Abstract

Mangrove ecotourism is one of the mangrove forest tourism managed by various stakeholders as an effort to save coastal ecosystems in Semarang City. It is known that 90% of mangrove forests on the north coast of Java, including Semarang have been damaged, while mangrove forest ecosystems have an important role for the sustainability of coastal areas. To realize the goals of ecotourism, the role and involvement of the community is needed. For this reason, the participation and understanding of local communities in participating in managing mangrove ecotourism is very important to know. This study aims to determine the management system and local community participation and the factors that encourage it. This research method is qualitative and data collection is done through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of the study show that coordination between managers is less than optimal, and community participation is good but not distribute well

Abstract

Employee loyalty is an employee's feeling of loyalty or knowledge of their company which can be seen from their work discipline, responsibility and behavior while working at the company. Employees who have loyalty will display a positive attitude and follow the rules determined by the company. Many factors can influence employee loyalty such as leadership and job satisfaction. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. The research population was employees of private hospitals in Semarang Regency with a sample of 90 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this research was a simple random technique. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with instrument testing (validity and reliability) previously carried out. The research results show: Leadership has a positive effect on employee loyalty. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Loyalty. Leadership and Job Satisfaction together have a positive effect on Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan. Dalam penelitian dibatasi komponen wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan karena akan membawa kemajuan bagi pengelola. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan pengaruh Atraksi, Aksesibilitas, amenitas dan Aktivitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan dan menjelaskan bersam-sama variabel atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas dan aktivitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terdapat variabel dependen. Uji model, uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan didahului uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa atraksi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan, aksesibilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Amenitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan, Aktivitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandungan. Atraksi, Aksesibilitas, Amenitas, dan Aktivitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Bunga Celosia Bandunganusif.

Abstract

Fenomena ‘hijrah kekinian’ yang popular pada masyarakat muslim beberapa waktu lalu telah menarik perhatian berbagai disiplin keilmuan untuk membahasnya. Akan tetapi kajian mengenai ‘hijrah kekinian’ sebagai bentuk konversi beragama pada psikologi agama, masih sangat jarang dan belum penulis temukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yaitu pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, dan triangulasi. Sembilan orang muslimah dalam rentang usia 18-45 tahun berdomisili wilayah Jakarta Selatan dan Tangerang Selatan dikaji dan diteliti sebagai obyek penelitian. Temuan dalam studi ini ialah bahwa ‘hijrah kekinian’ sebagai proses konversi beragama pada subjek penelitian meliputi adanya perubahan arah pandangan dan keyakinan seseorang terhadap ajaran agama yang dianut, dan perubahan dalam keberagamaan ini terjadi tidak hanya karena faktor psikologis dan lingkungan sosial, tetapi juga karena petunjuk ilahi; dan konversi beragama ini menyebabkan perubahan penampilan sebagai simbol konversi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how forms of gender injustice are represented in the novel Rasina by Iksaka Banu and how the role of hegemonic power continues to perpetuate gender inequality in the position of indigenous women using feminist and postcolonial approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that indigenous women experience forms of gender injustice in the form of identity marginalization, physical, psychological, and sexual violence, and a double burden experienced physically and mentally. Gender inequality cannot be separated from the existence of a patriarchal system. The depiction of power in the novel Rasina by Iksaka, apart from the patriarchal system that works, colonialism plays a role in strengthening dual power. Power hegemony plays a role in perpetuating gender inequality in the position of indigenous women in the novel Rasina by Iksaka Banu, described in aspects of social class structure and the legal policy system. The author describes one of the reflections of resistance carried out by indigenous women figures through writing.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang semakin pesat, pertumbuhan industri kargo udara sangat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Akan tetapi, pada PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia justru mengalami penurunan volume kargo udara yang sangat tajam. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang membutuhkan suatu strategi baru agar PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia tetap dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor dan meningkatkan pengiriman ekspor kargo udara, juga meningkatkan serta mempertahankan para pelanggannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience dan Perceived Value terhadap Customer Retention melalui Customer Engagement. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 195 responden yang merupakan pelanggan B2C yang pernah menggunakan jasa ekspor kargo udara di PT. Shipco Transport Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan pendekatan dengan metode asosiatif. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan kecuali variabel Customer Experience tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap Customer Retention karena hasil uji nilai T-Statistics menunjukkan angka lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi. Oleh karena itu, customer experience membutuhkan faktor pendukung yang lain salah satunya yaitu customer engagement agar customer experience dapat meningkat, sehingga pada akhirnya pelanggan menjadi loyal dan terjadi peningkatan customer retention

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the business feasibility of closed house layer farmers. The business feasibility criteria used are: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Periods. The results of the analysis can be stated that the business of laying hens is feasible or recommended "GO" to be cultivated/developed on a larger scale. This refers to the results of the financial analysis obtained in this study, which has a level of ability to return investment costs (IRR) above the discount factor value, meaning that the closed house layer farming business that is cultivated by farmers is able to provide a large level of profit so that the time to return investment costs can be done in a relatively fast time, so that the remaining revenue from the laying hen farming business activities is entirely a profit for farmers.

Abstract

This research aims to make leker products that use pumpkin flour as the main ingredient, produced by drying and grinding pumpkin flesh. Leker products made through organoleptic tests have satisfactory production value and offer various flavors. This experimental research uses pumpkin flour to substitute wheat flour in leker products. The main objective of this research is to find the right recipe formula and determine how well customers accept it by administering an organoleptic test questionnaire to fifty respondents. Consumers are tested for taste, color, aroma, texture, appearance, and acceptability. The results of this research show that the recipe formula using pumpkin flour as a substitute for wheat flour in the leker dough gave quite good results. Additionally, the organoleptic test results, gathered from distributing questionnaires to 50 panelists randomly, showed average scores of 4 and 5. From this assessment, it can be concluded that the pumpkin flour leker product as a substitute for wheat flour can be accepted by consumers

Abstract

This research is motivated by circumstances where employee performance is not optimal. Not yet optimal organizational culture and motivation are the basis for not optimal performance of hotel and restaurant employees at Sindang Reret Cikole Lembang, West Bandung Regency. The influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at the hotel and restaurant Sindang Reret Cikole Lembang, West Bandung Regency is the aim of this research. Descriptive and verification research are used in this research. Desctiptive survey and explanatory survey are the methods in this determination. Saturated samples were used as the population in this study which were all 106 employees of the hotel and restaurant Sindang Reret Cikole Lembang, West Bandung Regency. Path analysis is used as a method of analysis in this study. The conclusion from this research is that organizational culture has a direct influence on employee performance by 1.18% and a direct influence of motivation on employee performance by 4.96%. Simultaneously, the influence of independent variables on employee performance is 27.2% and other factors influence the remaining 72%.

Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of butchery techniques in the butcher section, with a focus on the effectiveness of cutting methods in determining meat quality and its impact on operational efficiency and food safety. Correct cutting techniques play a key role in producing high-quality cuts, minimizing waste, and ensuring food safety. This study explores various cutting techniques for beef, poultry, and seafood, and their impact on meat taste, texture, and tenderness. In addition, the paper highlights the importance of using modern technology and ongoing training to improve meat cut quality and operational efficiency. The results show that the adoption of correct cutting techniques, appropriate tools, and strict sanitation practices can significantly improve the final meat yield and consumer satisfaction. The paper also provides recommendations for further research in the areas of cutting technology, staff training, and waste management to support the development of best practices in the butchery industry.
