<![CDATA[COVID 19 telah memberikan dampak besar pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk pendidikan. Pembelajaran formal yang awalnya tatap muka harus dilakukan secara daring saat pandemi. Perubahan ini menuntut guru sekolah dasar untuk lebih kreatif dalam mengajar. Perubahan metode pembelajaran terjadi secara tiba-tiba sehingga memungkinkan adanya tekanan kerja pada guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru SD Islam Terpadu yang mempunyai nilai-nilai organisasi diwarnai dengan nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Penelitian ini menggambarkan pengalaman stres yang dialami guru SD Islam Terpadu saat melakukan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan bagaimana mereka mengatasi stres yang dialaminya dengan berbagai strategi koping. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap guru. Temuan tersebut menyoroti empat tema utama yaitu stressor, gejala stres, strategi koping yang mencakup problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, dan religius coping, serta tema utama keempat adalah dukungan sekolah.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the democratic traditions born from the local cultural heritage of the Manggarai people is the lonto leok tradition. Literally, lonto leok means sitting in a circle to discuss or resolve a problem by prioritizing consensus. The lonto leok activity is carried out by the community wrapped in a series of traditional rituals and traditional expressions of the Manggarai people. Until now, lonto leok is still one of the most effective strategies in community political activities, especially in the 2022 Kombo village head election, which is being contested by three village head candidates. This research aims to see how the democratic process is based on local Lonto Leok culture and what factors influence voter behavior in the election of Kombo village head. The theory used in this research is local democracy and New institutionalism. In this research, qualitative research methods were used and the type of research was case study. This research shows the results that these three candidates use lonto leok as a forum to socialize themselves to the public and at the same time show that lonto leok is a manifestation of democracy which prioritizes the value of deliberation and consensus.The frenzy in the election of the Kombo Village Head cannot be separated from the role of local (political) actors and the existence of the lonto leok tradition as a cultural tool that connects various actors with various interests in them so as to produce joint decisions and decisions.In this research, the three village head candidates used lonto leok media as a means of socializing themselves in order to attract the sympathy of the village community in gaining votes in the Kombo village head election.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, memaparkan dan menganalisis akar masalah, evaluasi dan rekomendasi Komisi IV DPR terhadap kebijakan tata kelola pupuk bersubsidi serta dampak pemberian pupuk bersubsidi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tipe penelitiannya eksploirasi (exploratory research) yang tujuannya tidak jauh berbeda dengan semua kegiatan ilmiah lainnya, yaitu menjelajah (to explorate), menggambarkan (to description), dan menjelaskan (to explain). Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan kepada pemerintah untuk segera melakukan perbaikan manajemen tata kelola pupuk bersubsidi dengan merevisi Permendag No. 15 Tahun 2013, peningkatan anggaran, update sistem dan valididasi data e-RDKK, penyederhanaan mekanisme penebusan pupuk bersubsidi, transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam penunjukan distribustor, agen/pengecer resmi pupuk bersubsidi, penguatan sistem pengawasan dengan menambah anggaran untuk pengawasan serta perlibatan BUMDes dan koperasi dalam rantai distribusi/penyaluran pupuk bersubsidi. Selain itu, pemerintah juga harus mampu menciptakan alternatif kebijakan terhadap kelangkaan pupuk bersubsidi melalui 2 (dua) model yakni meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan pupuk dengan pemupukan berimbang dan pemanfaatan pupuk organik dan pupuk hayati.]]>

<![CDATA[Jembatan Besi commercial area is known as the densest settlement area located in West Jakarta. The dynamics of this area can be seen in how each actor can be related and mutually influential in the activities of finding a source of livelihood. The existence of ethnic diversity in this area is one of the interesting things to research. Of course, the connection between actors and the influence of ethnic diversity can form a pattern that can be mapped. Spatial patterns and spontaneous responses of actors in making dispositions when facing spatial conflicts and the character of multi-ethnic commercial areas raise questions related to the habitus formed by each actor in a social network in an effort to defend themselves. The aim of this research is to reveal the dynamics of actor networks in the Jembatan Besi multiethnic commercial area. This qualitative research uses a case studies approach. The results of the analysis show that there is a connection between ethnicity and the spontaneous responses of the actors to defend themselves so they can form networks that strengthen and influence each other.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop Cibinong Botanical Garden as a tourist destination using the 5A components (Attractions, Activities, Accommodation, Accessibility, Amenity) with a focus on resilience strategies in the face of change. The research approach is qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and document analysis. This research identifies the potential and constraints faced in the current development of Cibinong Botanical Garden. Data analysis was conducted using Nvivo 12 pro software to identify key themes and patterns. The results showed that Cibinong Botanical Garden is facing quite heavy challenges, especially in the 5A component which is still far from perfect, such as limited transportation access, lack of attractions and lack of supporting facilities at Cibinong Botanical Garden due to limited funds due to low visits. Through qualitative descriptive analysis, that improving amenity, developing nature-based attractions and supporting services will be key strategies in strengthening the resilience and attractiveness of Cibinong Botanical Garden as a nature tourism destination. The implementation of this development plan is expected to increase tourist visits and support Cibinong Botanical Garden as a superior tourist destination in Bogor Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management strategy of Gunung Panjang Tumaritis hot spring tourist destination in Bogor in an effort to increase the number of tourist visits. A tourist destination is an area that has the potential to be developed as a destination for tourism visits. Tourist destinations can be natural, cultural and artificial. In this research, Gunung Panjang Tumaritis hot spring is one of the artificial tourist destinations in Bogor Regency. Gunung Panjang Tumaritis hot spring is one of the tourist destinations that has great potential to be developed, but still faces several challenges related to its management. This research uses qualitative decriptive data analysis techniques and uses quailtative data analysis tools in the form of Nvivo 12 software. Despite having implemented management strategies, the results of this study show that the management of this destination still needs effective improvement and has not shown a significant increase in visits.This research is expected to provide input for destination managers in an effort to develop and manage Gunung Panjang Tumaritis hot springs more optimally, so as to attract more tourist visits.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementasi rekam medis elektronik membawa dampak positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan di berbagai rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan. Dalam implementasinya rekam medis elektronik lebih efektif dibandingkan rekam medis konvensional. Dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang memberikan kuisoner pada 100 responden pasien rawat jalan. Penelitian menujukan persentase dari implementasi rekam medis elektronik berkontribusi sebesar (42,9%) terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan dan sebanyak (57,1%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang penulis tidak teliti. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa implementasi rekam medis elektronik memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan, namun besar presentase tidak terlalu signifikan karena rekam medis elektronik hanyalah salah satu faktor dari penilaian kualitas pelayanan.]]>

<![CDATA[Assessment of financial performance can generally be done using several financial analysis tools, but the problem that occurs is that there is no optimal ratio for shareholders to maximize their wealth. Aim of this research is to measure and assess the financial performance of mining companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period using the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) methods. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data in the form of IHSG financial reports, BI interest rates, and share prices of mining companies in the metal and mineral sub-sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2022 period. Results of this research known that each company (ANTM, CITA, IFSH, and TINS) fluctuates in 2020-2022, each company has a positive EVA value. Meanwhile, the market value of shares or MVA in metal and mineral companies (ANTM, CITA. IFSH, and TINS) each company provides substantial wealth for shareholders. This is shown by the positive MVA value during the research period in 2020-2022 respectively.]]>
