, with each unit increase by 762 units. In contrast, relevance is negatively related to loyalty, where each increase of one unit reduces loyalty by 0.231 units. Despite the negative relevance influence, both have a statistically significant influence. Overall, consistency plays an important role in increasing loyalty, while relevance can decrease it.

The effort to create a balance of power in the economy carried out by BRICS is by issuing BRICS currency which can have an impact on the use of dollars in trade transactions between BRICS member countries. Trade transactions carried out by BRICS member countries increase every year even without using the dollar as a transaction tool. Abstract

This research is motivated by observed issues such as absenteeism, tardiness, and low work engagement among employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of compensation on the well-being of civil servants: A Quantitative Study at the Tilamuta District Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification techniques. The sample consisted of 34 civil servants who responded to a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee well-being (R² = 71.3%, t = 9.300, p < 0.001). The regression equation Y = 3.251 + 0.609X suggests that an increase in compensation will enhance well-being. The findings are consistent with Herzberg’s two-factor theory, which emphasizes the role of compensation in improving job satisfaction and well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product differentiation, innovation, and traditional values on the competitive advantage of batik SMEs in Sumenep Regency, with marketing capability as a mediating variable amid global market competition. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research sample consisted of 125 batik business owners selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was validated through reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity testing. The results show that product differentiation has a significant direct effect on competitive advantage but does not significantly influence marketing capability. Innovation significantly affects both competitive advantage and marketing capability, although the direction of the effect on marketing capability is negative. Traditional values positively influence marketing capability but have a negative direct effect on competitive advantage. Marketing capability demonstrates a strong and significant positive influence on competitive advantage and effectively mediates the influence of traditional values and innovation. These findings highlight the strategic role of marketing capability in transforming internal potential into sustainable competitive advantage. The implication of this study suggests that adaptive and integrated marketing strategies are essential for aligning differentiation, innovation, and cultural values to enhance the competitiveness of batik SMEs in both domestic and global markets.
