Abstract

The service industry is needed by investors as an investment opportunity because the service industry becomes dominant as the economy develops. In this study, the Current Ratio (CR), Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Investment (ROI) are all examined in relation to stock prices. SPSS software version 24 and descriptive research with a quantitative approach were used in this study. The results showed that the hypothesis test of multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables (Current Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Investment, and Return On Equity) and one dependent variable, namely stock prices, explained that the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Investment (ROI) have no significant effect on stock prices, but Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memenuhi kegiatan Lapangan E-Learning pada mata kuliah Kewiraswastaan serta untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai langkah penting dari seorang wirausahawan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya melalui strategi bersaing dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada usaha mikro mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara studi pustaka dan praktek lapangan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memproduksi langsung produk yang kami jual yaitu stik keju. Pada penelitian ini kelompok sangat mengharapkan agar usaha mikro stik keju yang diberi nama “Crunchie Blast” dapat bersaing di masa pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: strategi bersaing, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide input in the preparation of Optima Digital Printing financial statements to comply with Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SAK-EMKM). The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data, in primary data researchers make observations and interviews and SAK-EMKM. Secondary data is documentation obtained from the financial statement data of Optima Digital Printing. The result of this study is that Optima Digital Printing does not apply financial statement recording standards in accordance with SAK-EMKM in its financial statements.

Abstract

The development of fintech has led to several application innovations in financial services such as payment instruments, loan tools and others that are becoming known in this digital era. Some business actors such as MSMEs in Demak Regency have also used this financial technology (fintech) for the convenience of running a business. The survey results show that MSMEs are still not optimal in the use of fintech as well as the level of inclusion is still relatively low. The problem in this study is that there is a gap regarding the effect of financial literacy and technology-based fintech services on financial inclusion. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Demak Regency. Collecting data using cross section data with sampling method using accidental sampling. The analysis tool uses double step multiple regression by performing other tests such as normality test, classical assumption deviation test, goodness of fit test and coefficient of determination test. The results show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial inclusion (H1 is proven) fintech-based financial services have a significant positive effect on financial inclusion (H2 is proven). This increasingly complex business world has an impact on the demands or desires of business people for speed in transactions which are constrained by distance and time. Increased knowledge and behavior as well as attitudes in the financial sector have an impact on the fulfillment of technology-based financial services as well as on increasing the use of financial applications

Abstract

Bank  persatuan lembaga keuangan  yang sangat berperan dalam perekonomian  negara sebagai financial - intermediary. Tujuan penelitian semua ini untuk lebih mengetahui,perkembangan dan kemajuan  bank syariah yang ada di Indonesia..Dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah 1.kumpulan data.primer yang di ambil dari kutipan majalah 2. data  sekunder 3. buku - buku ilmiah, 4.ujian akhir, dan 5. website. Metode  penelitian  adalah pendekatan  kualitatif melalui studi pustaka yang memuat teori-teori yang relevan dengan topik yang diangkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan perbankan di Indonesia sangat menggembirakan terutama pada oprasional bank syariah,  unit (cabang) usaha syariah dan bank umum syariah. PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia ( BMI )  pada tahun 1992 menandai awal dari kisah pertumbuhan perbankan syariah di negara Indonesia. Bank syariah berkembang pesat dari waktu ke waktu, terutama setelah merger, membuat bank syariah semakin kuat dalam persaingan pasar. Meski pandemi tidak terlalu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan bank syariah, namun pertumbuhan tabungan meningkat 11,507%. Dibandingkan tahun lalu, pendanaan juga meningkat dan penyerapan di sektor mikro makin naik.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan usaha kuliner adalah suatu cara atau proses memperbaikipekerjaan yang sekarang maupun yang akan datang dengan meningkatkan kualitas dankuantitas usaha. Keberlangsungan usaha adalah kemampuan usaha untuk terus tetap bertahandan berkembang dalam keadaan situasi ekonomi dan daya beli masyarakat yang rendah.Tujuan dari usaha ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi dan strategi utama untukpengembangan usaha kuliner mie pedas berbasis ekonomi kreatif di sektor kuliner.Menciptakan peluang usaha dibidang kuliner merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha yangpotensial dalam rangka pendapatan laba yang besar, salah satunya kuliner yang bisamendapatkan sebuah potensial keuntungan di lingkungan perkotaan, pedesaan maupunlingkungan kampus. Dalam program kreativitas mahasiswa ini kami menghasilkan suatuproduksi yaitu usaha kuliner mie pedas noodle doodle berbasis ekonomi kreatif. Metode yangdipakai untuk memperkenalkan cita rasa tersebut dengan metode langsung dan tidak langsungdan menggunakan teknologi seperti sosial media untuk mempromosikan produk.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the contributors to state revenue, since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourism sector income has decreased drastically. Because it aims to prevent the transmission of the covid 19 virus. Soekarno. Since the covid 19 pandemic around the world, visitors who come to Soekarno Cave have decreased. Various efforts have been made with the health protocols that have been set by the government. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotional strategies, prices, and service quality on interest in visiting Soekarno Cave during the covid 19 pandemic. The population in this study were visitors to Soekarno Cave and the sample used in this study was 60 samples with the accidental sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis, taking into account the quality test requirements of the instrument, namely the validity and reliability test, as well as the classical assumption test, namely normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results of this study obtained (X1) that the promotion did not significantly affect the interest in visiting, (X2) the price had a significant effect on the interest in visiting, and (X3) the quality of service had a significant effect on the interest in visiting. It is known that the value of R Square is (0.332) which means that the promotion strategy, price, and service quality affect the interest in visiting by 33.2% and the remaining 66.8.% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The Author in conducting this study wanted to find out how far the financial controlling behaviour have to increase quality financial in cash flow and understand the nature and scope of financial control and its important role both inside and outside organization of MSMEs in the creative economy in improving the MSMEs at Podok Melati area, Bekasi City,West Java During the Covid 19 Pandemic. The Purpose of this study isto better  understand how far this qualitative descriptive research uses the content method with 25 informants on the results of long distanceinterviews from representative to financial control behaviour be able to evaluating financial performance of MSMEs actors in the Pondokmelati area sub district,Bekasi City,West Java to better understand financial controlling full empowerement properly and optimally.This research is very useful and helps MSME enterpreneurship who will increae their productivity financial performance in the creative economy,especially creative industry sector improvement of MSME business performance through a program to strenghthen MSMEs Financial control behaviour and management performance through a quality creative economic network in the creative industry sector of the small and medium business industry which is maximal and productive limitation of the the study.Research limitation in the importance of implementating,understanding and practical implementation in implementing financial and management controlling networks,especially for business unit services in the Pondok Melati area,Bekasi City,West Java.The contribution of this resarch is to improve MSMEs Financial controlling behaviour understand economic value added approaches to evaluating economic perormance and be able to compute profit quality and management quality through the creative economy of the creative industry sector a strong and profesional manner. The result of this study include financial check up and management control of MSMEs through MSME performance productivity and optimizing the growth of MSMEs  business service networks and MSMEs financial and management controlling program in an integrated creative industry of economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control, and Peer Environment on Consumptive Behavior of Economics Students at Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo Users of Online Shopping Applications". The method used in this research is the quantitative method. The source of data used in this research is primary data. The results of the study show that financial literacy, self-control, and peer environment have a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior. While the results of the simultaneous test stated that financial literacy, self-control, and peer environment had a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior simultaneously.

Abstract

The remarketing strategy of utilizing electronic technology (e-commerce) as a buying and selling medium that uses the internet to promote its products by utilizing e-payment information technology will make it easier for customers to make non-cash payment transactions so that they are practical and efficient. This study aims to analyze remarketing and e-payment strategies in an effort to increase sales volume on e-commerce sites. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire given to respondents using the Google Forms platform. The population and sample in this study were 97 STIE Nganjuk students, namely students who had shopped online on e-commerce sites using e-payment. For sampling, using purposive sampling technique, with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Hypothesis testing through t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results showed that remarketing had a partial and significant effect on sales volume, as evidenced by the acquisition of a t count value greater than t table with a significance of less than 0.05. E-Payment has a partial and significant effect on sales volume, as evidenced by the acquisition of a t count value that is greater than t table with a significance of less than 0.05.
