This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy on burnout in implementing nurses. The design of this study uses quasi-experimental design with control group. The sample in the study were 38 nurses, divided into 2 groups, each group consisting of 19 people selected through purposive sampling. This study used the Wilxocon Signed Rank Test to determine the differences in one pre-post group and the Mann Whitney Test to analyze changes after two different post-post groups. The results showed the value of p value in the treatment group = 0,000 which means that there was an effect of therapy (EFT) on burnout in the implementing nurses, whereas in the control group there was no difference with the p value = 0.925, the p value was influenced by EFT therapy (Emotional Freedom Technique ) towards burnout of nurse nurses before and after in groups of 0,000. It is expected that the Hospital can overcome burnout by passing EFT therapy.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of emotional freedom technique (eft) to the level of CKD patient’s dismay. Method: quasi experiment pre and post with control Group design i.e. the research design is divided into 2 groups One group as an intervention group and the other group as a control group. Result: there is a different level of dismay of CKD patient Before and after being given an emotional freedom technique (eft) to intervention and control group, where in the group shows that the p value is 0,000 while on control group the p value is 1,000. Based on physiologies technique this therapy knock the meridian body spots that stimulate relaxation effect from inside the body naturally, therefore when the body is relax the mind is more calm, indirectly contribute in decreasing the worry level of the patient because of uncontrolled excessive feeling. Conclusion: EFT is consider as an effective therapy, easy and fast in handling the physiological aspect especially dismay in CKD patient.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of GEFT towards mood disorders nurse students in thesis compilation. This research is quantitative with a quasi experiment research design pre and post with control group design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 respondents divided into 2 groups the treatment group and the control group. Data were collected using The Brunel Mood Scale (BRUMS) questionnaire. Data analysis uses the Wilxocon Signed Rank Test and the Mann Whitney Test. The results showed the value of p value in the treatment group = 0.003 which means that there was an influence of GEFT on mood disorders of nursing students in preparing their thesis, whereas in the control group there was no difference with the value of p value = 0.317. Changes in students mood disorders after being given GEFT due to a combination of spiritual spells with techniques that support the effectiveness of GEFT.

Abstract

The provision of effective and efficient personal protective equipment (PPE) is very important for health workers who are vulnerable to contracting in treating COVID-19 patients. Drill method is a method of learning by providing repeated skill training. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of drill method through handover in improving the ability of nurses to use PPE. Types of Pre-Experimental Research with a pre-post test design approach of one group. The number of sample was 13 respondents, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection instrument used observation sheet. Data was analysed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that the average pre-test ability of nurses was mostly 75.95, namely 6 people (45.2%) fall into the category of sufficient, while the average ability of post test was mostly 93.62 which is as many as 13 people (100%) fall into the good category. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test analysis results obtained asymp. 0.001, meaning there is an influence of drill method through handover in improving the ability of nurses to use PPE. Drill methods can improve the ability of nurses, especially in using PPE through continuous training in accordance with the stages in the SPO.

Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of EFT therapy on fatigue in CKD patients. Methods: This type of research is a quasi experimental design with a control group pre-post-test Sample divided into twogroups, consisted of 19 people, selected through purposive sampling. Results: The results showed that the p-value in the treatment group = 0,000 means that there is an effect of therapy EFT on health in CKD patients, whereas, in the control group, there is no difference with the p-value = 1,000. Discussion: The change in CKD patients' fatigue level after EFT therapy is due to a combination of techniques that support the effectiveness of EFT therapy. Conclusion: With this study, it is expected that hospitals can carry out EFT therapy to reduce fatigue in CKD patients to help cure patients.

The technique used in sampling is the total sampling technique with the number of samples as much as 60 respondents. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires. Data analysis is carried out using the Rank Spearman test. The results obtained by most nurses have a high self efficacy that is as much as 29 people (48.3%) and burnout as much as 51 people (85.0%). The P-value result of 0.000 (P < 0.05) with a direction of negative correlation is the higher the level of self efficacy nurse then the lower the level of burnout nurses in RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Belief is one’s ability to use knowledge and skills effectively can reduce burnout. Further research is expected to conduct research with a greater population level in order to be representative and can be generalized

Abstract

Reminiscence therapy is a type of cognitive therapy, which uses memory to maintain mental health and improve the quality of life of the elderly. Nurses are expected to be able to provide reminiscence therapy according to Standard Operating Procedures. The drilling method is a learning method to form a habit so that it can increase the ability of nurses to provide reminiscence therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. This type of pre-experimental research, using a One-group pre-post test design. The number of samples is 10 people with purposive sampling. Data collection using the observation sheet. The results showed that the average pre-test nurse's ability was 70.769, including in the sufficient category, increasing to 95.899 when the post-test was in a good category. The results of the Paired t-test statistical test showed that the value of p = 0.000 <0.05 and count = 7.503> t table df 9 = 2.262. This shows that there is an effect of the drill method through pre and post-conference on the ability of nurses to apply reminiscence therapy. The drilling method can improve nurses' ability to apply SOP, especially reminiscence therapy through regular exercises with frequent frequency and sequentially according to the steps in SOP.
