The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of fatigue with depression. This descriptive correlative analytic research with 78 samples. The questionnaire used was Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-G and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale. The mean fatigue score was 24.21 and 44.50 for depression. Pearson correlation result showed r=0.646 (p0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed R=4.18%, which means depression predicted about 40% by fatigue, and 60% influenced by other variables. There is a strong relationship between fatigue and depression. Management of depression and fatigue should be standard in patient care.

This study was conducted with the aim to test the reliability of knee height calliper which is then used to determine body height. The design of this research was observational with cross sectional approach with 22 subjects from Nutritional Science Master of Diponegoro University 2017 students. The measurement of height was done by microtoise, while knee height measurement was done by knee height calliper which then converted with chumlea formula. The reliability of knee height calliper and microtoise are tested by the test-retest method and the Pearson-Product Moment correlation technique. The reliability test results of knee height calliper and microtoise showed each r value is 0.991 and 0.099. These results showed that knee height calliper and microtoise are equally reliable used to determine body height.

The method used in the research was quantitative that was experimenting on water (H2O), which was subjected to x-ray radiation with tube voltage variation and calculating the level of peroxide (H2O2) in water that has been exposed to radiation. The study was conducted by irradiating one liter of water added with five milliliters of KMnO4 and one milliliter of H2SO4 as a catalyst with tube voltage variation of 40 kV, 60 kV and 80 kV with 200 mSec and 400 mA of 10 irradiation times. The analysis was performed using a spectrometer. The results find that the more radiation, the higher the free radicals are formed. While the higher the x-ray energy, the fewer free radicals are formed.

Six probiotic candidates were grown overnight at 37 °C in De Man Rogosa Sharpe(MRS) broth supplemented with 0.4 mg/mL of linoleic acid. The concentrations of the metabolite products in the culture media were determined using GC-MS after extraction and direct transesterification of the fatty acids. Linoleic acid was added to the sample as an internal standard. The result showed that Lactobacilluscasei strainAPwas able to convertfreelinoleicacidto conjugated linoleic acid in themedia more than 60% while five other potential probiotics such as Lactobacillus casei AF, Lactobacillus casei AG, Pediococcus acidilactici AA, Pediococcus acidilactici BE and Pediococcus acidilactici BK have abilities to convert free linoleic acid to palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid with varying percentages.

This research was conducted to know the difference of visit number and satisfaction level before and after referral regionalization policy. The research type is quantitative with cross sectional study approach. This study uses secondary data of JKN participants at the Hospital Bantul District. Data analysis using paired t-test paired test and analysis of variance (Anova). Based on the test of normality's output that visit data and satisfaction are normally distributed. The research data was taken in seven hospitals because it has complete data about JKN participants' satisfaction data in Advanced Health Facility Advanced Facility (FKRTL) before and after the policy was enacted.
