Abstract

he Humans were created by Allah SWT with the potential. of coursewith a very precise reason that potential must be present in humans, as hasbeen known to man was created to be khalifatullah fil ard. The potential of thehuman being has no meaning if it were not for the guidance and the guidanceof Allah who served in nature. However, humans are not also just able toswallow what is seen, but to learn to drive all the power those to be able tounderstand the signs that exist in this life. Based on the considerations above,Islam has given huge attention to the purpose of education.The Quran tells a lot about education and the urgency for human life.In essence, the entire paragraph contained in the Koran contain educationalvalues that are beneficial for those who study and dig with a mind potentialpossessed. This goal is the outcome of all of the educational process is carriedout. Similarly, the Koran, has also outlined the goals of education as thedirection to go by every individual Muslim in taking his life on earth. With thepurpose of education in the Koran, it means every Muslim own orientation isvery clear and steady and level of higher consciousness.

Abstract

Prophet as the messenger of Allah is very professional in every efforttoward the changes he made to humanize humans, that humans walking inaccordance with nature, in disseminating the vision and mission of Islam,the Qur'an and hadith as a major source of Islamic teachings alreadygiven instructions and the basic principles of education, so it should be asolution to address the educational crisis that occurred. Because it is aplanned activity, education should have the clarity of vision, mission andgoals to be achieved. Of us can imagine how it would be if there is anactivity without having a clear vision and mission.

Abstract

This study discusses the values of Islamic education in the tradition of worship / Jurisprudence include prayer, alms, fasting and pilgrimage. This research is to understand the literature discussed and analyzed so came the idea of the material worship / Jurisprudence which includes prayer, alms, fasting and pilgrimage contained in the hadith the prophet. Conclusions contained in the hadith of worship / fiqh that is the education that we can take.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an memuat ayat-ayat yang mengatur kehidupan manusia agar memperoleh kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat, sedangkan ilmu pengetahuan merupakan alat untuk mencapai kehidupan yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian Islam dan ilmu merupakan dua hal yang integral dan tidak bisa dipisahkan. Ilmu pengetahuan seyogianya berbasiskan nilai-nilai agama dan di dalam ajaran agama Islam mengandung fakta-fakta dan memberi motivasi ke arah pencarian ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, maka sesungguhnya Islam tidak mengenal adanya dikotomi antara agama dan ilmu pengetahuan karena keduanya bersumber dari Allah SWT. Untuk lebih memberi kekuatan nilai Islami pada kurikulum, maka disertakan atau dicari landasan Al Qur’an atau Hadits shahih yang relevan atau mendukung materi pokok yang sedang diajarkan. Namun hal ini tidak boleh dipaksakan, sehingga relevansinya terkesan dibuat-buat. Apabila tidak ada ayat Al Qur’an atau Hadits yang cocok atau relevan, maka integrasinya dilakukan secara filosofis sudah cukup.

Abstract

Dalam ajaran Islam zakat menempati posisi yang sangat penting dan strategis, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan salah satu hikmah dan fungsi zakat yang bisa digunakan untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat dan dapat menegntaskan kemiskinan. Ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an telah mewajibkan pemilik harta untuk mengeluarkan zakatnya. Melalui penjelasan beberapa ayat alquran tersebut ada dua jenis zakat yang dipahami secara umum, yaitu istilah hasil usaha yang baik-baik dan apa yang dikeluarkan untuk manusia dari bumi. Sejalan dengan perkembangan kehidupan umat manusia khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi, kegiatan penghasilan melalui keahlian dan profesi akan semakin berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Bahkan akan menjadi kegiatan ekonomi yang utama. Penetapan kewajiban zakat kepadanya menunjukan betapa hukum Islam sangat aspiratif dan responsif terhadap perkembagan zaman. Bila dilihat dari sudut keadilan, penetapan kewajaiban zakat pada setiap harta yang dimiliki akan sangat terasa jelas, dibandingkan dengan hanya menetapkan kewajiban zakat pada komoditas-komoditas tertentu saja. Keahlian dan profesi setiap orang, mempunyai out put yang berbeda-beda, bahkan bisa menghasilkan pendapatan yang bisa melebihi dari penghasilan lainnya, sehingga membutuhkan penjelasan yang lebih detail tentang penafsiran ayat-ayat dan hadis yang berbicara soal zakat, baik secara umum maupun secara khusus.

Abstract

Reformation brought changes in all fields one of which is regional autonomy. The implementation of regional autonomy with dsentrealisari base is constituted by the desire to create a democracy, equity, and efficiency. Decentralization policy implications bangs must come from the grassroots to the top, no longer from top to bottom. The reality in the field of education does not seem to go according to the circumstances. Policies that exist at this time impressed derived and compiled directly by the Department of education regardless of the participation of the community. Though education is supposed to be centered in the community, should be for the people, so it shall be guided by the people. Openness and opportunity for bertpartisipasi in the field of education should be put to good use in a way that every government should implement a policy botom-up system, that is, policies that come from the community conditions (bottom to top). From the above analysis, the findings in this paper I will present the material Education Decentralization in Indonesia.
