Abstract

This study aims to determine the hedonistic lifestyle found in the student environment in the era of globalization. Hedonism is a human behavior that makes material pleasure and enjoyment a priority in life. Social media is one of the factors that triggers the growth of hedonism in society. Through social media, people can easily absorb inspiration or offers that can attract people's attention to buy these goods. Without realizing it, this can lead to hedonism in society, especially students, because they can buy things that they want, not their needs. In the era of modernization, many students are hedonistic, because they actually have a high level of contentment. The sense of prestige that exists, can also influence a person to be hedonic. students will compete to build their confidence again by buying things according to their wishes. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The sample in this study are 20 students at Tarumanagara University. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing open questionnaires online using google form. The results of this study illustrate that hedonism grows and develops in student life. Someone who is hedonic generally has a selfish, consumptive personality, and does not have careful planning in his life. So, in this era of globalization, students must be able to make restrictions on themselves, so they are not easily entangled in a lifestyle or hedonistic nature that only gives false pleasure.

Abstract

Panti Sosial is a place where many children, especially underage, are placed because there is no supervision and attention from the nuclear family. This is what triggers teenagers to be lazy to study and feel insecure to feel ashamed to learn something new. Adolescents or children living in children's social institutions need as much attention and supervision from caregivers or friends as possible. But the hope of getting it cannot replace parents. The number of caregivers is not balanced which causes the sense of attention, support, and affection from caregivers to be less than optimal. Apart from that, teenagers or children who live in children's social homes come from different families, cultures, habits, and socialization processes. Therefore, the solution from the author is about how teenagers or children who are in children's social homes are able to hone their thinking skills through learning mathematics. By using the Casework method, it is hoped that from the project agenda offered so that children or adolescents in children's social institutions are able to find their identity and capacity, especially in mathematics lessons which have a strong connection with the world of education.

Abstract

The role of the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Yogyakarta in preventing Illegal Indonesian Migrant Workers based on law number 6 of 2011. This is against the background of the large number of unemployed people who make Migrant Workers willing to work anything to be able to continue life. One of the solutions is to become an Indonesian Migrant Worker, because of the large demand for migrant workers from abroad and also the large number of people who want to become migrant workers with convoluted and expensive immigration procedures that make these prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers prefer to become Illegal Indonesian Migrant Workers. The research uses qualitative methods and data processing using interview techniques, field observations and document and literature studies, namely collecting data by systematic observation and recording directly at the research site. One of the efforts made to anticipate the misuse of purposes and objectives in the process of making Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia (DPRI) is to select and avoid the issuance of Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia with the intention of family visits, tourist visits to countries receiving Indonesian Migrant Workers, in this case the provision of Travel Documents of the Republic of Indonesia for prospective migrant workers should be in accordance with the provisions of the regulations  applicable legislation. What is meant here is that the requirements in applying for a Travel Document of the Republic of Indonesia should be considered more carefully, because there are so many data forgeries carried out by prospective Migrant Workers. The Class I Immigration Office of TPI Yogyakarta can act decisively if there are suspicious things in submitting a passport application. To further improve coordination between the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Yogyakarta and the Distributor of Indonesian Migrant Worker Services related to Indonesian Migrant Workers. Therefore, regular meetings should be held that can be held every month to discuss problems that arise or to find solutions to the problem of illegal migrant workers.

Abstract

Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) is strategic in the introduction and penetration of democratic principles, the spirit of nationalism, participation in the development of the country and character, schools through civic education in schools, and the wider community (community citizenship). Political education is part of the formation of concepts and conditions for building civil society, including the rights and responsibilities of citizenship that sustain the democratic life of a democratic state. The political competence of citizens must be accompanied by supporting ethics as the disposition or character of the development of previous competencies (knowledge and competence). The concept of ethics as a guideline and action in carrying out the democratic life of the Indonesian nation also contributes to this. Positioning in line with ethics and the concept of Pancasila as a view of life and philosophy in society, nation, and state.
