Abstract

Processing accounting data on CV. KA still has problems, because recording the same data in several books can result in writing errors due to employee boredom and physical fatigue. The process of publishing reports still involves copying data and calculations which can also produce inaccurate information. This certainly has a negative impact on the company if the reports used as decision-making material still contain incorrect information. To overcome this obstacle, the researcher proposes creating an accounting application system according to the accounting flow that applies to CV. KA. In the initial stage, the researcher proposed a design for an accounting information system that would be implemented in the form of entity relationship diagrams, data flow diagrams, and use case diagrams, starting with posting the ledger, compiling a work sheet, compiling a balance sheet, compiling profit and loss calculations, and compiling a balance sheet. closing balance.

Abstract

This research presents an optimized approach to the Hill Cipher encryption and decryption algorithm using a 5x5 matrix and modular 53 arithmetic. The traditional Hill Cipher, a well-known symmetric key algorithm, typically utilizes smaller matrices and modular arithmetic, which may not provide sufficient security for contemporary applications. By expanding the key matrix to a 5x5 structure and adopting a larger modulus of 53, the complexity and security of the cipher are significantly enhanced. The study details the methodology for constructing and implementing the 5x5 key matrix, as well as the processes for encryption and decryption under the modular 53 system. The computational efficiency and security improvements achieved through this optimization are analyzed. Comparative assessments with the conventional Hill Cipher demonstrate that the enhanced approach offers superior resistance against cryptographic attacks while maintaining manageable computational requirements. The results of this research indicate that the proposed optimized Hill Cipher can serve as a robust encryption method suitable for securing sensitive data in various modern applications. This study contributes to the field of cryptography by providing a more secure and efficient variant of the classical Hill Cipher algorithm

Abstract

FKPQ is an abbreviation for Qur'an education community forum. FKPQ is assisted by using a website provided by the Ministry of Religion, namely the website emis.kemenag.go.id. This system provides a form for inputting various data starting from data related to the FKPQ itself to data from Koran education institutions (LPQ) which will be submitted to each LPQ. In using this system, LPQ experienced several problems related to system performance, therefore an information system audit was carried out using the COBIT 5.0 EDM domain standard which is useful for broadcasting the system and then providing controls or recommendations for improving system performance. The overall results obtained are that this emissions system is at capability level 2 in the managed process with a value of 2.5. This indicates that during the audit process, this EMIS system still needs a lot of improvements related to governance related to system performance, in this way it is related to the governance of election forms which must be prioritized with no forms that include the results of reporting LPQ data, so that This can reduce the processing time for filling in data on the emissions system. Apart from that, this improvement is also expected to reduce the burden on the LPQ because it does not need to carry out tasks that are not its responsibility.

Abstract

For good cash management for company income, determining responsibility is the main goal. This ensures that there is sufficient cash available, not too much, but not too little, to compromise the company's liquidity. For the purpose of assessing IT governance, Pondok Kelapa Housing was chosen due to the fact that technology can help manage village finances. COBIT 2019 is a standard that can be used to measure the use of information technology. Therefore, an audit was carried out on the Pondok Kelapa Housing Cash financial information system application (SISKASPokel) to find out whether the system application was effective, efficient and manageable, and whether the application met end-user needs. In COBIT 2019, the two main topics are governance and management. DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support) is a process sub domain owned by management. The objective capability level of the process shows that the activity has been running but has not been completed well. The objective capabilities of DSS02 and DSS03 are at level 2 with an achievement score of 81.53%. At level 3, DSS02 and DSS03 capabilities are at level 3. With GAP recommendations, it is hoped that important company data or information can be improved.

Abstract

The digitalization of business has changed many aspects of life, including how coffee shops do business. In this context, SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram technologies have become important tools in helping customers make reservations. Reservations at coffee shops allow customers to ensure a seat when visiting and avoid disappointment due to full coffee shops. At Samanko Coffee Roasters, reservations are made via WhatsApp, with customers contacting the contact listed on Samanko Coffee Roasters' Instagram account. This process involves several steps, including checking the availability of seats according to the customer's wishes and manual recording in a notebook. The problem that arises is the difficulty in identifying real-time seat availability and limitations in recording customer data. This can cause inconvenience and decrease customer satisfaction. The solution to this problem is the development of a Samanko Coffee Roasters reservation website using the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD approach places the user as the main focus in system design. The website interface can be customized according to user needs by involving users in the development process. Using the UCD method provides an effective solution based on usability evaluation using the SUS method on 20 respondents obtained a score of 87, meaning that the acceptance of the design is at level A or excellent.
