Abstract

Agrarian conflicts weakened the Administrative Judiciary and General Judiciary sectors in their settlement. The number of agrarian cases according to the Consortium for Agrarian Renewal for the period 2010-2019 amounted to 3,358 cases. The plantation, property, and infrastructure sectors become the largest agrarian conflicts in the last 5 years.  Normative juridical research methods, statutory approaches and case studies, primary and secondary legal materials with analysis and technical descriptive analysis. So the author analyzes the Urgency of the Establishment of Agrarian Courts. The results of the study assessed that the judicial power is free without outside intervention. The type of court chamber has not been able to solve problems in the land sector properly. An Agrarian Court is needed as an effort to resolve land problems and reduce blur in the authority to file cases. The administrative court and the general court have a jurisdiction to handle and settle agrarian conflict. The jurisdiction of administrative court is in the administrative aspect while the jurisdiction of general court is in the rights aspect. With high percentage of agrarian cases unsettled, there is a need to establish agrarian court to expedite the settlement of agrarian case comprehensively.

Abstract

The Mount Sinabung eruption in Karo Regency, North Sumatra, several years ago resulted in substantial material losses and fatalities. The Karo Regency Government through the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) had tried to deal with disaster problems, especially the Mount Sinabung eruption, by involving the Indonesian Army (Kodim 0205/Tanah Karo). The method used in this study was qualitative with a case study approach and sample Army of Indonesia. The results indicated that there was synergy, in the civilian-military relation, in efforts to overcome the Mount Sinabung eruption; especially in terms of evacuation and handling disaster assistance in a better and more systematic way. Therefore, there was a necessity for synergy between the civilians-military as a form to reduce disaster risk, emergency response, and for recovery phase for communities affected by disasters.

Abstract

Jaranan Arts Buto is an art originating from Banyuwangi and growing outside Banyuwangi and even outside Java. One of them is Jaranan Art Buto wargo Budoyo is a dance work that developed in the Sumbawa region, to be precise in the Five Residents Hamlet, Labuhan Sumbawa Village, Labuhan Badas District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Properties used in the jaranan dance buto is a horse with the character buto . Where buto is a giant known as evil in Javanese mythology whose shape is like the shape of a horse but has a giant character. The use of horses in Jaranan art Buto wargo Budoyo has a philosophy of fighting spirit. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. This study aims to determine the form of serving jaranan buto wargo budoyo such as movement, accompaniment, makeup and clothing, and things that support this art. This study analyzes the form of presentation of jaranan buto wargo budoyo in Labuhan Sumbawa using descriptive method is a qualitative research. The study used ethnographic methods from James P. Spradley's book. Ethnography consists of research techniques, ethnographic theories, and various kinds of describing culture. The approach used in this paper is choreography. The reference book that refers to the approach used is Y Sumandiyo Hadi's book with the title of content technique form . This research was able to find out the development and form of serving Jaranan Buto wargo Budoyo in the midst of the Labuhan Sumbawa community, Sumbawa district. Then so that it can be analyzed in written form by the next generation from generation to generation so that this art is still running today.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of football match rules in South Sulawesi Province referees. The main variable of this study is knowledge of the rules of football matches in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study is all football referees under the auspices of the Provincial Association of the All Indonesia Football Association of South Sulawesi. While the sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques with the samples used are 25 football referees in South Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of knowledge of football match rules, it can be categorized that of the 25 respondents are in the category that 2 respondents (8%) have a very less level of knowledge, 7 respondents (28%) have a less level of knowledge, 5 respondents (20%) have a moderate level of knowledge, 11 respondents (44%) have a good level of knowledge and 0 respondents (0%) have a very good level of knowledge. Knowledge of football match rules on South Sulawesi Province referees is in the "Good" category.

Abstract

Teacher competence is an important thing that must be possessed by a teacher as an educator in shaping the personality and morals of students as students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the competence of PAI teachers can shape the morale and personality of class XI students at SMK Ibnu Sina Batam and the factors that hinder PAI teachers in improving character. This research method uses a qualitative approach that seeks to describe the Social Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving the Characteristics of SMK Ibnu Sina Students in Batam City. The supporting factors for teacher social competence are the school principal's program to improve the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers, namely sending teachers to attend seminars and training from DikNas and outside the DikNas. Participate in teacher work strengthening training (PKG), educational institutions that support the development and learning of the Islamic religion in particular, infrastructure, Islamic religious education teachers are graduates of Islamic religious education. As for the Inhibiting Factors. Internal, namely coming from the teacher himself such as a lack of communication with colleagues in the profession and a lack of communication with parents of students and the community around the environment of the Ibn Sina educational foundation. Externally comes from students, students' family environment, lack of attention from parents to children's behavior because people are preoccupied with working and earning a living. Community environment, lack of parental supervision of the association of their children. So that parents do not know their children associate with anyone. So there needs to be a synergy between teachers and parents.

Abstract

The implementation of Profesional Learning Communities (PLC) among secondary school teachers can enhance school capacity and excellence. To assess the execution of PLC, a reliable and valid instrument is necessary. This research aimed to develop and validate such an instrument, which was distributed to 69 secondary school teachers in the form of a questionnaire. The Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) Evaluation Model, established by Daniel Stufflebeam, served as the foundation for the instrument. The content validity of the instrument was examined by experts, while the construct validity was assessed using internal consistency reliability or Cronbach Alpha. The pilot study findings suggest that the instrument is both reliable and valid, with 87 out of 91 items retained.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in students' understanding in respecting the equality of citizens. The subjects in this study were class X ACCOUNTING students at SMK NEGERI I KUTACANE consisting of 20 students in one class of boys and girls. This research was conducted using classroom action research (CAR), which consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative. Quantitative data obtained from cycle I and cycle II tests. The data were analyzed from cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that there was an increase in students' abilities in direct learning, this showed that the average value of the first cycle was 76 and the second cycle score was 79.5.

Abstract

Language is one culture; language is used by groups of people to communicate in life, showing everyday identity. Language also shows that life is social, something in society. The aim of the discussion is identity in Banyumas culture with the languages of cablaka and soul knight. Study This aim is to give a new and descriptive outlook to the identity of the Banyumas people, who are very popular with the Ngapak language, cablaka, or blunt in plain language without a straightforward look. This article is the result of research using local literature. I systematize return with a number of additions. Study This is done with the method of qualitative descriptive. Obtained data with field observations and then next with a search of local literature about Banyuma's identity Search started from A literary work entitled Smile Workman by author Ahmad Tohari narrates the life and culture of the Banyumas people, who have characteristics and the language used to communicate daily. Furthermore, Banyumas people are known for their accepting, patient, and spirited knights. In this study, the researcher found that the language is cablaka, outspoken, awkward, and soulful only in Banyumas, which is scattered in a few covering cities: Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen. There are language similarities, though the accent is a little different. However, Soul Knight is owned by Banyumas, proven by the nickname Banyumas, which is Banyumas City Knight. There are several characteristics typical of the Banyumas people's identity, including the language used: "okay," "bluffly," "cablaka, and "spirited knight.

Abstract

Connection husband and wife, parents with child, as well between member family, bound with principles in aspect muamalah (action between human) in general, and principles in marriage in particular. From the discussion presented in the proposed thesis research it can be concluded that: research shows according to Islamic law and the Act explained that the activity of begging and begging is a prohibited act. Various hadiths explain this prohibition. Begging is considered lazy work and does not rely on the strength that Allah SWT gives to make a living. Research also explains that there is a hadith which justifies the act of begging with the following three conditions someone is charged den a for pay off parent debt or his family, he can i beg until debt paid off, However after the debt paid off then he must leave deeds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a desire and also the purpose of using identity and symbols from Malay ethnicity and culture in the North Sumatra region. The results of research in the field will be analyzed using theory based on social action with research methods that use qualitative as well as quantitative case studies in North Sumatra. Data collection using detailed interview methods and also observations from respondents in North Sumatra. The data analysis used in this research method reveals various symbols of Malay culture in North Sumatra which have messages to convey to the wider community regarding traditions, culture and local wisdom in North Sumatra. Symbols are media that can be used to reinforce a status that has a relationship with power and also the human and natural resources in North Sumatra. The symbol of Malay identity in North Sumatra in the post-reformation era became one of the actions taken by Malay people as a form of existence for the Malay community to show their concern for local cultures in North Sumatra. This action is one of the motives of the Malay ethnicity in North Sumatra to change the potential for relations between ethnic groups in North Sumatra in order to maintain local wisdom and also hold the strategic side in North Sumatra. So that it can increase the value of Malay culture in North Sumatra.
