Applications for marriage dispensation that went to the Supreme Court reached 64.196, which is a far cry from the previous year of 2019. This study aims to analyze what factors increase adolescent resilience by using four factors, namely environmental, educational, socioeconomic, and social media with six independent variables. This study also used secondary data sourced from susenas KOR 2020 conducted by the Central Statistics Agency with survival analysis of the Accelerated Failure Time (AFT) method. The results of the analysis in this study found that all resilience factors, namely environmental factors, educational factors, socioeconomic factors, and social media factors, can increase the resilience of adolescents 10-19 years from early marriage in Indonesia in 2020. The government and the entire community must be more assertive in preventing early marriage in this case the government can emphasize that in all parts of Indonesia, marriages should not occur before the age of 19.

Official travel is a trip made by an employee of an agency related to official work assignments. During an official trip, it is necessary to make an assignment order and an official travel letter which aims to be an introduction when an employee carries out official travel activities within or outside the city. Currently, there are still some obstacles in the preparation and storage of data related to official travel letters at the Sragen BPS Regency, such as the length of time it takes to make letters, there is no recording and storage of data related to letters and report files, and there is no recapitulation of official travel expenses. This causes the preparation of accountability reports related to official travel to be constrained. Based on these problems, an information system that is integrated with the database is created. So that the creation, recording, and storage of data related to official travel letters is well organized. Based on the results of the Software Requirements Specification (SRS), a system is created that can create and record related letter data and there is a total cost recap. The system has been created and tested using the black box testing method, showing that all the functions on the system are running well. The average time needed to make a letter of assignment is 50.24 out of 10 trials. The score of the SUS test results obtained is 83.5 which indicates the system can function properly.

Common problems found in the STIS Statistics Polytechnic canteen include long queue waiting times, limited food stock availability, and the need for accurate sales recapitulation. The direction for digitizing MSMEs by the government provides an opportunity for the STIS Statistics Polytechnic to change the canteen system to be digitized. The system built allows shoppers to find out information on menu availability and place an order for a meal menu before arriving at the canteen. Buyers can also provide ratings and suggestions as or evaluation. From the seller's point of view, they also benefit from automatic recapitulation and sales statistics. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall approach. The results of the Black Box test show that all functions are expected to run well. The score of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test result is 74.64 which indicates that the E-Canteen information system is well received. The results of the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) test also showed good results.

SIPADU-STIS is an information system used at the Politeknik Statistika STIS to support the implementation of academic activities on campus. SIPADU-STIS was developed in 2010 and has been used as the main information system at Politeknik Statistika STIS up to now. However, there is no specific research has been conducted on the factors that influence the success of the SIPADU-STIS. The information system that has been implemented needs to be studied for its success and the factors that influence it. The criteria in this study refers to the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model that has been modified. The aim is to determine the variables that influence the success of SIPADU. The focus of this research is SIPADU-STIS Web Portal for Students. The variables studied include system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The result is that all predictor variables have a significant positive effect and provide validation to the model. There are some recommendations based on the analysis that would be a concern for the on-going SIPADU development.

The policy of restricting public activities, which was implemented during the pandemic, had negative effects related to the emotions and mental health of people at various levels. Emotional stability is a proxy indicator in measuring mental health. The pandemic has resulted in various psychological responses, one of which is an emotional response. So it is important to know what emotions are the most dominating in society. Therefore, this research was conducted to inform the community's basic emotions on Twitter social media with the Ekman emotion model, and to implement it with a deep learning algorithm, namely Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) with word embedding FastText. This study succeeded in finding the most dominant basic emotion of society is the category of happy emotions. And based on the model that has been built LSTM-FastText, it produces an accuracy of 99.24% and a loss of 0.0264. This illustrates that very small errors occur in classifying train data. And this model has been well used in analyzing the basic emotions of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic on Twitter social media

BPS Malang City organizes street vendors activities with a limit of 16 participants per day. The system of registration, attendance, and recording of street vendors' daily activity reports is still done conventionally. This causes the registration process to be inefficient. In addition, there are errors in the calculation of attendance and the daily activity reports are not well documented. So that street vendors' activities can run effectively and efficiently in line with current technological developments, researchers plan to build a web-based street vendor information system that provides registration information, attendance and daily activity reports. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model, using the Codeigniter 4 framework. The black-box test results show that all system features can run as expected. The final score of usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) is 74,791. This indicates that the PKL information system built at BPS Malang is included in the Acceptable category and can be well received by users.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has had a real impact in the social and economic fields. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which partly collects data has a new data collection strategy. Phenomena of short duration often cannot be captured by surveys conducted over time. Such a phenomenon can only be monitored through incentive data collection at a faster frequency. This study aims to build and test the use of the CELCIUS application in seeing the daily data movements of several respondents. This study uses the self-enumeration method, which has advantages from an economic point of view because it can save survey costs. There are 30 respondents who participated in this survey, which are classified into five groups of business fields. The results of this study indicate that business fields driven by demand from outside the region tend to grow faster than those that only rely on domestic demand. On the other hand, the respondent's perception of price increases is relatively higher than the real price inflation.

The success of a country's development is not only measured by its level of economic growth. UNDP in 1990 explained the importance of human-focused development by introducing a concept known as the Human Development Index (HDI). Based on previous research, the factors that influence the HDI are GRDP per capita (GRDP), the realization of government spending in the health sector (EXPH), and the prevalence of early marriage (KAWN). This study uses spatial regression analysis to analyze the factors that influence the HDI in Indonesia in order to accommodate the spatial effects of the data. The unit of analysis used in this study are 34 provinces in Indonesia. By using the SEM model, it is found that the GRDP and KAWN variables have a significant effect on HDI. The GRDP variable has a positive relationship while the KAWN variable has a negative relationship to HDI. Meanwhile, the EXPH variable has no significant effect on HDI in Indonesia. The SEM model is the best model because it has a smaller AIC value than the OLS model.

Indonesia is one of the countries prone to natural disasters, such as soil movements and earthquakes. The people of Indonesia have felt various kinds of impacts caused by the disaster, both in the form of losing their jobs, their homes, and even their beloved family members. However, this impact can certainly be minimized with good disaster management. Therefore, the author focuses on the clustering of earthquake-prone areas in Indonesia using Density-based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN), Common Nearest Neighbor Clustering (CNN), and K-Medoids. The results of the clustering show that the soil movement-prone cluster formed from the DBSCAN algorithm is centered on the islands of Java and Bali, as well as along the western part of North Sumatra to Lampung, while the earthquake-prone areas formed from the K-Medoids algorithm are spread over the area traversed by the Pacific Ring of Fire.

The limited sample in survey activities is an obstacle to providing data in smaller domains and areas. Small Area Estimation (SAE) can be solve this problem. However, this indirect estimation technique requires the assumption of a linear relationship between the mean of a small area and the accompanying variables. This problem can be solved by using a nonparametric approach, one of the nonparametric approaches that can be used is the Nadaraya-Watson Kernel base. To facilitate the implementation, the researcher built a Package R for Small Area Estimation of a nonparametric approach based on the Nadaraya-Watson Kernel with the package name "saekernel". The results show that the "saekernel" package that has been built is suitable and feasible to use. The package that has been built is also applied to the BPS survey, which is to estimate per capita expenditure at the sub-district level in the D.I Yogyakarta Province based on data National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) from the March 2019.
