Abstract

Water is one of the basic needs that cannot be separated from living creatures. The location of this research is in Ampek Nagari District, Agam Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the need for clean water in the next 15 years. It needs to be analyzed by projecting the population, domestic needs, non-domestic needs, average water needs and water loss. The calculation methods used to project population numbers are arithmetic, geometric and exponential methods, while distribution network analysis uses Epanet 2.0. Based on category IV, namely small cities with household connection consumption of 130 liters/person/day, the calculation of clean water needs for PDAM Tirta Antokan for domestic needs in 2023 is 45,785 lt/sec, and in 2037 it is 46,595 lt/sec, non-negotiable needs. domestic in 2023 amounting to 6,867 lt/sec.Keywords: SR; Exponential; Geometric; Arithmetic; Epanet 2.0.

Abstract

Tanah Datar Regency is an area that is developing relatively rapidly, with social, economic, distribution and government activities. Apart from that, Tanah Datar Regency is quite popular with tourists every year. With the increase in population and the development of economic factors, social distribution and governance can have an impact on traffic problems. One of the intersections that is causing problems and congestion is the Kiambang intersection. This research aims to determine the performance of unsignalized intersections at Simpang Kiambang based on the PKJI 2023 method, the size of the intersection capacity and the level of intersection performance, the highest basic capacity obtained on Thustday 7 December 2023 was 1083 pcu/hour, the value of the degree of saturation (DJ) The highest value was obtained on Monday 11 December 2023 at 0.66, the highest delay (T) was found on Thursday 7 December 2023 at 19.53 sec/pcu, the highest queue probability (PA) value was obtained on Sunday 10 December 2023 around between 0.28% - 29.10%. Based on the results and discussion of the performance of the unsignalized intersection at Simpang Kiambang, it has a degree of saturation (DJ) of 0.66, indicating the level of service is at level C where traffic characteristics are stable, but vehicle speed and movement are controlled.Keywords: Performance of non-signalized intersections, PKJI 2023 method, Kiambang intersection,   degree of saturation, basic capacity.

Abstract

Aktivitas keseharian mulai dari mandi, minum, memasak, mencuci baju, mencuci piring. melalui survey lokasi pada zona pelayanan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jam Gadang Kota Bukittinggi yakni zona pelayanan Kubang Putih melayani dengan sistem pompanisasi memiliki kapasitas terpasang 6 l/d disuplai dengan pipa 75 mm PVC, Pipa 50mm GIP dan Pipa 37,5mm GIP. Wilayah pelayanan perumahan Kubang Putih wilayah tersebut memiliki jaringan yang sudah berusia 25 tahun jumlah pelanggan 221 Sambungan Rumah (SR) Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumnas Kubang Putih Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-kuantitatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja jaringan pipa distribusi air bersih di perumahan kubang putih Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jam Gadang Kota Bukittinggi dengan menggunakan simulasi Epanet 2.2. Data pola pemakaian di perumahan kubang putih diperoleh dari pencatatan debit dengan water meter induk selama 14 jam yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi pemakaian air pelanggan di jaringan pipa distribusi. Dari hasil pembacaan Water Meter Induk diketahui debit total selama 14 jam operasional yang masuk pada jaringan distribusi Perumahan Kubang Putih dengan debit inout rata-rata sebesar 3,4 liter/det dan debit output rata-rata 1,51 liter/det dengan pemakaian 146,88 liter/orang/hari. Debit output yang sangat besar merupakan indikasi tingkat kebocoran yang tinggi pada wilayah pelayanan perumahan Kubang Putih.Kata kunci : Air, Sumber daya alam, Pipa, Debit

Abstract

Keterlambatan adalah sebuah kondisi yang sangat tidak dikehendaki, karena akan sangat merugikan berbagai pihak dari segi waktu dan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi, serta menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya keterlambatan tersebut. Dari survey yang telah dilakukan terhadap Proyek Pembangunan Kantor Cabang BRI Kota Payakumbuh, didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlambatan  proyek konstruksi adalah adanya pekerjaan tambahan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 47,416%, kesalahan dalam perencanaan & spesifikasi dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 18,851%, terjadinya perubahan desain pada waktu pelaksanaan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 13,219%, adanya permintaan perubahan pekerjaan yang telah selesai dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 8,437%, perubahan lingkup pekerjaan pada waktu pelaksanaan dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 4,365%, lamanya waktu proses persetujuan contoh bahan oleh pemilik dengan nilai Eigen Value sebesar 3,721%. Untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi pada proyek konstruksi gedung harus melakukan beberapa strategi diantaranya : Pihak konsultan perencana harus lebih teliti dan lebih akurat dalam mendesain, konsultan perencana harus memberikan data dan spesifikasi yang akurat dan owner harus lebih memperhatikan dan mempercepat proses persetujuan contoh bahan.Kata kunci : faktor penyebab keterlambatan, SPSS 29.0, eigenvalue

Abstract

The need for clean water is a crucial aspect in ensuring a decent quality of life for the residents of a city. In this context, the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) plays a vital role in providing an adequate water supply. This research aims to analyze the demand for clean water and the availability of the water supply from PDAM Kota Padang Panjang until 2027. The methods employed include the analysis of population projection, direct connections, clean water demand, required water flow, water loss, and water balance. Primary and secondary data were obtained from PDAM Kota Padang Panjang. The analysis results indicate that the demand for PDAM clean water reaches 6,433,781.2 m³/year or 204 l/s, while the water supply availability is only 3,362,947.2 m³/year or 106.7 l/s. With a deficit of 97.3 l/s, the demand for clean water by the community remains unmet until 2027. This study contributes to a better understanding and management of water resources to support the needs of the residents of Kota Padang Panjang.Keywords : Water, Discharge, Infrastructure, water resources

Abstract

Indonesia is at the meeting of four tectonic plates called the Ring of Fire. The 2009 West Sumatra Earthquake occurred with a magnitude of 7.6 on the Richter Scale off the coast of Padang. The application of pushover analysis could be an anticipation and reference for construction organizers. The structure of the Wisma Mulya Syariah building is modeled according to the floor plan. The application of pushover analysis is guided by SNI Earthquake 1726:2019, and the pushover analysis method (ATC-40, 1996), so according to the calculations referring to ATC-40 the maximum total deviation and maximum inelastic deviation are declared to be included in the Immediate Occupancy (IO) category not exceeding a result of > 0.01 means that the building is still able to withstand the load of the earthquake that occurred with very little risk of loss of life.Keywords: Ring of Fire; earthquake; homestead; pushover analysis; Immediate Occupancy (IO).

Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles owned by the community today is not in line with the growth of transportation infrastructure. This has resulted in various problems, especially traffic jams that are difficult for the government to overcome. In the Regency area, especially in Pasar Pitalah located in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency, it is a connecting road between districts / cities. Market activity in the area causes side barriers that affect traffic flow. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of side resistance and analyze its effect on the performance of the Padang Panjang-Solok road. The study was conducted through a side obstacle survey to see traffic disturbances and a traffic volume survey to see the density of vehicles passing through the area. The calculation is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines PKJI'14 for roads outside the city. The results showed that the weight of side obstacles that occurred was 878 events, with the highest degree of saturation reaching 0.46 and the total vehicle volume of 1075 skr / hour. The capacity of the road section is 2461,7 skr / hour. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Pasar Pitalah road section belongs to a very high class of side obstacles. Therefore, it is recommended to install traffic signs and put pedestrians in order during peak days of market activity.Keywords : Side obstacles, congestion, traffic volume, PKJI'14

Abstract

Dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat ini, hal yang harus di perhatikan oleh perusahaan bus adalah tingkat pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan atau penumpang agar dapat bertahan, bersaing dan menguasai pangsa pasar. Pemilik perusahaan harus tau apa saja yang dianggap perlu atau penting oleh peunmpang untuk menghasilkan kinerja dengan sebaik mungkin sehingga dapat memuaskan pelanggan atau penumpang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah unuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat atas kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum di pasaman barat di tinjaudari 6 (enam) faktor kualitas pelayanan angkutan umum (PO.BintangPasaman) dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang dilihat dari 6(enam) indicator standar pelayanan menurut peraturan Kementrian Dinas Perhubungan. Pada penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode teknik metode “importance and performance analysis (IPA) dan service quality (SERVQUAL)”. Yang dapat ditinjau dengan 6 (enam) faktor tingkat kualitas pelayanan yaitu keselamatan, keandalan, fleksibilitas, kenyamanan, kecepatan, dan dampak, serta 6 indikatorstandar pelayanan angkutan umum menurut peraturan Kementrian Perhubungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa, Pelanggan yang menaiki angkutan umum PO. Bintang Pasaman merasa Kurang puas dengan dimensi pertanyaan responsiveness (tanggapan), dengan CSI yang diperoleh pada dimensi ini adalah 64,99%. Pelanggan yang menaiki angkutan umum PO. Bintang Pasaman merasa Kurang puas dengan dimensi pertanyaan tangibles (bukti fisik), dengan CSI yang diperoleh pada dimensi ini adalah 58,88 %. Pelanggan yang menaiki angkutan umum PO. Bintang Pasaman merasa Kurang puas dengan dimensi pertanyaan assurance (jaminan), dengan CSI yang diperoleh pada dimensi ini adalah 55,03 %. Pelanggan yang menaiki angkutan umum PO. Bintang Pasaman merasa Kurang puas dengan dimensi pertanyaan empathy (empati),  dengan CSI yang diperoleh pada dimensi ini adalah 54,91 %. Pelanggan yang menaiki angkutan umum PO. Bintang Pasaman merasa  Puas dengan dimensi pertanyaan reliability (keandalan), dengan CSI yang diperoleh pada dimensi ini adalah 65,39 %.Kata Kunci: Importance and Peformance Abalysis (IPA), SEVERQUAL, Bus.AKDP.PO Bintang Pasaman.

Abstract

MSTB-01 is part of the discovery spread in the eastern region of the Malacca Strait, which is in the inland onshore area in the Ringgit area and the surface conditions are marshy. The purpose of planning the ginset shelter is to help reduce the level of noise and noise pollution that can disturb the environment and also in an effort to assist the MSTB field development program. Data processing method using Staad Pro and manual calculation. Abstract

Based on the results of analysis of accident data obtained from the Limapuluh Kota Regency Police in the last 5 years (2018-2022), Jalan Negara Km 7 which is located in Harau District is ranked second in the accident-prone areas in Limapuluh Kota Regency. Jalan Negara Km 7 has a road function, namely a primary artery, so adequate roads and road equipment are needed to improve safety by carrying out road safety inspections and identifying hazards with their risk levels. The road safety inspection method used in this study is to use a road safety inspection form. Hazard identification and risk assessment are carried out using the Australian / New Zealand Standard method, namely by using a risk level matrix. The results of the analysis and discussion in this research show that the traffic lane width is 3.5 M, the left shoulder width is 1 M, the right shoulder width is 1 M, there are no sidewalks and medians, the signs are in 81% good condition, the markings are in 100% good condition, the lighting is public roads with 56% good condition. In the results of hazard identification and risk assessment, it was found that the percentage of high risk level was 40%, the medium risk level was 20%, and the low risk level was 40%. To reduce the potential for accidents and fatality rates, recommendations for handling are made, namely the procurement of damaged and non-existent signs, providing zebra crossings, installing noise tape, and maintaining street lighting and road equipment in hazard locations.Keywords: Road Safety Inspection, Risk, Hazard
