Abstract

Abstract. Baitul Mal Unisba is a non-profit institution that provides bailout aid programs, especially for Unisba students. Students generally apply for bailout assistance by visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba website, then downloading a monthly installment payment agreement, then visiting the Baitul Mal Unisba secretariat directly with the specified requirements. The recipient of the bailout must also report each installment payment. This causes the reporting process to be less effective and efficient because the existing data is stored in different places, so the Baitul Mal Unisba administration must combine several information data. An alternative that can be done in solving the problem is by designing a bailout information system at Baitul Mal Unisba. The research stage uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three stages, namely the requirements planning stage, workshop design and implementation. The results of designing a website-based bridging fund information system in the form of an application prototype which consists of a login feature, registration for bridging funds registration, information on quotas and schedules for receipt of activities, installment payment status and announcements. The results of the prototype test show that all functional requirements have been met, meaning that the system can solve user problems, so that it can be forwarded to the design and implementation stages of the actual system Abstrak. Baitul Mal Unisba merupakan suatu lembaga non-profit yang menyediakan program bantuan dana talangan khususnya untuk mahasiswa Unisba. Mahasiswa umumnya mengajukan permohonan bantuan dana talangan dengan mengunjungi website Baitul Mal Unisba, kemudian mengunduh surat perjanjian pembayaran cicilan setiap bulannya, lalu mendatangi langsung sekretariat Baitul Mal Unisba dengan membawa persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Penerima dana talangan juga harus melaporkan setiap melakukan pembayaran cicilannya. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pelaporan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan, data yang ada tersimpan pada tempat yang berbeda-beda, sehingga administrasi Baitul Mal Unisba harus melakukan penggabungan beberapa data informasi. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam penyelesaian masalah yaitu dengan merancang sistem informasi dana talangan di Baitul Mal Unisba. Tahapan penelitian menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap requirement planning, workshop design dan implementation. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi dana talangan berbasis website dalam bentuk prototype aplikasi yang didalamnya terdiri dari, fitur login, registrasi pendaftaran dana talangan, informasi kuota dan jadwal kegiatan penerimaan, status pembayaran cicilan dan pengumuman. Hasil pengujian prototype didapatkan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan fungsional sudah terpenuhi artinya, sistem dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengguna, sehingga dapat diteruskan ke tahapan perancangan dan implementasi pada sistem yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Cipta Karya Mandiri is a company engaged in the manufacture of electronic device spare parts in the form of toroidal inductors. Based on the results of the study, in 2020 the company experienced a significant increase in demand compared to 2019. However, it turns out that there is a problem at the company, namely an increase in the percentage of toroidal inductor defects. This shows that the company's efforts to reduce product defects are still not optimal. So that the company needs to know the cause of disability as effort to reduce and eliminate defects that occur. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of defective toroidal inductor products. The method used to reduce or even eliminate toroidal inductor product defects is by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The process of identifying the causes of failure is carried out on five types of defects which are included in 80% of the cumulative defects on the Pareto diagram. As for what is included in the 80% cumulative Pareto diagram defects consist of loose winding defects, bad windings, bonding overs, red pins, and wound wires. The results of the identification of the causes of defects from the five types of defects using fault tree analysis (FTA), namely the factors that cause defects to consist of human or worker factors, machine factors, and tools used during the production process. Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, more and more foodstuffs are needed because of the increasing population, especially the demand for processed food that is ready to be consumed. One of the business actors engaged in processed food, namely UD. Srikandi Indramayu who produces processed tofu. In the process, the company has several problems, namely consumers who are getting bored with processed tofu products, the current products are less varied, sales decline every year, and are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this phenomenon, the formulation of the problems in this research are: (1) How is the product development process of UD. Srikandi? (2) What product characteristics are the priority for the company to develop? (3) How was the proposal chosen for UD Srikandi's products?. The research was conducted using the New Product Development Life Cycle stages for the development process of this tofu product, while at the product development stage the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods were used to determine alternative product choices. The results of this reserach are: the katsu tofu product is the chosen product. The main characteristic is the development of tofu katsu. Based on the results of data processing using the Expert Choice application version 11, it is known that the spinach flavor is the chosen alternative. This is because the alternative choice of spinach flavor has the greatest priority weight value than other alternatives. Thus, the results of this product development are in accordance with the needs and desires of today's consumers. Abstrak. Bahan pangan saat ini semakin banyak dibutuhkan karena jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah, terutama permintaan terhadap olahan makanan setengah jadi yang siap dikonsumsi. Salah satu pelaku usaha yang bergerak dibidang makanan olahan yaitu UD. Srikandi Indramayu yang memproduksi olahan tahu. Pada prosesnya perusahaan memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu konsumen yang sudah mulai bosan dengan produk olahan tahu, produk yang ada saat ini kurang variatif, penjualan menurun setiap tahunnya, serta terdampak masa pandemic Covid-19. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka rumusan permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana proses pengembangan produk UD.Srikandi? (2) Karakteristik produk apakah yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan perusahaan? (3) Bagaimana usulan terpilih untuk produk UD. Srikandi?. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan tahapan New Product development Life Cycle untuk proses pegembangan produk tahu ini, adapun pada tahap product development digunakan metode Quality Function Deploymen (QFD) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan alternative pilihan produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: produk tahu katsu menjadi produk terpilih. Adapun karakteristik prioritasnya adalah pengembangan rasa tahu katsu. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice versi 11 diketahui bahwa rasa bayam menjadi alternative terpilih. Hal ini dikarenakan alternative pilihan rasa bayam memiliki nilai bobot prioritas terbesar daripada alternatif lainnya. Sehingga, hasil pengembangan produk ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen saat ini.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Nebulae Cymbals is a company that produces drum cymbals. In the production process, several problems are included in the waste. To achieve good productivity, efforts are needed to reduce waste. In this study, the method used is Lean Manufacturing and several tools is used, including Value Stream Mapping to map the flow of the production process and Process Activity Mapping (PAM) to describe the activities that occur. In identifying waste, the method used is the Waste Assessment Model (WAM). The identified waste is then grouped according to the seven waste categories. The final result of the WAM method produces a ranking of each waste. Based on the waste ranks, then the waste with the 3 highest ranks was chosen, namely the waste in the Motion category with a percentage of 20.20%, the Waiting category waste with a percentage of 17.18%, and waste in the Transportation category with a percentage of 16.46%. Analysis of the root causes of waste is carried out using the Ishikawa diagram based on the 3 highest wastes. Then arrange improvement proposals using 5W+1H. The proposed improvements include arranging goods, rescheduling production, providing and updating facilities, improving layouts, and making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). After being given recommendations for improvement, it can be described as a Future State Value Stream Mapping which contains an estimate of increasing the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) value from 54% to 77% in the hope of increasing company productivity. Abstrak. CV Nebulae Cymbals merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi simbal drum. Dalam proses produksinya, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang termasuk ke dalam waste atau pemborosan. Demi tercapainya produktivitas yang baik, diperlukan adanya upaya untuk mereduksi waste. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah Lean Manufactuing, dan berbagai tools yang digunakan, antara lain Value Stream Mapping, yang dapat memetakan alur proses produksi dan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) untuk menjabarkan aktivitas-aktivitas yang terjadi. Dalam mengidentifikasi waste, metode yang digunakan yaitu Waste Assessment Model (WAM). Waste yang telah diidentifikasi kemudian dikelompokan menurut kategori seven waste. Hasil akhir dari metode WAM menghasilkan ranking dari setiap waste. Berdasarkan rangking waste tersebut, kemudian dipilihlah waste dengan 3 rank tertinggi yaitu waste kategori Motion dengan persentase sebesar 20,20%, waste kategori Waiting dengan persentase sebesar 17,18%, dan waste kategori Transportation dengan persentase sebesar 16,46%. Analisa akar penyebab waste dilakukan dengan menggunakan diagram Ishikawa berdasarkan 3 waste tertinggi. Kemudian menyusun usulan perbaikan menggunakan 5W+1H. Perbaikan yang diusulkan diantaranya adalah melakukan penataan barang, penjadwalan produksi kembali, penyediaan dan pembaharuan fasilitas, memperbaiki layout, dan membuat Prosedur Operasi Standar atau SOP. Setelah diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan, maka dapat digambarkan Future State Value Stream Mapping yang berisi perkiraan peningkatan nilai Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) dari 54% menjadi 77% dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik is a metal manufacturer which produces various components of automotive engine, textile machinery, mechatronic machinery, canned food manufacturing machines, punch and dies, as well as machine design. Currently the company is scheduling based on the EDD priority rules. Jobs that have the same processing batch size as the transfer batch. This condition causes waiting times so that in the end there will be production delays. Based on this, the proposed scheduling will be carried out using a non-delay algorithm by considering the batch transfer size. The non-delay algorithm was chosen because this algorithm can increase machine utility so that more work is processed. Thus, the delay in the end can be reduced. The measure of delay used in this study is mean tardiness. Based on the proposed scheduling, the result is that there is a decrease in the mean tardiness of 53.52%. This means that the overall delays can be reduced by scheduling proposals. Abstrak. CV Taufik Jaya Teknik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur logam yaitu memproduksi berbagai komponen mesin otomotif, mesin tekstil, mesin mekatronik, mesin pabrik makanan kaleng, punch dan dies, serta rancang bangun mesin. Saat ini perusahaan melakukan penjadwalan berdasarkan aturan prioritas EDD. Pekerjaan yang dijadwalkan memiliki ukuran batch proses sama dengan batch transfer. Kondisi ini menimbulkan waktu tunggu sehingga pada akhirnya mengakibatkan terjadinya keterlambatan penyelesaian produksi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka akan dilakukan penjadwalan usulan menggunakan algoritma non delay dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran batch transfer. Algoritma non delay dipilih karena algoritma ini dapat meningkatkan utilitas mesin sehingga pekerjaan yang diproses menjadi lebih banyak. Dengan demikian, keterlambatan pada akhirnya dapat direduksi. Ukuran keterlambatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mean tardiness. Berdasarkan penjadwalan usulan diperoleh hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan mean tardiness 53,52%. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa persentase keterlambatan secara keseluruhan dapat direduksi dengan dilakukannya penjadwalan usulan.

Abstract. CV. Pustaka Setia is a company engaged in publishing and printing books. The obstacle experienced by CV Pustaka Setia is the occurrence of accumulation (Work In Process inventory) at the folding work station. The buildup that occurs has resulted in the company not achieving the production target that has been set within a predetermined time limit. The problems faced by this company are solved by using theapproach Theory of Constraint (TOC). Thestage TOC carried out by identifying the constraint in the company by calculating the capacity, this is because the constraint contained in the company is a capacity constraint. The stages are continued with constraint exploitation using a linear program to find out the maximum number of companies producing books with the company's capacity.scheduling is Campbell dudeck and smith (CDS)done by changing the transfer system to abatch processequal to the transfer batch, in order to reduce stacking. The stage is continued on subordination of non-sources constraint by making print work stations able to maximize work stations that experience buildup and is carried out using themethod Drum Buffer Rope (DBR). Based on data processing until it reaches the stage of subordination, the stacking constraint still occurs, then the constraint elevation is carried out. The constraint elevation was carried out by adding the capacity of the folding work station to 3 work shifts and subcontracting 1815 copies of the book at the folding work station so that the company was able to reduce the buildup and meet existing needs. Abstrak. CV. Pustaka Setia perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penerbitan dan percetakan buku. Kendala yang dialami oleh CV Pustaka Setia ialah terjadinya penumpukan (Work In Process inventory) pada stasiun kerja pelipatan. Penumpukan yang terjadi mengakibatkan perusahaan tidak mencapai target produksi yang telah ditetapkan dengan batas waktu yang telah ditentukan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan ini diselesaikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Theory of Constraint (TOC). Tahapan TOC dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi constraint pada perusahaan dengan melakukan perhitungan kapasitas, hal ini dikarenakan constraint yang terdapat pada perusahaan ialah capacity constraint. Tahapan dilanjutkan dengan eksploitasi constraint menggunakan progama linier untuk mengetahui maksimal perusahaan memproduksi buku dengan kapasitas yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penjadwalan Campbell dudeck and smith (CDS) dilakukan dengan mengubah sistem transfer menjadi batch proses sama dengan batch transfer, guna mengurangi penumpukan. Tahapan dilanjutkan pada subordinasi sumber non constraint dengan membuat stasiun kerja cetak bisa memaksimalkan stasiun kerja yang mengalami penumpukan dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Drum Buffer Rope (DBR). Berdasarkan pengolahan data hingga mencapai tahapan subordinasi constraint penumpukan masih terjadi maka dilakukan elevasi constraint. Elevasi constraint dilakukan dengan menambahkan kapasitas stasiun kerja pelipatan menjadi 3 shift kerja dan melakukan subkontrak 1815 eksemplar buku pada stasiun kerja pelipatan sehingga perusahaan mampu mengurangi penumpukan dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada.

Abstract

Abstract. The halal industry sector in Indonesia has experienced a very rapid increase. Based on the Global Islamic Economic Conditions Report (SGIE) 2020/2021, the halal fashion industry sector in Indonesia is ranked 3rd, this causes increasingly tight competitiveness, so that companies must excel in competing. Constraints experienced by the company are delays in raw materials from suppliers in terms of quality, quantity and time. The goal in achieving competitive advantage is to measure supply chain performance from upstream to downstream so that companies can find out which performance indicators need to be maintained and which need to be improved. The method used to improve the company's performance is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. Performance measurement is carried out by mapping the halal supply chain using the SCOR method at level 1, level 2 and level 3. Next, a pairwise comparison questionnaire is distributed and each indicator is calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach and normalization is calculated using the snorm de boer formula. So that the final value of supply chain performance is obtained at 63.54 which indicates this value is included in the average category. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the company knows which performance indicators need to be improved and which need to be maintained so that the company can improve performance from the results of supply chain performance measurements. Abstrak. Sektor industri halal di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang sangat pesat. Berdasarkan Laporan Kondisi Ekonomi Islam Global (SGIE) 2020/2021, sektor industri fashion halal di Indonesia menginjak peringkat ke-3 hal tersebut menyebabkan adanya daya saing yang semakin ketat sehingga membuat perusahaan harus unggul dalam bersaing. Kendala yang dialami perusahaan yakni adanya keterlambatan bahan baku dari pemasok baik dari sisi kualitas, kuantitas dan waktu. Tujuan dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing yaitu dengan mengukur kinerja rantai pasok mulai dari hulu hingga hilir agar perusahaan dapat mengetahui indikator kinerja yang perlu untuk dipertahankan dan yang perlu untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yaitu metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR).Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan memetakan rantai pasok halal dengan metode SCOR pada level 1, level 2 dan level 3. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan lalu dihitung setiap indikator dengan pendekatan Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan menghitung normalisasi dengan rumus snorm de boer. Sehingga nilai akhir kinerja rantai pasok didapat sebesar 63,54 yang menunjukan nilai tersebut termasuk kategori rata-rata. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu perusahaan mengetahui indikator kinerja mana yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan dan yang perlu untuk dipertahankan sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok.

Abstract

Abstract. CV. Idola Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the garment industry that produces several types of bags. This study focuses on one type of product, namely the tote bag product because this product has the highest demand and the highest percentage of product completion delays compared to other bag products. In the tote bag production process, there are several wastes that exist on the production line, such as waiting and accumulation of inventory in the form of work in process (WIP) found at all work stations. One approach that can reduce waste is Lean Manufacturing. The first step in this research is the identification of waste using Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Questionnaire 7 Waste, Weighting Waste. Based on the results of the weighting of waste from the results of the 7 waste questionnaire, 2 dominant wastes are obtained, namely waiting and inventory. Then identified each process flow using Process Activity Mapping (PAM) and found delay which became the highest non value added. The current scheduling simulation for making totebags can take up to 12 working days. The causes of problems that exist in the dominant waste that has the highest score value will be made recommendations for improvement. There are 2 recommendations for improvement, namely dividing batches and dividing job operators at each work station. The improvement recommendations that have been made can reduce the lead time by 8127.84 minutes. Abstrak. CV. Idola Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri garmen yang memproduksi beberapa jenis tas. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada salah satu jenis produk, yaitu produk totebag karena produk ini memiliki demand tertinggi dan persentase keterlambatan penyelesaian produk paling besar dibandingkan dengan produk tas lainnya. Pada proses produksi totebag terdapat beberapa waste yang ada pada lini produksi, seperti adanya waiting dan adanya penumpukan inventory berupa work in process (WIP) yang ditemui pada seluruh stasiun kerja. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat mengurangi waste adalah Lean Manufacturing. Langkah awal yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi waste menggunakan Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kuesioner 7 Waste, Pembobotan Waste. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan waste dari hasil kuesioner 7 waste, didapat 2 waste dominan yaitu waiting dan inventory. Kemudian dilakukan identifikasi setiap aliran proses menggunakan Process Activity Mapping (PAM) dan ditemukan delay yang menjadi non value added tertinggi. Simulasi penjadwalan untuk saat ini dalam membuat totebag dapat mencapai 12 hari pengerjaan. Penyebab masalah yang ada pada waste dominan yang memiliki nilai score tertinggi akan dibuat rekomendasi perbaikan. Terdapat 2 rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu melakukan pembagian batch dan melakukan pembagian job operator pada setiap stasiun kerja. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang telah dibuat dapat mereduksi lead time sebesar 8127,84 menit.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Master Metal Precision is a manufacturing company that produces various components of machines, dies and jigs. The performance measurement used by the company currently only pays attention to the financial aspect. If the turnover obtained exceeds the target, the company's performance is considered good. As a result, the company's leadership has no basis for making strategic decisions other than the financial basis. Therefore, companies need a better way of measuring performance so that they can show performance from various points of view. This research was conducted to design a performance measurement that not only considers financial aspects but also considers other influential aspects, especially those related to stakeholders. The integrated performance measurement method, namely the integrated performance measurement system (IPMS) was chosen as the reference performance measurement method. This method measures performance by considering the needs of all stakeholders, namely leaders, consumers, employees, and suppliers. There are 19 Key Performance Indicators that have been successfully identified based on the needs of all company stakeholders. Based on these Key Performance Indicators and using the objectives matrix (OMAX) it can be seen that the current total performance of the Company is 3.48 (a rating scale of 10). This shows that the company's performance on all KPIs has not yet met the target. The measurement results on 19 KPIs show that 7 KPIs have reached the target (green category), 11 KPIs have not met the target (yellow category), and 1 KPI is still far from the target (red category). Therefore the company must improve and evaluate the existing KPIs of the company as a whole, especially on the results of indicators that are still in the yellow and red categories. This research also produces forms that companies can use to measure performance. Abstrak. PT. Master Logam Presisi merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai komponen mesin, dies, dan jig. Pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan perusahaan saat ini hanya memperhatikan aspek keuangan. Apabila omset yang diperoleh melebihi target maka kinerja perusahaan dinilai baik. Akibatnya pimpinan perusahaan tidak memiliki dasar untuk mengambil keputusan strategis selain dasar keuangan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan cara pengukuran kinerja yang lebih baik sehingga dapat menunjukkan kinerja dari berbagai sudut pandang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang pengukuran kinerja yang tidak hanya mempertimbangkan aspek keuangan tetapi juga mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek lain yang berpengaruh terutama berkaitan dengan stakeholder. Metode pengukuran kinerja yang terintegrasi yaitu integrated performance measurement sistem (IPMS) dipilih sebagai metode pengukuran kinerja acuan. Metode ini mengukur kinerja dengan mempetimbangkan kebutuhan seluruh stakeholder yaitu pimpinan, konsumen, karyawan, dan pemasok. Terdapat 19 Key Performance Indicator yang berhasil diindentifikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan semua stakeholder perusahaan. Berdasarkan pada Key Performance Indicator tersebut dan menggunakan objectives matrix (OMAX) dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja total Perusahaan saat ini adalah sebesar 3,48 (skala penilaian 10). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan pada seluruh KPI masih belum memenuhi target. Hasil pengukuran pada 19 KPI diketahui ada 7 KPI yang sudah mencapai target (kategori hijau), 11 KPI belum memenuhi target (kategori kuning), dan 1 KPI masih jauh dari target (kategori merah). Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus melakukan peningkatan dan evaluasi kepada KPI yang ada perusahaan secara keluruhan, terutama pada hasil indikator yang masih termasuk kategori kuning dan merah. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan formulir yang dapat perusahaan gunakan untuk mengukur kinerja.

Abstract

Abstract. PT.Remaja Rosdakarya is a company engaged in graphics. The production process begins with the pre-print, print, and post-print processes. The post-printing process often results in defective products that are detrimental to the company from a material and financial perspective. The product defect is caused by damage to engine components. In the post-print division there are several machines, namely letter, vbf, panda. Panda machine has the highest downtime compared to other machines, which is 592.46 hours for 3 years. In the current condition, the company is still implementing a corrective maintenance strategy where the machine will be repaired when there is damage. This causes high machine downtime, downtime will disrupt the running of the production line because the machine must stop when repairs are carried out. High downtime will reduce machine reliability and increase maintenance costs. Based on these problems, it is necessary to implement preventive maintenance with the reliability centered maintenance method ii in order to obtain the expected machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Based on the results of data processing, there are 3 critical components on the panda machine, namely bushing glue roller, carbon vane rietschle, and shaft gear glue pot. Based on the expected reliability value of 90%, the bushing component must be maintained for 465 hours or 59 days. Carbon components 633 hours or 80 days, shaft components 320 hours or 40 days. A maintenance scheme is made based on maintenance intervals to find the smallest maintenance costs. The selected scheme is scheme 5 with the lowest total cost of Rp. 126.083570, - with a component reliability value of 90% for bushings and carbon, and 86.16% for shaft gear components. Abstrak. PT.Remaja Rosdakarya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang grafika. Proses produksi diawali dengan proses pra cetak, cetak, dan pasca cetak. Pada proses pasca cetak seringkali menghasilkan produk cacat yang merugikan perusahaan dari sisi material dan finansial. Produk defect tersebut disebabkan karena kerusakan komponen mesin. Pada divisi pasca cetak terdapat beberapa mesin yaitu hurauf, vbf, panda. Mesin Panda memiliki downtime yang paling tinggi dari mesin lainnya yaitu sebesar 592,46 jam selama 3 tahun. Pada kondisi saat ini perusahaan masih menerapkan strategi perawatan korektif dimana mesin akan diperbaiki ketika ada kerusakan. Hal ini yang menyebabkan downtime mesin tinggi, downtime akan mengganggu jalannya lini produksi karena mesin harus berhenti ketika dilakukan perbaikan. Tingginya downtime akan menurunkan kehandalan mesin dan meningkatkan biaya pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka harus dilakukan penerapan preventive maintenance dengan metode reliability centered maintenance ii guna mendapatkan kehandalan mesin yang diharapkan dan mengurangi biaya perawatan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat 3 komponen kritis pada mesin panda yaitu bushing glue roller, carbon vane rietschle,dan shaft gear glue pot. Berdasarkan nilai keandalan yang diharapkan perushaaan sebesar 90%, maka komponen bushing harus dilakukan perawatan selama 465 jam sekali atau 59 hari. Komponen carbon 633 jam sekali atau 80 hari, komponen shaft 320 jam sekali atau 40 hari. Dibuat skema pemeliharaan berdasarkan interval pemeliharaan untuk mencari biaya perawatan terkecil. Skema terpilih adalah skema 5 dengan total cost terendah sebesar Rp.126.083.570,- dengan nilai keandalan komponen 90% untuk bushing dan carbon, serta 86,16% untuk komponen shaft gear.
