Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

Rate of business competitive and customer voices changing give a stress to an organization to produce a high product quality and also a good management. Award model of quality management is a system model of quality that's used to measure reaching and testing, A fit management model of quality to be usedt o businesse nvironmenti n Indonesia.T his researchw as done using steps, whose are deep analysis and sistematic on award totally quality management which is implemented in progressed country (Deming price, Malcolm Baldrige, and European Foundationf or Quality Management) D, eveloping of totally quality management model and measwing to conn€ction among the empirie model of data that have got by sample in a company and also give recommendation of implementing total quality management based on developed model. The result of this research is hoped to answer a question connecting with work planning of implementing total quality management of organization in Indonesia.

Abstract

This Final duty produce design model distribution system for the finished of problems of product distibution stream. Method which used in system model is method of Crossdocking. Crossdocking used as by method to schedule delivery of product. Ther€ is two step scheduling of delivery, first of scheduling of delivery of factory Sales Center and both scheduling of shipping ofsales Center - outlet. Crossdocking repr€sent distribution melhod as a mean to minimize of is expense of supply, Crossdocking applied by functioned Sales Centar as facility of Crossdock, where at its distribution process of product sent from factory to outlet pass Sales Center without passing inventory storage process. Scheduling of first phase cover amounl, time, target of delivery, and used vehicle. By the end of this system device done by calculation of safety stock as anticipation to avoid stock out to demand of final consumer. Of device model this Crossdockingc an be yielded decrease of inventoryl evel in Sales Center, and decrease of transportation cost from factory to Sales Center.

Abstract

The PT. ERATEX DJAJA. Tbk. Probolinggo, on the weaving department had often the matedal disturbance and retum flow of the moying material doe to the position of the department isn't suitable, so that needs arrangement the layout and production facilities that emcient and flexibility in the weaving deparhnent to avoid of the backtracking that can added the length of the moving distance ofmaterial, so that will drop down the productivity. Anangemenl and production facilities layout arrangem€nt using CRAFT algorithm method to know the activity of production process from part one to another part, include the moving distance of handling material frequency. Compare the suggestion layout with the fist layout, then can to determine the advantag€ layout by the base method. From the analysis we can know on the suggestion layout have long distance 10,82% conceming fist layout. Backtracking of the material haadling occur 6 time, therc are reducing 15,86% from the fist layout. The moving cost efficiency 2,05% occur fist layout.

The company exploit 2 source to firlfill requirement in every marketing location directly from warehouse as according to request. This matter is very require very big delivery expense. So that this research is raised to analyse better distribution column pattern with product delivery expense which minimum. In this analysis model transshipment used for planning of pattem of band of distribution with analysis of previous travelled distance so that a source eam the target personating conversely the target eam the source personating. Analyse this early from forecastingo f requestw ith methodo f linear trend and trend eksponensial. And then selected by plan of marketing for month March - Juny 2004 pursuant to result of smallest MAPE. Herein after the calculation analyse distribution use method of VAM for early solution and method of MODI for solution ofoptium constructively software QS. Total cost which must be released by company before conducted by analysis equal to Rp. 44.722.286a nd after conductedb y analysisw ith method transshipmenty ielding pattern of distribution of proposal and total cost of delivery equal to Rp. 36.2'14.082s, o that can be conducted by thrift equal to Rp. 8.508.204 or by prosentase equal to 19%.

Abstract

Controlling material stock becomes important problem that faced by the company because controlling it suppods production process continually. In applaying material is efforted in order getting cost of supplier more law as possible. PT. lndomaxine is one kind of company that produces tube involving two type are fre tube and water tube, in which the primary material is tube ard plat. In dealing rhe consumen needs, the company should give amount materials so that the production will be continually, and the consumer will satisfy. Having more suplies like that is caused by accepting fluctually needs, than causes less supplier optimumly and less in cost too. Based on fenomenon above, so in this research will mucstigate the methods that will be counted the number ofmaterial askhg. To determine the number of material needs decisionand to determine the cost of optimumly material, this research uses the Markov Chains method.

Abstract

The amount of hospital in a row with increasingly of the society level, 50 level hospital is demanded to diectly fix up and increase the servility system. The servility system very significant in competent to satisfy the patient. One of parameter to eveluate good or bad a servicing system is a patient wait time. This research take a sample at this emergency treatment Instalation RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. Where the patient that come have to be handled correctly and quickly, because the patient that enter to the Emergency Treatment lnstallation in IRD must wait too long time will cause physical defect even death. There for this research is intended to analyze patient servicing system, determine the sum the health power, and the sum of maximal patient that can be handled y emergency treatment Installation, so got the wait time that is fit with patient aspiration level.

Abstract

A quality of service in UPT. Centre Library Muhammadiyah University of Malang especially in user devision and human resources management division is one of most used division which is complaint by users and need to increase of quality to satisfy users. Value engineering is a method which solue this problem to increase the quality service with keeping the rule of customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis with implement value engineering can be found the initial value design about I and advised design about 1.045 in other hand the initial design performance give about 45,799 and advised design about 51,488. It means that there is an increasing 4.5 % of value and 12,421 % of performance.

Abstract

For this time, machine and tools are much wear in some factory to support human in produce something. And so machine and tools it self are an object which be able to damaged, then be needed to take care of those thing in a continue manner. In a logic manner could be arithmeticed that with continued machine treatment will more decrease the cost of factory every periode than the consequence cost of machine damage. Especially in order to get a good productivity, good quality and low cost level, so one of method to prevent this thing is using Markov Chain method. Base on result analyst, then known that the treatment of Root Washer machine are Korective Treatment Planning on weight status and Prohibition treatment on light in weight and average status. Then the treatment cost motion on Root Whasher machine have a cost judgment result Rp. 492.977,-

Abstract

Every company always tries to serve all customer's demand. This need a good planning and schedulling to keep flow production. PT Binarenata is one company which produce many kind of metal products. Currently, this company has problem in material handling of product and lack of another product. To solve this problem, this company made Master Produclion Schedule using disagregat method to duet he fluctuation demand. From analysis data can be found the number of worker with minimum cost in the next production planning is about 966 persons with cost about Rp. 49.431.714.000,00. Implementing this Master Production Schedule can reduce production cost about Rp. 5.829.363.807,00 or 76,3 %
