Abstract

Abstract: Childbirth is one of the normal physiological events experienced by a mother in the form of expelling the products of conception that live in the uterus through the vagina to the outside world. assistance or without assistance (own strength). The research design is a quasi-experimental method (Quasi Experimental) with the approach used in this research being a pre-post test design in one group (One-group pre-post test design). The characteristic of this type of research is that it reveals cause and effect relationship by involving one group of subjects. This research aims to determine the effect of giving oxytocin massage on breast milk production in mothers post Sectio Caesarea at Harapan Bunda Hospital, Batam. Frequency distribution before and after giving oxytocin massage at RSHB Batam City. Shows the results using the test Wilcoxon that the pretest and posttest have a mean rank value of 8.00 with a p-value of 0.0010.05 and it can be concluded that "Ho is rejected" or in other words there is The effect of giving oxytocin massage on breast milk production in post-sectiocaesarea mothers at Harapan Bunda Hospital, Batam City. The effect of oxytocin massage has a significant impact on smooth breast milk production. After carrying out an oxytocin massage on the mother post cesarean section, the results can provide comfort to the mother and stimulate the oxytocin reflex. Oxytocin massage also has other benefits, namely reducing breast swelling. Therefore, oxytocin massage is one solution to overcome irregularities in breast milk production and help maintain breast milk production when the mother and baby are sick.Keywords: Oxytocin Massage, Sectio Caesarea

Abstract

Abstract: Legal Protection for Consumers in Buying and Selling Lightroom Preset Applications on the Instagram Account @pwstore 1818, which can be achieved in two ways, through litigation or through court and non-litigation (outside court). For consumer disputes that occur with the owner of the Instagram account, they are resolved non-litigation, namely there is a verbal agreement from both parties, where the owner of the Instagram account returns the money of consumers who have purchased problematic Lightroom presets, so that both parties reach a win-win solution. The obstacle faced by consumers in resolving disputes over the sale and purchase of Lightroom preset applications on the Instagram account @pwstore1818 is related to the case of goods not matching the picture experienced by consumers Jupiter and Vie Kesuma when purchasing Lightroom presets on the Instagram account @pw.store1818. Consumers have submitted complaints but the business actor has not responded. Then the consumer filed a complaint again, in which the complaint received a reply from the business actor who advised consumers to choose a good photo, but the consumer felt that the product they had purchased did not match their expectations. Abstract

The performance of a project can be influenced by its organization. Good organizational management can help ensure that responsibilities and tasks are clearly divided among project team members, that communication is maintained well, and that the project can run according to schedule. Project management can also help organizations discover and resolve problems that arise during a project. An effective project organizational structure will achieve project objectives in accordance with the expected time, cost and budget. The aim of this research is to assist the project party in identifying problems that exist in the project organizational structure and also provide solutions related to problems that exist in the project structure. Meanwhile, the most influential is quality with a score of 3.42% greater than the time and cost indicators.Kata Kunci: organization, Management, Construction

Abstract

Abstract: Dragon fruit (Hylocereus spp.) has great potential in food processing, but the use of fruit peels is still limited. This study aims to analyze the difference in the sensory quality of syrup made from the juice of the flesh and skin of red dragon fruit through a hedonic test approach. The research method used pure experiments with a completely random design involving 30 consumer panelists from the Family Welfare Education Study Program at Padang State University. Data collection was carried out through sensory tests using a 7-point hedonic scale to assess four parameters: color, aroma, texture, and taste. The results showed a significant difference only in the color parameter, with dragon fruit juice obtaining an average score of 6.01 compared to dragon fruit peel with 5.59 (t-count 3.172, p < 0.05). The aroma, texture, and taste parameters did not show significant differences, with very close average scores. Statistical analysis revealed that both types of syrup had relatively equivalent sensory qualities, with individual panelist variations ranging from 0.927-1.368. This research makes an important contribution to the exploration of the use of dragon fruit peels as an alternative raw material for food products, as well as encouraging innovations in sustainable agricultural waste processing.Keywords: Dragon Fruit, Syrup, Hedonic Test, Sensory Quality, Agricultural Waste.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most prevalent types of cancer among women worldwide, adversely affecting reproductive health. However, the participation rate in cervical cancer screening using the IVA method remains significantly low. Several factors contribute to this low participation, including sociodemographic aspects (age, education level, income), knowledge, perceptions of vulnerability, and self-efficacy. The objective of this study is to identify the factors influencing cervical cancer screening using the IVA method among women of reproductive age in the Siliragung Health Center region of Banyuwangi. This research employs a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The population comprises 250 women of reproductive age (WUS), and a sample of 154 respondents was obtained through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results indicate that the factors significantly influencing early detection of cervical cancer are knowledge (p=0.028) and perceptions of vulnerability (p=0.000), while education level, age, income, and self-efficacy did not show a significant effect. It is imperative to provide widespread education about cervical cancer and its prevention through IVA screening among women of reproductive age.Keywords: Women of reproductive age, Early Detection of IVA, Cervical Cancer

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan agama Islam (PAI). Namun, transformasi ini tidak lepas dari tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, kurangnya kompetensi digital pendidik, kesenjangan akses teknologi, dan pengaruh budaya asing yang tidak selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi PAI di era digital serta merumuskan strategi efektif untuk memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajaran agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, dengan data yang diambil dari jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkini terkait integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi seperti e-learning, aplikasi Islami, multimedia interaktif, dan gamifikasi dapat memperkaya pembelajaran PAI, meningkatkan aksesibilitas, dan mendorong kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Namun, tantangan tersebut memerlukan strategi kolaboratif, seperti peningkatan literasi digital Islami, pengembangan infrastruktur, pelatihan pendidik, dan pengawasan konten digital. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi PAI di era digital dapat menciptakan generasi Islami yang cerdas secara intelektual dan tangguh secara spiritual jika peluang dimanfaatkan dengan bijak dan tantangan diatasi secara strategis.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Transformasi Digital, Teknologi Pendidikan, Literasi Digital Islami, Era Digital

Abstract

Abstract: The postpartum period (puerperium) is the period after labor and delivery of a baby and the recovery period, starting from the completion of labor until the reproductive organs return to their pre-pregnancy state, which takes a varying amount of time between 6-12 weeks. During the postpartum period, physiological changes in the body will occur and psychological changes in the mother will occur regarding the baby she has given birth to (Hutabarat, 2021). For health issues, one of the issues that is still a global concern is the spread of the HIV virus. Individuals who are HIV and AIDS positive will experience changes in their lives. WHO says that when individuals are first diagnosed with HIV, most show changes in their psychosocial character such as living in stress, depression, feeling a lack of social support, and changes in behavior. The purpose of this study is to provide a picture of the psychological state of postpartum mothers with HIV/AIDS at the Sentan Health Center. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are a picture of the psychology of postpartum mothers in the form of stress and sadness responses experienced by postpartum mothers with HIV/AIDS. This is a psychological disorder that is naturally felt by mothers during the postpartum period. Moreover, the mother is infected with HIV/AIDS. By not abandoning God and surrendering, you can calm the mood of postpartum mothers who suffer from HIV/AIDS a little.Keywords: HIV/AIDS

Abstract

This study aims to determine students’ ability in basic English vocabulary and to determine the factors that hinder students’ ability in basic English vocabulary of the seventh grade at SMPN 3 Bengkalis. This study used a descriptive research with mixed methods approach. The samples were 45 students from 90 students in class VII. The researcher chose the sample with a random sampling technique. The researcher used a multiple-choice test instrument to determine students’ ability, and then used an interview instrument to determine the factors that hinder students’ ability in class VII. The results of the test data obtained from 45 students showed a total score of 1955. With these results the researcher has obtained an average score of all students 43.44 so that the level of students’ basic vocabulary ability is classified as fair, where this level students’ basic English vocabulary ability is not stated as high or low but rather moderate. Meanwhile, interview data shows that the students feel dizzy when their teacher explains English vocabulary, which is caused by their lack of understanding of the word and their struggle to understand english language learning. As a result, they experience physical symptoms like dizziness during the lesson. Additionally, the researcher found that the students in grade VII at SMPN 3 Bengkalis lack motivation to learn English vocabulary. Keywords : descriptive qualitative; basic; ability; English vocabulary

Abstract: The involvement of BAMUS in Nagari Government affairs is an important thing to do because BAMUS is a representative of the Nagari community. BAMUS is a form of democracy in the Nagari government which accommodates and channels all community aspirations for the progress of Nagari. The positions of BAMUS and Wali Nagari in the Nagari Government are equal because they were both elected by the community, and both appointed by the Regent. Therefore, BAMUS and Wali Nagari are institutions at the same level, so that to carry out BAMUS' supervisory function, BAMUS and Wali Nagari need to coordinate so that BAMUS can supervise the performance of Wali Nagari in a coordinated manner and all the information needed by BAMUS for supervision purposes can be obtained easily. Abstract

Bridges are structures built to connect transportation activities due to obstacles such as rivers, lakes, swamps and other obstacles. As part of drainage systems and bridge infrastructure, box culverts help transport and control water flow. In implementing bridge construction projects there are several tendencies that influence performance, one of which is time management. The aim of this research is to identify the components that influence the length of time the box culvert bridge construction project on Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Agussalim, Bangkinang City subdistrict lasts. This research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, a quantitative method rooted in the philosophy of positivism was chosen because it allows the collection of numerical data in a systematic and structured manner. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire data. The results of the research show that the main components causing the box culvert bridge construction project on Jalan Sudirman and Jalan Agussalim, Bangkinang Kota subdistrict to be delayed are the lack of expertise and skills as well as work motivation for workers in the field with a respondent result of 54% lack of expertise and skills and desire to work among workers in the field, according to 54% of respondents, the owner's work plan statement often changes based on the results of 51% of respondents and material accuracy with a respondent result of 51%.Keywords: Time Management, Box Culvert, Construction Project Delays
