Abstract

The rise of postmodernism has created significant challenges for Christian theology and evangelism, particularly through the influence of relativism, subjectivism, and the rejection of objective truth. This study explores the theological implications of postmodern thought on evangelistic practices and argues for the necessity of maintaining biblical fidelity amid changing cultural perspectives. Employing a qualitative theological research design through document analysis and biblical-theological analysis, the study examined biblical texts and scholarly literature related to Scripture, Christology, hermeneutics, postmodernism, and evangelism. Findings reveal that contemporary evangelism faces the challenge of balancing cultural engagement with theological faithfulness, as attempts to accommodate cultural expectations may weaken biblical authority and distort the gospel message. The study affirms Jesus Christ as the foundation of objective truth and emphasizes that evangelism must remain rooted in Scripture rather than shifting cultural values. As a practical contribution, the study proposes the G.O.S.P.E.L. Evangelism Program, a theological framework designed to equip believers for biblical proclamation, community engagement, evangelistic leadership, and lifelong discipleship in a postmodern context.

Abstract

The incorporation of sophisticated digital technologies into the educational administration has emerged as a strategic imperative, radically altering the institutional governance, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes. This article presents a comprehensive conceptual review of opportunities, challenges, emerging technologies and future directions of digital transformation in educational administration. It discusses the impact of digital innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Learning Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Extended Reality (XR) on administrative functions including admissions, student information management, financial administration, human resource management, quality assurance, communication and institutional planning. The study identifies key opportunities for automation of routine processes, evidence-based decision-making, greater transparency, improved collaboration among stakeholders, and efficient use of resources, enhanced financial control, open governance and institutional robustness. At the same time, it critically assesses persistent problems such as poor digital infrastructure, cyber risks, financial constraints, organizational inertia, gaps in digital skills, ethical challenges, data privacy, interoperability, regulatory issues and digital divide. Drawing on the review of recent literature, the paper suggests a holistic framework for successful digital transformation by integrating technological infrastructure, strategic leadership, organizational culture, professional capacity building, ethical governance, and continuous innovation. The results indicate that sustainable digital transformation is not just about technology adoption, but also entails comprehensive institutional changes that are driven by visionary leadership and robust policy frameworks. The study concludes that educational institutions that adopt intelligent, secure, inclusive and ethically grounded digital ecosystems will be better positioned to enhance administrative effectiveness, educational quality, accountability and long-term institutional sustainability in the rapidly changing digital age.

Abstract

Parental involvement is an important component of early intervention for children with visual impairment because parents provide continuous opportunities for learning, mobility, communication, self-care, and functional development beyond formal intervention settings. The present study examined the relationship between parental involvement and early intervention outcomes among children with visual impairment. A quantitative descriptive-correlational research design was adopted, involving a purposive sample of 22 children with visual impairment and their parents or primary caregivers at Nirmal Special School, Jhalawar, Rajasthan. Data were collected using a demographic information schedule, a structured parental involvement scale, and an early intervention outcome rating scale covering cognitive development, communication, orientation and mobility, social interaction, adaptive behaviour, self-care, and functional independence. Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and simple linear regression were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed a high level of parental involvement (M = 3.82, SD = 0.61) and favourable overall early intervention outcomes (M = 3.68, SD = 0.57). Orientation and mobility showed the highest developmental outcome, followed by functional independence and self-care skills. A statistically significant positive relationship was found between parental involvement and early intervention outcomes (r = .67, p < .001). Regression analysis further showed that parental involvement significantly predicted intervention outcomes and accounted for approximately 45% of the variance (R² = .45). The findings highlight the importance of strengthening family-centred early intervention practices through parent training, home-based activities, professional collaboration, and active parental participation in intervention planning and implementation.
