Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) Innovative attitude towards teacher competence; 2) Discipline towards teacher competence; 3) Innovative attitude and discipline towards teacher competence of SD Negeri 1 Cluster School, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. A total of 77 elementary school teachers in School Cluster 1, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The results of this study indicate, among others: 1) Innovative Attitudes have a significant effect on Teacher Competence; 2) Discipline has a significant effect on Teacher Competence; 3) Innovative and Disciplined Attitudes have a significant effect on the Competence of Elementary School Teachers in Cluster 1, Karangploso District, Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT Sinarmas Multifinance Pangkalpinang. The method used is a quantitative method with analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis statistics. Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing, the results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and discipline work, work stress, and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence effect of regional that is means neighbour Indonesia country such as Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and Vietnam to Indonesia Index, that is KLSE, STI, ASX200 and VN Index to IHSG within period June 1, 2021 until July 31, 2021. This research method is recorded and documentation the daily closing index (KLSE, STI, ASX200, VN and IHSG) in period June 1, 2021 until July 31, 2021. The result of this research is KLSE, STI, ASX200, and VN simultaneously significantly influence together to Indonesia Index (IHSG) along June 1, 2021 until July 31, 3021. Index KLSE, STI, and VN not influence to Indonesia Index (IHSG) at Indonesia Stock Exchange along June 1, 2021 until July 31, 2021, only ASX200 can influence Indonesia Index (IHSG) along June 1, 2021 until July 31, 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management, customer’s satisfaction, and the product prices on customer’s satisfaction for the Guru Merdeka Belajar program on Sekolah.mu platform. The method used is a quantitative method with statistical analysis technique using Multiple Linier Regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing, the result show that Total Quality Management has a positive effect on customer’s satisfaction, product prices have a positive effect on customer’s satisfaction.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world today has had a profound impact on economic development and changes in human behavior in meeting needs, both primary and secondary. Changes in consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions greatly affect online shopping purchasing patterns during the prepandemic and post-pandemic periods. Local products that dominate the market share are Wardah Cosmetics, with the image as halal cosmetics, Wardah cosmetic products are in great demand. Data processing is done computerized using several statistical data processing software, namely Statistical Product and Services Solution (SPSS). The study was conducted on Wardah's followers on the TikTok application with a sample of 100 respondents, where the sample was selected using a random sampling method. Based on data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be stated that the advertising variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the trust variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, the e-promotion variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while the brand love variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah products on Tiktok application users. the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The problem in this research is in employee training at the Company, at this time the world and Indonesia conditions are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic so that in accordance with the government's call for working from home and social distancing, it is necessary to adjust the design of the training carried out with information technology assistance, namely through the Learning Management System (LMS). This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of LMS users which is influenced by the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service to the employees of PT Wahana Inti Selaras. The study used a random sampling technique by distributing online questionnaires to the employees of PT Wahana Inti Selaras through google forms. The research data was processed quantitatively descriptively with path analysis techniques, using IBM SPSS version 23. The research results were supported by primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires. The results showed that: (1) the quality of the system has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of using the LMS. (2) The quality of information has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of using the LMS. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of using LMS.

Abstract

Cooperatives grow and develop from, by and for members, so that the decision of members to actively participate is very important for the development and survival of the Cooperative. Currently the active participation rate of members of the Pangkalpinang Cipta Sejahtera Cooperative in terms of saving, borrowing and installments is very low, this is allegedly due to the covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to examine whether word of mouth, customer relationship management and trust management have a significant effect on members' decisions to actively participate, and whether trust management moderates word of mouth and customer relationship management on members' decisions to actively participate. This research is a quantitative research, the number of samples is 129 with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with PLS-SEM, utilizing the SMART-PLS version 3.0 program. The results of the research stated: Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on members' decisions to actively participate. Customer Relationshikp Management has a significant positive effect on members' decisions to actively participate. Management trust has a significant positive effect on members' decisions to actively participate. The moderating nature of trust management is to weaken the influence of word of mouth on members' decisions to actively participate and strengthen the influence of customer relationship management on members' decisions to actively participate.Word of Mouth

Abstract

Shopping for household appliances in the marketplace has become urban Indonesian's lifestyle. In determining the decision to purchase household appliances in the marketplace, there are important variables that influence it. So this study aims to determine how the influence of these variables such as: 1) Subjective norm, perceived usefulness, and product review videos on purchase intention, 2) Subjective norm, perceived usefulness, product review videos, and purchase intention on purchase decisions, 3) Subjective norm, perceived usefulness, and product review videos on purchase decisions through purchase intention as the intervening. This study uses accidental sampling of ITB Asia Malang students. Data were collected using a questionnaire and in total 100 participants responded to the survey. Structural equation modeling (SEM), specifically partial least squares (PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that subjective norms, perceived usefulness, and video product reviews have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase intention. Perceived usefulness and purchase intention have a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decisions, while subjective norms and video product reviews have insignificant direct effect on purchase decisions. Purchase intention mediates subjective norms, perceived usefulness, and video reviews positively and significantly towards purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sinarmas Multifinance Malang branch. The population in the study were all employees of PT. Sinarmas Multifinance Malang branch is 54 employees. The sample was determined based on the multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on saturated sampling all employees are used as samples. This study uses quantitative types, and Non Probability Sampling data analysis techniques used are questionnaire validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumptions test using residual normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results showed that work stress was positive and had no significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation were positive and significant on employee performance. Work stress, motivation and compensation have a joint effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Developments in the current era, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where companies are expected to have agility, require companies to continue to develop and make appropriate strategic decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance by adding the intervening variable, namely job satisfaction. Respondents are employees of UTD PMI Malang City, amounting to 84 people using a saturated sample. The research method uses quantitative descriptive, data analysis using SPSS software version 20. This research shows that 1). Intellectual intelligence has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 2). Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 3). Spiritual intelligence has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
