Abstract

This article was written as a report related to a leadership project assignment which is one of the courses in the Pre-service PPG program. The leadership project activities carried out are community service activities designed in parenting ministries. The parenting seminar aims to add insight and knowledge to parents in terms of parenting children with ASD according to their developmental stages and characteristics. The seminar method is carried out by conveying information based on research results followed by discussion activities by all participants in the activities. The implementation of activities is carried out in a hybrid manner, namely face-to-face and online. The goal is that activity participants do not only include guardians of students at the UM Laboratory Autism SLB, but have a wider range of participants. In general, the hope of implementing this activity is to increase parents' knowledge and skills in terms of good and appropriate parenting for children with ASD

Abstract

This research is to produce a Student Centered Learning learning model where this learning method focuses on improving and developing students' critical abilities. So that students get a portion to be more active in the learning process. The learning process also occurs in two directions. Students gain knowledge through studying individually, in groups to explore problems and not become passive recipients of knowledge. Abstract

Based on data from 2021, it is predicted that graduates from several health care majors will experience saturation by 2024, including midwifery graduates. Midwifery has a large number of graduates but this is not matched by the availability of job opportunities. This means that some graduates are forced to not work or work that is not appropriate to their field. So the Community Service team created a program entitled "Alumni Assistance to Increase Personal Potential Phase II in Efforts to Reduce Stunting Incidents with Toddler Massage" where this program will provide massage practice training to alumni, mothers and health cadres to prevent and treat stunting in toddlers. The results of the training showed that the average pre-test and post-test scores given to 15 health cadres as respondents were as follows: 8 people (53.33%) had moderate pre-test scores (7-8). Meanwhile, there were 7 people (46.67%) with high scores (9-10). The post test scores experienced a significant increase, namely: medium scores decreased by only 3 people (20%), and high scores (9-10) increased by 12 people (80%). Mentoring and training for alumni and health cadres has been proven to be able to increase the knowledge and skills provided

Abstract

The goal of this program is to help orphanage kids become more independent and entrepreneurial. These youngsters must be equipped to compete in the expanding industrial technology 4.0 era. To hone talents and prepare them for difficulties outside the orphanage, creative economy training is conducted. This service's methodology is trained in creating accessories and cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset. Their individuality, creativity, and self-confidence are the major objectives. Activities can be carried out using straightforward lectures, real-world examples of successful entrepreneurs, and group instruction in skill development. The kids of the Fatahillah Orphanage showed positive enthusiasm for this exercise. formal, preparing them to become a generation with knowledge, skills, and who has the attitudes and character necessary to effectively contribute to society and the national economy

Abstract

The acceleration of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) are undergoing marketing digitalization in order to boost market access and competitiveness. Through the use of creative marketing techniques, MSMEs can be encouraged to become more independent and powerful. Through the three pillars of the MSME Development Program—increasing output, cutting costs, and growing the market. One of the development's applications program is through the UMKM Digitalization Program. Using online platforms that can be accessed over the internet, such as social media, websites, blogs, online adverts, and the like, online marketing aims to promote items. The growth in internet users globally is a market potential for MSMEs to be used as much as possible to sell their products. 30 (thirty) MSMEs in Cinere Depok District, West Java were the targets of this exercise in order to benefit from this digital era as an opportunity to optimize the achievement of online-based sales targets. The purpose of this activity is to provide basic knowledge of the importance of digital marketing, branding, as well as simple brand analysis and development. The method used is through digital-based marketing assistance, through the practice of creating Facebook and Tokopedia accounts. The results of this activity through the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in understanding of marketing digitalization as evidenced by an increase in the post-test score, which was higher than the average pre-test score of 5.40 to 7.10

Abstract

The service aims to help develop businesses carried out by BUMDes through training in e-commerce techniques in Mendalo Indah Village. The method for achieving goals is carried out through stages; firstly a location survey, the two teams conducted a pre-research to find out the problems faced by partners and finally provided training and practice in using digital applications with e-commerce. Activities are provided to MSMEs and BUMDes administrators. The results are in the form of providing knowledge about digital marketing strategies to partners, and partners are able to utilize digital technology as a platform to increase village original income and the welfare of village communities

Abstract

This service program aims to optimize the urban farming area in Genitri Village, Pisang Candi Subdistrict, Malang City so that it can produce processed agricultural products with high marketability. Partners have problems regarding the unavailability of facilities and infrastructure to support urban farming activities. The service team was also present in the work program, including adding varieties of vegetable and fruit plants, building irrigation and sanitation channels, building public bathrooms, making processed agricultural products, and marketing products. The results of the service show that optimizing facilities and infrastructure can help make it easier for residents to cultivate urban farming areas to produce processed products with high selling value. The profits obtained from selling processed agricultural products are proven to provide high profits so that they can improve the economy of residents as MSMEs
