Abstract

Previous research was built the effectiveness of knowledge transfer model from University to Small Industries. The model was validated by enterviews with expert from Trunojoyo University and the owner of Small Industry in Bangkalan. This research is validating the previous ones quantitatively by using questioner. Validated was done in Trunojoyo University and Small Industry in Bangkalan. This research used 22 processes transfered. Based on unit analisys there were two kind of respondents : (1) 22 lecturers as resource of transfer knowledge, (2) 4 small industries as receiver of transfer knowledge. Data was calculated using SEM based PLS. From the calculated the most factors that affect the effectiveness of knowledge transfer from University to Small Industries are direction of knowledge transfer, availability of receiver, form of knowledge, information system and personal relationship. There are relationship between endogenous variable as previous model. Only one relationship that not significant was relationship between environment characteristic and receiver characteristic.

In central small industry raket thre are many small industry racket, so competition raket product increase,so there are the price will be cheap and quality may be too lower. This competition cause qoitition in raket "X" is low. Antisipacition to win competition we will design good quality raket product fit with attribute racket customers, with methode Quality Function Deployment (QFD). From result of analysis can know that attribute obtaining especial priority to customer is among others chicken eye of strong plastic type and handle of racket is not breakable, besides technical respon which made account of by company is among others wrap handle of sponge cloth and of racket don't use extension T. Abstract

Oil and gas industry is a sector that has a vital strategic role on national development. East Java is one of the province in Java that has an enourmous potential on oil and gas and has not been optimally explored. Industrial cluster is an industrial development concept that comphrehensively organize the relationship and behaviour of stakeholder in industry so that they can co-operate to increase the competitiveness of the industry. The increasing of industrial competitiveness is supported by completeness and contribution of each industry in oil and gas industial cluster in each java by identifying the behaviour of stakeholder and system in this sector which is described in stakeholder model and value chain model. In this research, lubricant industrial cluster is used as an embryo for developing oil and gas industrial cluster. The complexity of the system in terms of system behaviour will be presented in a dynamic system model, which will make it possible to identify the influence between each variables. The Porter’s Diamond model is adapted to model the behaviour of the competitiveness. The result of this research showed that in increasing the industrial cluster competitiveness some variables are significantly influencing then the others.
