Since March 2016 Jurnal Kebidanan dan Keperawatan Aisyiyah publish by Universitas Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. Jurnal Kebidanan dan Keperawatan Aisyiyah published 2 times a year in June and December. Contains writings raised from research results in the field of midwifery and nursing. This journal has been ACCREDITED by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) Managed by Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia with Second Grade (Peringkat 3, Sinta 3) since year 2016 to 2020 according to the decree No. 21/E/KPT/2018. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to peer reviewers and will go to the next selection by Blind Review Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. For each manuscript, peer reviewers will rate the substantial and technical aspects, peer reviewers who collaborate with Jurnal Kebidanan dan Keperawatan Aisyiyah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan frekuensi antenatal care dengan Program Persiapan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K). Jenis penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimen. Populasi adalah ibu hamil trimester III di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Pengambilan sampel dengan cluster random sampling sejumlah 71. Analisa data dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian p value = 0,00 (OR: 8,40), berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara frekuensi ANC dengan persiapan persalinan. Ibu hamil yang tidak rutin melakukan ANC berisiko 8,40 kali kurang dalam mempersiapkan persalinannya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Body Mass Index (BMI) dan gender terhadap kualitas kompresi dada. Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan teknik sampling accidental sampling. Responden penelitian adalah perawat RSUD X di ruang IGD, ICU/ICCU, Dahlia 1, Dahlia 2 sejumlah 70 responden. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi kualitas kompresi dada, BMI, dan gender. Hasil analisis statistik ada pengaruh BMI terhadap kualitas kompresi dada p value 0,000 dan ada pengaruh gender terhadap kualitas kompresi p value 0,007 dan uji regresi logistik faktor BMI berpengaruh paling banyak terhadap kualitas kompresi OR 22,49.

TENS salah satu terapi non farmakologi dalam penanganan nyeri.TENS dilengkapi dengan elektroda yang diletakkan pada punggung ibu untuk menyalurkan arus listrik yang merangsang saraf pada daerah yang mengalami nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui kemampuan TENS dalam mengontrol dan menurunkan nyeri persalinan kala 1. Metode penelitian pilot studi kepada 5 orang ibu bersalin kala I. Hasil didapatkan TENS yang dirancang menghasilkan frekuensi sebesar 108 Hz dan tegangan sebesar 82 Volt dan data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan uji T dependen. TENS tidak efektif terhadap nyeri persalinan kala 1 dengan ρ-value 0,374. Perlu uji alat kembali sehingga dapat membantu memanajemen nyeri persalinan.

This study aims to identify adverse selection on independent participants non PBI of National Health Insurance (JKN) in RS Rajawali Citra Bantul, Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive with cross-sectional design.The results of the study show that in April 2014 the patients were hospitalized in the hospital Rajawali Citra has a of 100% month on the card printed with the date SEP BPJS is for 0-3 months. After BPJS applying for 7 days waiting period, it was found that in December 2014 to 9 peoples who have monthly difference of 0-3 months. In August 2015, after BPJS applying 14-days waiting period for patients who have a difference a month for 0-3 months between the date of the card printed with the date SEP BPJS it dropped to 3 people. This shows there is an indication of adverse selection on independent participants non PBI National Health Insurance (JKN) in RS Rajawali Citra Bantul. In addition, the application waiting period conducted by Health BPJS can suppress the occurrence of adverse selection on independent participants non PBI.Keywords: adverse selection, independent participants non PBI

Hipertensi Effect of Therapy Classic Music Mozart and Murotal Ar Rahman on Decreasing Systolic Blood Pressure in Women Hypertension Ikit Netra Wirakhmi; Iwan Purnawan; Tin Utami

The prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia still high. Safe and effective non-pharmacological therapy needed, namely Mozart music and Ar Rahman murotal. The research design was a Quasi Experimental with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design approach. The sample consisted of 40. Data were analyzed using t test and unpaired t test. The results : there was a decrease systolic blood pressure before and after treatment and a significant difference in the mean reduction systolic blood pressure between the murotal group and mozart group. Conclusion : listening murotal Ar Rahman more effective to reducing systolic blood pressure hypertensive women than Mozart's music.

The existence of an instrument to measure mothers’ perception on exclusive breastfeeding and infant feeding nutrition is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the validity and reliability of Iowa Infant Feeding Attitude Scale (IIFAS) in Indonesia community. This study is an pilot study for the next research. The result shows that the feeding attitude scale has validity with Cronbach alpha was 0.87. Item number 17 was deleted. These results indicate that the instrument has validity and reliability to implement among breastfeeding mothers in Indonesia in order to determine their perception on breastfeeding.

Kasus COVID-19 semakin bertambah. Muhammadiyah memberikan edukasi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian melihat dukungan kelompok meliputi ekonomi, kesehatan, mental, dan sosial dalam menghadapi pandemi covid 19 di kelompok Ranting ‘Aisyiyah. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi. Jumlah 13 informan dengan Focus Group Discucssion. Hasil penelitian memberikan dukungan pada lansia selama pandemic covid 19 dengan memberikan paket sembako, saling mendukung satu sama lain, tidak memberikan stigma yang buruk pada masyarakat yang sedang melakukan isolasi mandiri. Meningkatkan peran kelompok dukungan social untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia selama pandemic covid 19 menjadi rekomendasi dari penelitian ini.

Abstract: The research was aimed to explain the implementation ofKMC on LBW input. The research was qualitative descriptive phenomenologystudy was conducted at Hospital Sawerigading Palopo with4 main informant midwife / nurse who has done KMC. Collecting datausing the technique of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation.Analysis of the data with models Miles and Huberman. The resultsof this study showed that there is a policy, but still lacking socializationrelated to the implementation of KMC mothers and families with babiesof low birth weight, lack of human resources training and infrastructuredo not meet the standards. Conclusion: The availability of input componentsKMC implementation is notmaximized.

Perawat yang mengalami kelelahan kerja mengakibatkan penuruanab kinerja, produktivitas kerja dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan ke pasein. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa GEFT terhadap kelelahan kerja perawat. Quasi-experimental design with control group sebagai desain penelitian ini. Sebanyak 30 orang perawat digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelompok intervensi nilai p = 0,000 sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dengan nilai p = 0,615. Perbandingan kelompok intervensi dan kontrol didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti ada perbedaan. Pihak RS agar dapat mengatasi kelelahan kerja dengan melalukan terapi GEFT.

Diabetic foot ulcers is a chronic complications, which has many long term, can result amputation. Wound care is the one of nursinginterventions effective; principles in wound care are giving a moist and warm environment in order to improve wound healing process.Hydrocolloid turmeric is one of wound treatment moisture balance and can be used as an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. This study aimed to analyze the effect of hydrocolloid turmeric against diabetic ulcer healing process. This research was conducted by case study on 7 respondents, wound care with hydrocolloid tumeric at 21 days. At 7 patient with diabetic foot ulcers were intervention wound care with hydrocolloid tumeric at 21 days, showed score decrease in degree of wound healing, based Betes Jensen Scale.
