The phenomenon of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) in millennial times is no longer considered a new thing in society. Previously these behaviors were considered strange for some people, but in an age of increasingly sophisticated technology, this has become commonplace. Today many have openly stated and identified themselves as the identity of LGBT people or as supporters of their development. This large wave of groups striving to be recognized in the eyes of the world has been carried out intensively and continuously. Indonesia as the largest Muslim cannot be separated from the influence and threat of LGBT. This study aims to explore how the phenomenon of LGBT development and illustrate how solutions and efforts to prevent it. This research was compiled using a literature review approach related to LGBT studies. The results of the excavation found that the LGBT movement is no longer just an individual movement but has entered the public sphere. To overcome this condition, in addition to regulations relating to the movement of LGBT people, in the smallest environments in households must prepare methods and ways to prevent the presence of LGBT.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap mekanisme transaksi akad jual beli padi dengan sistem ngebang (tebasan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dan lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Menurut mereka, pendekatan ini diarahkan pada latar dan individu tersebut secara holistik. Temuan dari penelitian ini, praktik jual beli padi dengan sistem ngebang tidak mengandung unsur garar (gharar). Tingkat harga ditentukan berdasarkan tawar-menawar dan uang diserahkan sesuai kesepakatan kedua belah pihak dengan memberikan uang muka terlebih dahulu dan pelunasannya pada waktu panen. Terpenuhinya syarat syart tabqiyah dan syartul qoth’i, maka hukumnya boleh. Adapun rekomendasinya, mengenai yang wajib mengeluarkan zakat adalah pembeli, karena waktu wajib zakatnya jatuh setelah akad terjadi.

Multiple Agreement (al-Uqud al-Murakkabah) is one of contemporary agreements in Islamic banking whose implementation develops in line with business developments Multiple Agreement basically is an agreement whic is made by two parties in carrying out transactions that cover two elements or more of agreement, such as trading and ijarah. Agreements in sharia transactions are modified from the existing agreements in which such agreements are found in almost all sharia products. The development of the uses of agreement need strong analysis concerning the validity of the agreements, especially those whic have been modified. This study therefore aims at presenting perspectives of Islamic schlars (ulama) and their analysis toward the concepts of Multiple Agreement.

REFORMULASI FIQH MUAMALAH TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK PERBANKAN SYARIAH Yosi Aryanti

This study aims to describe the reformulation of fiqh muamalah in order to provide innovation to the products of sharia banking. This research is a library study. Data of the research was obtained from secondary sources which were taken from library materials, such as fiqh, literature, legislation, official document, result of previous research, article, magazine, newspaper, and other sources related to this research . Secondary data is sourced from the primary legal materials in the form of regulations relating to sharia banking. The results showed that: 1) In reformulation of fiqh muamalah required a number of tools and disciplines of sharia as well as some moral principles for the formulation according to sharia and are in the corridor of sharia. The disciplines are ushul fiqh, qawaid fiqh, tasyrik talaq, tasyrik philosophy and maqashid syariah, 2) Fiqh muamalah reformulated through several methods ijtihad, namely ijtihad intiqa'I, ijtihad insya'I, and ijtihad komparasi, and 3) success the future syari'ah banking system will depend a lot on innovation development. This is marked by the ability of syari'ah banks to present attractive, competitive products and facilitate transactions, in accordance with the needs of the community.

Dalam ajaran Islam zakat menempati posisi yang sangat penting dan strategis, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan salah satu hikmah dan fungsi zakat yang bisa digunakan untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat dan dapat menegntaskan kemiskinan. Ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an telah mewajibkan pemilik harta untuk mengeluarkan zakatnya. Melalui penjelasan beberapa ayat alquran tersebut ada dua jenis zakat yang dipahami secara umum, yaitu istilah hasil usaha yang baik-baik dan apa yang dikeluarkan untuk manusia dari bumi. Sejalan dengan perkembangan kehidupan umat manusia khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi, kegiatan penghasilan melalui keahlian dan profesi akan semakin berkembang dari waktu ke waktu. Bahkan akan menjadi kegiatan ekonomi yang utama. Penetapan kewajiban zakat kepadanya menunjukan betapa hukum Islam sangat aspiratif dan responsif terhadap perkembagan zaman. Bila dilihat dari sudut keadilan, penetapan kewajaiban zakat pada setiap harta yang dimiliki akan sangat terasa jelas, dibandingkan dengan hanya menetapkan kewajiban zakat pada komoditas-komoditas tertentu saja. Keahlian dan profesi setiap orang, mempunyai out put yang berbeda-beda, bahkan bisa menghasilkan pendapatan yang bisa melebihi dari penghasilan lainnya, sehingga membutuhkan penjelasan yang lebih detail tentang penafsiran ayat-ayat dan hadis yang berbicara soal zakat, baik secara umum maupun secara khusus.

Muslim jurists have established a system of Islamic law and establish methods for the discovery of the law giving rise to the methods in istinbat using ushuliyah rules and norms of Islamic law fiqhiyah means of discovery. This means that both of these methods has provided space in tapping the text (nass al-Quran and as-Sunnah) to meet the legal needs of humanity, so that in its development, has led to studies critical that called for Islamic law can be brought benefit for humans and is considered important to be formulated based on essential values called "maqasid al-Shari'ah In an effort to develop Islamic legal thought, especially in providing an understanding and clarity on various issues of contemporary law, Mujtahids need to know the purpose pensyari'atan Islamic law in order to know for sure whether a legal provision is applicable to a particular case or because of changes in structure social, the law can no longer be maintained. Thus, knowledge of the maqasid al-shari'ah be the key to the success of mujtahid in ijtihad. The study of the levels of maslahah in maqashid Shari'ah (maslahah al-dharuriyat, al-hajiyat, al-tahsiniyat) has an integrated system that makes the arguments of Shari'a was in a braid intact, inseparable, and each other mutual support, as well as the proposition that one serves as an explanation for the arguments of others. To clarify the level of maqashid Shari'ah based classification dharuriyat, hajiyat and tahsiniyat, then relation to one another can be represented in al-Ahkam al-khamsah.

he concept of mudharabah in sharia financial institutions is not fully inaccordance with the concepts in classical fiqh. such as Sharia Financial Institutions(LKS) applying the concept of mudharabah in financing, the bank acting as shahibulmaal ask for a guarantee or collateral to mudharib, whereas according to some ImamMadzhab forbade it. The National Sharia Council (DSN) is an institution in which itconsists of scholars, practitioners and experts in its field, who are given the task ofinstilling Syar'i values in products run by LKS and monitoring all transactions applied inLKS. Implementation of guarantee on mudharabah financing based on DSN fatwa no. 07 DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. The existence of Collateral is basically not an obligation, in theprocess it becomes a must when customers want to get financing. This is what underliesthe author to see the existence of collateral in mudharabah financing in LKS. Thisresearch is a descriptive analytic research using data about mudharabah financingcontract implementation, books, documents, works, or writings relevant to this studythen analyze it from the perspective of Islamic law

The purpose of implementing this community service program is to increase interest in writing for students and increase student scientific publications, so that after completing the final project (thesis) they can write an article from the results of their research. This service activity is packaged in the form of a training given to students. STIT Ahlussunnah Bukittinggi, which was carried out by a Lecturer at the West Sumatran Islamic Institute of Pariaman with a Lecturer at STIT Ahlussunnah Bukittinggi. The method of implementing activities in the form of delivering material, assignments and practicum given to participants, namely (a) Research Methodology, (b) Writing Scientific Articles, (c) Using Reference and Plagiarism, (d) submitting articles to journals. The results of the Community Service program are given to students in the form of training. It can be concluded, if viewed from the level of understanding of the participants, that is, 88% really understand the material presented. Meanwhile, in terms of carrying out the tasks of the resource persons, 60% of the participants have successfully submitted articles to the campus journals.

Abstract: This study is inspired by the social norms of pre-Islamic Arab society, which often sparked issues related to gender equality and tolerance. These norms were marked by acts of inhumane violence that stood in stark contrast to the teachings of Islam. Unfortunately, similar problems still exist in modern society. This article aims to examine the extremism found in the inhumane social rules of pre-Islamic Arab society through the lens of Islamic values of moderation and tolerance, while also reflecting on parallels in today’s world. Using a case study approach and a comparative analysis, the research explores the social conditions of pre-Islamic Arab society alongside current social realities. The study uncovers four key findings. First, the oppression of women through practices like slavery and female infanticide represents acts of severe extremism. Second, the culture of constant warfare, fueled by disputes and tribal fanaticism, was a hallmark of the time. Third, the unfair practices surrounding marriage and divorce caused significant harm to women. Finally, the study highlights striking similarities between the pre-Islamic era and contemporary society, where a lack of commitment to the Islamic principles of moderation and tolerance continues to contribute to social challenges.Keywords: Extremism, social rules, pre-Islamic Arabia, moderate value, and tolerance
