Abstract

The digital era has changed the fundamentals of Technology and Vocational Education (PTK) around the world. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes the transformation of PTK in the 2020-2025 period by synthesizing more than 80 academic sources. This study uses the PRISMA method to identify, select, and analyze relevant literature. The results of the study identified three main pillars of the transformation of PTK in the digital era: (1) TVET 4.0 conceptual framework that integrates cyber-physical systems, IoT, and AI technology; (2) The implementation of digital technologies such as VR, AR, and blended learning with varying effectiveness based on the learning context; (3) Development of digital competencies of teachers and students through frameworks such as DigCompEdu and UNESCO ICT CFT. The findings show that VR is effective for psychomotor skills (effect size g=0.85), but implementation faces challenges of infrastructure, teacher readiness, and digital divide. Link and match with Industry 4.0/5.0 demands a curriculum transformation that is responsive to the needs of 30-40% of employees who need reskilling. Case studies from Singapore, Germany, China, Indonesia, and Africa show a wide range of approaches and success rates. This study identified research gaps in methodology (qualitative dominance of 71%), limitations of longitudinal studies, and geographical disparities. Recommendations include strengthening empirical research, developing a specific digital competency framework for PTK, and policies that prioritize a people-first approach in digitalization.Keywords: Technology and Vocational Education, TVET, Digital Era, Industry 4.0, Digital Competence, Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Optimal developmental stimulation in pre-school children plays an important role in supporting children's overall growth and development. However, in Indonesia, there are still many pre-school children who experience developmental delays, where one of the influencing factors is the role of parents. This study aims to determine the relationship between parents' knowledge about developmental stimulation and parents' behavior in providing stimulation of children's development at pre-school age at TK Pembina 03. The method used is quantitative which consists of a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study amounted to 93 parents who were selected using consecutive sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire of knowledge about growth and development stimulation and parental behavior in providing growth and development stimulation. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis showed that respondents had an average age of 35.57 years, were all female (100%), with a high school education level (51.6%) and a housewife profession (63.4%). The majority had a good level of knowledge (63.4%), while the behavior in providing stimulation was quite active (46.2%). The results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test showed a p value = 0.000 (<0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between parental knowledge about developmental stimulation and parental behavior in providing stimulation of child development at pre-school age. The results of this study are expected to be input for TK Pembina 03 to work together and play an active role with parents in stimulating child development.Keywords: Parents, Knowledge, Behavior, Developmental Stimulation, and Pre-school Age

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis remains one of the global public health problems, especially in developing countries. Based on document searches and routine health reports, the Sumbersari Community Health Center is recorded as one of the health centers with the highest number of tuberculosis cases in East Java Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individual aspects and the prevention of tuberculosis transmission. A cross-sectional study design was used in this study. The study was conducted in the working area of the Sumbersari Community Health Center. The study was conducted in October 2025. The study population consisted of tuberculosis patients in the working area of the Sumbersari Community Health Center. The sample consisted of 60 respondents. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument used was a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed a relationship between knowledge (p value: 0.003) and family support (p value: 0.043) and the prevention of tuberculosis transmission. It is recommended that health center staff and health cadres investigate contacts within families to provide health education on the prevention of tuberculosis transmission among family members. Keywords: Family Support, Knowledge, Tuberculosis.

Abstract

Complete basic immunization is an important effort in preventing infectious diseases in infants. This study aimed to identify factors influencing complete basic immunization coverage among infants in Jorong Aur Jaya, Nagari Koto Padang, under the Koto Baru Public Health Center in 2025. The research employed a quantitative cross-sectional design. The population comprised all mothers with infants aged 9–18 months (n = 47), selected through total sampling. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. Results showed significant correlations between maternal knowledge (p = 0.008), education (p = 0.009), and attitude (p = 0.000) with complete immunization status.Keywords: Infants, Complete Basic Immunization, Knowledge, Education, Attitude

Abstract

Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a central nervous system disease that clogs blood vessels, reduces oxygen supply to the brain, and disrupts the nervous system. The prevalence of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at the Embung Fatimah Hospital in Batam City is 98 cases and is expected to continue to increase until 2025 (Denkes Batam City, 2023). This Professional Scientific Writing aims to carry out Medical Surgical Nursing Care on Mrs. A With The Provision Of Non-Pharmacological Therapy Holding Rubber Balls With Physical Mobility Disorders At The Embung Fatimah Hospital In Batam City In 2025. The method used in this Professional Scientific Paper is a case study carried out based on the stages of nursing care including review, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the Professional Scientific Writing were found complaints of difficulty in moving the upper and lower extremities with 2/2 muscle strength, increased blood pressure and skin damage due to bed rest with 3 nursing diagnoses, namely Physical mobility disorders related to neuromuscular disorders, Ineffective risk of cerebral perfusion associated with hypertension, and Skin/tissue integrity disorders related to decreased mobility. The intervention and implementation were carried out for 5 days and a nursing evaluation was obtained by Mrs. A that the activity starts to be done on its own, blood pressure improves, skin/tissue integrity improves. The strength value of the upper and lower extremity muscles increased to 4/3. Advice for Non Hemorrhagic Stroke sufferers to do Non Pharmacological Therapy Holding a Rubber Ball to be able to increase mobility and muscle strength values. Keywords: Nursing care, grip of rubber ball, non – hemorrhagic stroke.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah salah satu bentuk Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Diperlukan program nyata dan mandiri melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, salah satunya melalui “Penerapan Laporan Keuangan Berbasis Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (SAK‑EMKM) Pada UMKM Toko Puro Yama Konveksi Padang dan Dampaknya Terhadap Keputusan Pemilik Usaha”. PKM ini bersifat sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan edukasi pada salah satu konveksi yang ada di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan dilakukan dengan memberikan wawasan serta peningkatan skill dalam pencatatan laporan keuangan sehingga pemilik usaha dapat mengembangkan usahanya di kemudian hari. Beberapa upaya yang akan dilakukan yaitu memberikan wawasan terkait laporan keuangan SAK-EMKM agar pemilik usaha dapat melakukan pencatatan laporan keuangan dengan baik sehingga untuk kedepannya dapat mengambil suatu keputusan dan meningkatkan produktivitas usahanya. Kata kunci: Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (SAK-EMKM)

Abstract

Sexual abuse in early childhood continues to rise and has become a serious issue, including in Subang Regency. Lack of parental knowledge about sex education and inappropriate parenting styles are contributing factors that increase this risk. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between parenting style and parents’ level of knowledge about sex education for early childhood with sexual abuse prevention behavior at TK Negeri Pembina Subang. Methods: A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach was used. A total of 88 parents were selected through purposive sampling. The instruments included the Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire (PSDQ), a sex education knowledge questionnaire, and a sexual abuse prevention behavior questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation tests. Results: Most parents applied a democratic parenting style (59.1%), had good knowledge of sex education (60.0%), and demonstrated good sexual abuse prevention behavior (72.7%). The Spearman Rank test indicated a significant relationship between parenting style and sexual abuse prevention behavior (r = 0.411; p < 0.001), as well as between parental knowledge of sex education and prevention behavior (r = 0.363; p < 0.001). Conclusion:There is a significant relationship between parenting style and parental knowledge about sex education and sexual abuse prevention behavior among parents of early childhood students at TK Negeri Pembina Subang. These findings highlight the importance of educating parents on sex education and implementing supportive parenting styles that encourage openness and child protection.     Keywords: Parenting Style, Parental Knowledge, Sex Education, Preventive Behavior, Sexual Abuse

Abstract

Abstract: Intrinsic factors causing the risk of falling in the elderly are age, comorbidities such as hypertension, gait disorders, muscle weakness especially in the lower extremities, and a history of previous falls. Extrinsic factors include slippery floors, inadequate lighting, and uneven floors. This study aims to provide the Application of Square Stepping Exercise in Reducing the Risk of Falling in Mrs. I with Instability at the Budi Sosial Foundation Home in Batam City in 2025. The method used in this study is Auto-Anamnesis. The results of the case study research obtained by the author were carried out on Mrs. I through the application of square stepping exercise techniques for 6 days on the first diagnosis of physical mobility disorders related to decreased muscle strength. The second diagnosis of fall risk was proven by the age of 68 years. Balance disorders, decreased muscle strength, and a history of falls. Overcome because on the first day the results of the fall risk assessment were obtained TUG score 16 seconds, which is a high risk of falling, BBS score 34, which is walking with assistance, and the elderly balance assessment score 7, which is a moderate risk of falling. And on the sixth day, the TUG results obtained a score of 11 seconds, which means a low risk of falling, the BBS obtained a score of 41, which means walking independently, and the elderly balance assessment obtained a score of 4, which means a low risk of falling.Keywords: Elderly, Fall Risk, Square Stepping Exercise.

Abstract

Breast cancer and its treatments impose a complex symptom burden that negatively affects patients’ quality of life. Self-management support (SMS) is a patient empowerment strategy aimed at enhancing independence in nursing care. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of SMS on the quality of life of breast cancer patients at Haji General Hospital Medan. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre–post test control group approach. The sample consisted of 60 respondents (30 in the intervention group and 30 in the control group), selected using purposive sampling. The intervention group received structured education and self-monitoring guidance for 8 weeks. The research instrument used was the EORTC QLQ-C30 questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Paired T-test and Independent T-test. Results: There was a significant increase in the mean quality of life score in the intervention group, from 52.3 to 75.6 (p < 0.001), while the control group showed no significant change (p = 0.125). Intergroup comparison after the intervention revealed a statistically significant difference (p = 0.000). The emotional functioning and pain management domains showed the most substantial improvements. Conclusion: Self-management support is effective in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients. This intervention is recommended to be integrated into standard oncology nursing care to promote patient independence in managing treatment-related side effects. Keywords: Breast Cancer, Quality of Life, Self-Management Support, Medical-Surgical Nursing.

Abstract

Malnutrition in toddlers is one of the public health issues that remains a serious concern, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Based on data obtained from the Lubuk Buaya Community Health Center during the last three months, from July to August 2025, it is known that malnutrition in toddlers is still high. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of malnutrition in toddlers. The research design used in this study was cross-sectional. The research was conducted in the Lubuk Buaya Community Health Center working area. The research was conducted in November 2025. The research population consisted of mothers who had toddlers in the Lubuk Buaya Community Health Center working area. The sample consisted of 70 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed a relationship between mothers' knowledge (p value: 0.046) and dietary patterns (p value: 0.000) and malnutrition in toddlers. It is recommended that health centers, through health workers and posyandu cadres, make greater efforts to improve educational activities that can increase mothers' knowledge about the importance of providing good nutrition to their toddlers. Keywords: Toddlers, Mother's Knowledge, Diet.
