Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat keberhasilan upaya kesehatan ibu. Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu adalah kehamilan risiko tinggi diantaranya kehamilan remaja (< 20 tahun). Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) tingkat kehamilan dikalangan remaja perempuan sebanyak 11% dari semua kelahiran diseluruh dunia masih terjadi pada perempuan 15-19 tahun dan sebagain besar terjadi di negara berpendapatan rendah dan sedang. Angka kehamilan remaja di Indonesia tergolong tinggi dibandingkan Malaysia dan Thailand (WHO, 2014). Perumusan Masalah Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka dapat saya tertarik melakukan Sosialisasi Dalam Pentingnya Dukungan Keluarga Dan Peran Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang Risiko Kehamilan Remaja Di Puskesmas Kerja Talikumain Kecamatan Tambusai Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Tujuan Umum dalam pengabdian ini Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan  Dukungan Keluarga Dan Peran Tenaga Kesehatan Terhadap Pengetahuan Remaja Tentang Risiko Kehamilan Remaja Di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Tujuan Khusus Untuk mengidentifikasi dukungan keluarga pada remaja tentang risiko kehamilan remaja Di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, kemudian juga Untuk mengidentifikasi peran tenaga kesehatan pada remaja tentang risiko kehamilan remaja di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain, Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan remaja tentang risiko kehamilan remaja di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain, Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang risiko kehamilan remaja di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain, Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dan peran tenaga kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang risiko kehamilan remaja Di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain, Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Manfaat Pengabdian bermanfaat untuk lebih memperdalam pengetahuan serta memperkaya pengalaman bagi peneliti tentang Pengetahuan  remaja tentang risiko kehamilan Remaja  serta elemen – elemen yang ada didalamnya. Bagi Institusi  Pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, bermanfaat agar para remaja di Wilayah Kerja Talikumain, Kecamatan Tambusai, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dapat lebih mengetahui bagaimana risiko kehamilan Remaja  serta  lebih dapat memahami sehingga remaja dapat terhindar dari dampak yang diakibatkan oleh kehamilan di usia dini. Untuk instansi Kesehatan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada instansi kesehatan yang Berada diPuskesmas Wilayah Kerja Tapada khususnya agar lebih memperhatikan Pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak dan risiko kehamilan remaja.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) titled "The Strategic Role of Local Government in Increasing Public Awareness of Cybersecurity" was carried out in Terumbu Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten. The program aims to strengthen the role of local governments in educating the public about cybersecurity and improving the digital literacy of local government apparatus. Participatory lectures, cybercrime simulations, and group discussions were applied to enhance participants' understanding of cyber threats and prevention measures. Results indicate a significant increase in awareness, with local officers expressing readiness to continue periodic cybersecurity education. This program highlights the effectiveness of collaborative, localized approaches between local governments and academics in fostering a secure, inclusive, and empowered digital culture.Kata Kunci: cybersecurity, digital literacy, local government, public education, pentahelix collaboration

Abstract

Abstract: Legal counseling on violations of the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) plays a strategic role in realizing a dignified democracy. This study aims to analyze the importance of legal counseling in increasing public awareness of election violations, such as vote buying, abuse of power, and dissemination of misleading information. The research method used is normative legal research, with statutory and conceptual approaches. The results indicate that legal counseling is effective in empowering the community to actively monitor the election process, enhance political participation with integrity, and strengthen the legitimacy of election results. Comprehensive, continuous, and locally adaptive counseling enables the public to reject fraudulent practices and safeguard the integrity of democracy, ensuring that the 2024 Pilkada is conducted honestly, fairly, and with dignity.Keywords: Legal Counseling, Pilkada Violations, Dignified Democracy.

Abstract

The problem faced by the Kamang Magek irrigation canal, Tilatang District, Kamang, Agam Regency, is that the availability of water for community needs is not sufficient, because the water discharge is insufficient for needs and the channel dimensions are inadequate to irrigate rice fields with a channel length of 295 m and the area of the rice fields covered. flow 28.58 ha. This research aims to find out the causes of the lack of water capacity for the community's rice fields, as well as find out how to solve the problem.the results of this research are expected to be useful, including: Find out the water flow in the secondary channel, plan the dimensions of the secondary channel. From the evaluation of irrigation canals in Kamang Magek, Tilatang Kamang District, Agam Regency, the following data was obtained: the condition of the secondary irrigation channel in the irrigation area is in accordance with the calculation plan, so it is concluded that the channel is unable to hold water when rainfall is high.channel dimensions obtained from field calculations: width of channel dimensions = 120 m,water surface height = 0.20 mGuard height = 1 m.Based on the calculation, the Qmax value is smaller than the planned Q, so the irrigation channel is unable to accommodate water discharge that is higher than the maximum rainfall data.channel dimensions obtained from planning calculations: Channel dimension width = 0.4 m,Guard height = 1 m,Water surface height = 1.5 m.So based on the calculation the Qmax value is greater than Qplan, from the rainfall analysis it is clear that channel planning with large dimensions can accommodate maximum rainfall.

Abstract

Sikapak Barat village, located in the North Pariaman sub-district, has the highest number of hypertension and diabetes mellitus cases among the six villages served by the Sikapak Public Health Center. The majority of its residents are farmers and laborers with demanding routines, who often rely on packaged and canned energy drinks to combat fatigue. While these beverages are seen as a way to stay refreshed and boost energy, excessive long-term consumption can lead to various negative health consequences, including kidney disease. This community service project provides an alternative strategy to control the risk factors for kidney disease. This involves conducting blood pressure and blood sugar screenings and providing support on overcoming and detecting risks education using a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, to foster a "Caring for Your Kidneys" community. The primary objective is to empower residents to become more aware of and understand the importance of maintaining their kidney health. It is expected that sufficient knowledge will enable the community to take preventive measures, such as managing their blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The SADAR education using the FGD method proved to be effective, as evidenced by a significant change in knowledge between the pre-test and post-test scores (t = -6.361, p < 0.05). It is hoped that the people of Sikapak Barat village will be more active in understanding and preventing the risks of kidney disease and be able to perform early detection independently or with the assistance of medical personnel. Keywords:  Hypertension; Diabetes Mellitus, Kidney; Education; Focus Group Discussion

Abstract

This community service program aims to address three main issues faced by the partner: production, marketing, and managerial aspects. In production, problems include poor water quality, inconsistent production, product durability in packaging, and the absence of microbiological testing. Good water quality and stable supply are essential for maintaining product quality and production efficiency. In marketing, the challenges involve unprofessional packaging, limited understanding of digital marketing, and low brand awareness. Professional packaging and digital marketing strategies can enhance product value and branding. In financial management, issues include unsystematic bookkeeping, suboptimal pricing strategies, limited understanding of cost of goods sold (COGS), lack of PIRT certification, and unregistered brand intellectual property. Proper financial recording and COGS knowledge are crucial for cash flow control and accurate pricing. The program aims to improve financial management efficiency, ensure consistent production quality, and enhance branding and digital marketing. Abstract

The government is aiming to reduce stunting rates by 26% by 2025. To that end, the government continues to strive to achieve this 2025 target by improving the performance of accelerating stunting reduction across all regions in Indonesia. The Head of the West Sumatra Health Office also emphasized that the province of West Sumatra is serious about preventing stunting, including Padang Pariaman Regency. Lubuk Alung still has a stunting rate of 64 toddlers (2.4%), including in Aie Tajun village, a village known for its extensive rice fields. So far, the government's program for developing stunting prevention in Aie Tajun Village District has been implemented, but the stunting rate has not been resolved. The purpose of community service is to strengthen the institutionalization of integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres. With this effort, it is hoped that good Posyandu management can improve community welfare. The methods in this service include FGDs, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The partners of this community service are 16 toddler mother cadres and 9 pregnant women and mothers of toddlers. The results of the community service found a commitment from toddler cadres and the village government to prevent stunting by providing counseling on anti-stunting foods. The existence of an anti-stunting pilot house and the cadres were able to perform anthropometric measurements correctly and create a WHO curve to determine whether a child was stunted or not. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that the village will support the development of this program.Keywords: toodlers, stunting, cadres, posyandu

Abstract

This scielntific writing aims to providel psychiatric nursing carel for Mr. M with schizophrelnia using talk thelrapy to control auditory hallucinations at ELngku Haji Daud Psychiatric Hospital, conducteld from March 26 to April 03, 2024. Thel melthod useld is a casel study carrield out baseld on thel stagels of nursing carel, including asselssmelnt, diagnosis, intelrvelntion, implelmelntation, and nursing elvaluation. From thel asselssmelnt relsults, a nursing diagnosis was obtaineld, namelly Selnsory Pelrcelption Disturbancel: Auditory hallucinations. Thel intelrvelntion provideld is Talk Thelrapy with thel implelmelntation stratelgy 4. Aftelr thel implelmelntation for 7 days, it was found that thel patielnt was ablel to control thel hallucinations through convelrsation. Abstract

Neonatal seizures are a critical neurological emergency requiring swift and appropriate management to prevent long-term neurodevelopmental sequelae. This study addresses the urgency of specialized nursing care combined with optimal pharmacological intervention for neonates experiencing seizures. The research employed a descriptive case study methodology, focusing on Nursing Care for Patient D diagnosed with neonatal seizures one of the hospital in Batam. Data were collected through observation, physical examination, and documentation analysis, particularly evaluating the effectiveness of phenobarbital therapy in controlling seizure recurrence. The findings indicate that comprehensive nursing intervention, including careful monitoring and timely administration of phenobarbital, significantly reduced the frequency and intensity of seizure episodes and improved neurological stability. This case highlights the crucial role of collaborative care between nursing staff and medical teams in achieving favorable outcomes for high-risk neonates, emphasizing the need for robust institutional protocolsKeywords: Neonatal seizures; Nursing care; Phenobarbital therapy; Seizure recurrence; Collaborative care

Abstract

This community service program (PKM) is motivated by the low interest and limited skills in writing short stories among students of SMAN 7 Kota Serang, particularly those in Grade XII. These issues are influenced by the lack of regular practice in creative writing, the limited variety of instructional methods, and the minimal use of local wisdom as a source of literary inspiration. In fact, short story writing not only functions as a medium for developing literacy skills but also serves as a means to preserve local culture and strengthen students’ character.The objective of this program is to empower students through training in short story writing based on local wisdom, enabling them to produce creative, contextual, and meaningful literary works. The methods employed include interactive lectures, group discussions, writing practice, individual mentoring, work appreciation sessions, anthology publication, and evaluation. This program is implemented using a participatory approach so that students are not merely recipients of material but active subjects involved throughout the entire training process.The expected outcomes of this activity include improved student skills in short story writing, increased interest and motivation to create literary works, and the production of short stories that highlight values of local wisdom. In addition, this program provides benefits for teachers and the school by offering innovative strategies for teaching writing and strengthening literacy culture. Furthermore, the program is expected to contribute to the preservation of local wisdom through the literary works produced by students.Keywords: student empowerment; short story writing; local wisdom; literacy; PKM.
