Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is a state hospital has done it is job and function, but in 3rd class of pavilion room, the number of patient decrease dramatically. It is concerned with quality of this hospital. To answer this problem, research was done using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Quality Function Deployment is a tool which design some needs include customers represented as a voice of customer and including some competitions and also groups some activities that usually called affinity graphic ang getting a benchmarking for it is competition. From the result analysis can be showed that main attribute for patience is a accuracy. And from House Of Quality can be found that getting a periodic meeting to evaluate this hospital and also increase a service can be made 20 concept

Abstract

In trade competition for this time, then each factories must be try to completing consumer demand on precise time and quantity. One thing which influence is fluent of production. In order that production able to work smoothly, so it is necessary to conducting work resposibility to perform work operations in production process. There is exact work responsibility could be optimalizing collar worker productivity. Then, this thing have side effect to production cost. One way to create this situation is with using VAM (Vogel' Approximation menthod). On VAM, this case will be finished equivalen with transportation problem that production capacity and demand said on same squad, same total capacity and same demand. If some time this situation is not completed, then the system must be balanced out first with make capacity or demand Dummy.

The grouith of Jepara traditional architecture that begins too advanced now days had caused appearing ideas for the writer to creat design creation from Jepara architecture building component that is modern traditional. Desaigning and developing Jepara architecture component production is especiallied on a door carving only. The creation that will be developed is the improvement of combination of the material usage that becomes the basic material.

Abstract

Alocation problem of sources among the chalbanged activities will appear when company have to some activities that have limited resources to do it like PT. Berlina Plastics Pandaan face limited time machine for their each activity makes under time and over time on it. This make unexpected production cost caused subjective production planning that have been done based on the last experience.

Abstract

The research of application of electroplating technology testing at pandai Besi product as means to increase of quality and competitiveness had done, this research aimed to make reparation of production process and to applied electroplating technology in finishing process, until can adding to decorative properties and resistence of corrosion at product and to determine cost addition because that treatment.

Abstract

This research has a good to plan the product delivery schedule from central ware house to each ware house and from ware house to PT. Coca Cola outlet to minimize the holding number of product. To plan this schedule we implement DRP (Distribution Requirement Planning) method. With using the product demand data, lead time of delivery, holding cost and release cost, also BOD (Bill of Distribution). Then analysis them using DRP software to find the shipping schedule. After implementing DRP method PT. Coca Cola can decrease about RP 7.205.761.500,00 for 8 week.

Abstract

Every Real Estate Developer want the houser built wanted by customers. There is a dicrease in sale of houses that be saled by Tegalgondo Asri developer caused customer's unsatisfaction in fasilities or import of sevise value given by developer to customers who lived there. One of alternative to rise design value vasilities is making a new fasility design better than the old one.
