Abstract

Abad ke-21 keterampilan berpikir kritis penting dimiliki peserta didik. Dunia pendidikan dituntut menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi terhadap usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan salah satunya penggunaan bahan ajar. Pembelajaran selama pandemi mendorong untuk dilakukan pengujian pendidikan jarak jauh. Bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi berupa E-LKPD berbantuan liveworksheet dapat menjadi solusi pembelajaran daring. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan kualitas LKPD elektonik pada konsep plantae berbasis keterampilan berpikir kritis jenjang SMA yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode desain Evaluasi Formatif Tessmer, melalui langkah pengembangan 1) Self evaluation, 2) Expert Review, 3) One-to-one evaluation, dan 4) Small group evaluation. Subjek uji validitas adalah tiga orang ahli, subjek uji perorangan adalah tiga orang peserta didik kelas X SMA, subjek kelompok kecil adalah empat orang peserta didik kelas X SMA. Analisis data penelitian secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian E-LKPD menunjukkan bahwa kepraktisan harapan kategori sangat baik berdasarkan 7 aspek penilaian peserta didik dan keefektifan harapan kategori sangat baik berdasarkan 6 aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis (interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, inferensi, eksplanasi, dan pengaturan diri). In the 21st century, critical thinking skills are essential for students. The world of education is required to adopt technological developments to improve the quality of education, one of which is teaching materials. Learning during the pandemic encourages distance education testing. Teaching materials that can be used in distance learning during a pandemic in electronic students worksheets and assisted by live worksheets can be an online learning solution. This study aims to describe the quality of the electronic students' worksheets on the Plantae concept based on valid, practical, and effective high school critical thinking skills. This research was conducted using the Tessmer Formative Evaluation method through the development steps of 1) Self-evaluation, 2) Expert Review, 3) One-to-one evaluation, and 4) Small group evaluation. The validity test subjects were three experts; the individual test subjects were three high school class X students; the small group subject was four high school class X students. Descriptive analysis of research data. The results of the electronic student's worksheets research show that the practicality of expectations in the very good category is based on seven aspects of student assessment, and the effectiveness of expectations in the very good category is based on six aspects of critical thinking skills (interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, explanation, and self-regulation).

where it consists of 3 (three) levels, namely macroscopic, particulate, and symbolic. Learning resources with environmental integration and representation concepts are chemical learning media that can strengthen their understanding of learning. However, the chemistry teacher has not been judged to successfully achieve the essence of learning in the science aspect. This study aimed to analyze a chemical representation module contexted-wetland by three aspects (validity, practicality, effectivity). The Plomp Development Model was the research method chosen, but research content focused on to validity, practicality, and effectiveness of product. Especially in effecttiveness, the result also showed how students’ understanding to the chemistry and the wetland perspective. Technique, observation, and documentation were the collecting techniques used; Rasch modeling and descriptive statistics used were to find out the symptoms of the data, which was data interpretation; Rasch modeling result was as a preliminary stage in research, then doing others stage (developing context). The finding revealed that the Rasch modeling result demonstrated that person reliability is weak, so it showed that teachers needed to design learning that is suitable and according to student learning needs (preliminary stage). Furthermore, the chemical representation module contexted-wetland assessed worthy (valid, practice, effective) for use in class as a media for learning. The conclusion is developing the media for learning, especially integrating the wetland as local wisdom, chemical representation, and other things that can increase the number of college students because they, college students, are the future. Additionally, this research can be a new reference for teachers in designing instructional media in chemistry learning

Abstract

Keterampilan literasi sains siswa perlu ditingkatkan sesuai tuntutan keterampilan abad 21 menuju era masyarakat 5.0. Terbatasnya e-book siswa dan media yang relevan, sehingga diperlukan bahan ajar sains yang memuat literasi sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan validitas media dan kepraktisan media articulate storyline dan termasuk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4D (define, design, devolp, desiminate). Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi media dan angket respon peserta didik dengan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas yaitu Aiken’s V dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media articulate storyline dan tes literasi sains yang dinyatakan valid dengan nilai berturut-turut 0,84 dan 0,87 termasuk kategori validitas tinggi dengan nilai konsistensi antar validator 84,33% dan 75,00%. Media diuji coba keterbacaan dan kepraktisan pada kelompok kecil mendapatkan nilai keterbacaan media dan angket respon peserta didik berutur-turut sebesar 84,80 % dan 84,40%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media articulate storyline valid dan praktis diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA. Students' scientific literacy skills need to be improved according to the demands of 21st-century skills towards the 5.0 society era. There are limited student e-books and relevant media, so science teaching materials that contain scientific literacy are needed. This study aims to explain the validity of the media and the practicality of the media articulate storyline and is included in research and development (R&D) using a 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The data collection techniques used media validation sheets and student response questionnaires with data analysis techniques in this study using the validity test, namely Aiken's V and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the articulate storyline media and scientific literacy test, declared valid with a value of 0.84 and 0.87, respectively, are included in the high validity category with a consistency value between the validators of 84.33% and 75.00%. The media was tested for readability and practicality in small groups to get media readability scores and student response questionnaires of 84.80% and 84.40%, respectively. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the articulation storyline media is valid and practically applied in science learning.

Abstract

Keterampilan komunikasi dan efikasi diri merupakan dua hal penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan keterampilan komunikasi matematis berdasarkan efikasi diri pada segitiga dan segiempat. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP di Kampung Sukatani, Desa Sirnajaya, Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler, Kabupaten Garut. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari tes, angket, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri siswa kelas VIII terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Siswa dengan kategori efikasi diri tinggi memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang tinggi. Siswa dengan kategori efikasi diri memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang tergolong sedang. Siswa dengan kategori efikasi diri rendah memiliki kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang relatif rendah. Communication skills and self-efficacy are two important things in mathematics learning. This study aims to analyze and describe mathematical communication skills based on self-efficacy in the triangle and quadrilateral. This is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The subject of this study eight-grade students of junior high school in Kampung Sukatani, Desa Sirnajaya, Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler, Kabupaten Garut. The data in the study was obtained from tests, questionnaires, interviews, and field records. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the self-efficacy of grade VIII students was divided into three, namely high, medium, and low. Students with high self-efficacy categories have high mathematical communication skills. Students with the category of self-efficacy have mathematical communication skills that are classified as moderate, with low self-efficacy categories have relatively low mathematical communication skills.

Abstract

Laporan dari PISA menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains Indonesia masih berada di 10 besar terendah di seluruh negara peserta PISA sejak tahun 2006 hingga 2018. Namun kurangnya informasi sehubungan dengan ruang sampling penelitian PISA yang digunakan dalam tes PISA yang dilakukan oleh OECD dan belum tersedianya alat tes standar yang dapat diakses dengan mudah untuk menilai literasi sains membuat sebagian besar praktisi pendidikan di Indonesia tidak memiliki gambaran yang jelas tentang kondisi literasi sains siswanya. Dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kondisi literasi sains siswa di salah satu SMP Negeri Terakreditasi A di Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan alat tes literasi sains kontekstual lahan basah Kalimantan Selatan. Peserta tes terdiri dari 106 siswa kelas 8 dan kelas 9 di SMP Negeri Banjarmasin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umum nilai literasi sains siswa secara keseluruhan masih rendah dengan ketuntasan 40,56%. Menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah menempati urutan kedua dengan ketuntasan 42%. Mengevaluasi dan merancang investigasi ilmiah menempati urutan ketiga dengan penyelesaian 32%, sedangkan untuk menginterpretasikan data dan bukti ilmiah menempati urutan pertama dengan penyelesaian 48%. Uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan bahwa hanya sejumlah kecil korelasi antar kompetensi. Penulis mempertimbangkan kemungkinan bahwa penguasaan kompetensi literasi sains tidak harus dikembangkan secara bertahap seperti yang disarankan oleh taksonomi kognitif Bloom. Pendidik harus mempertimbangkan pendekatan alternatif dalam mengajar literasi sains tanpa hanya mengandalkan pengajaran yang didasarkan pada struktur hierarki kognitif Taksonomi Bloom. The report from PISA shows that Indonesia's science literacy is still in the top 10 lowest in all PISA participating countries from 2006 to 2018. However, the lack of information in connection with the PISA research sampling room used in the PISA test conducted by the OECD and the unavailability of accessible, standardized test kits for assessing scientific literacy resulted in most education practitioners in Indonesia not having a clear picture of the condition of their students' science literacy. Using instruments that previous researchers have developed, this study was conducted to find out and analyze students' condition of science literacy in one of the A Accredited State Junior High Schools in Banjarmasin. This study is a quantitative study whose data collection uses the South Kalimantan Wetlands-Contextual Science Literacy test tool. The test participants comprised 106 students from grades 8 and 9 at an SMP Negeri in Banjarmasin. The analysis showed that, in general, the overall science literacy score of students was still low, with completion of 40.56%. Explaining phenomena scientifically is at the second rank with a 42% completion. Evaluating and designing scientific investigations is at the third rank with a completion of 32%, while interpreting data and scientific evidence is of the first rank with a completion of 48%. Mann Whitney's test showed only a very small correlation between competencies. Authors considered that mastery of science literacy competence was not developed gradually as suggested by Bloom's cognitive taxonomy. Educators should consider an alternative approach to teaching scientific literacy without relying solely on teaching tactics based on Bloom's Taxonomy's cognitive hierarchy structure.
