Abstract

This research was conducted on mobile phone counter MSMEs in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City regarding the influence of financial attitudes and financial knowledge on financial management behavior. This research involved 95 respondents from 124 populations who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection method in this research was by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents spread across five sub-districts in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City, determining the number of samples for each sub-district using the proportional stratified random sampling technique, then the data was processed and tested using SPSS. So the results obtained are that partially financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then partially financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and also simultaneously financial attitudes and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of MSME players. cellphone counter in Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of Burnout and Teamwork on Organizational Commitment in Employees of the Family Pharmacy, Pekanbaru City Branch. This type of research is using quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the technician section totaling 102 people. This study used employees of the technician section of the Pekanbaru City Branch of the Family Pharmacy as the object of research. The sampling method uses saturated samples, namely 102 respondents. The analysis method used in processing this research data is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination using a significance level of 0.05. The data processing of this research uses the help of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that there was a negative and significant influence between burnout on organizational commitment. There is a positive and significant influence between teamwork on organizational commitment. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between burnout and teamwork on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of digital marketing and service quality on customer loyalty among Gojek users, with a focus on students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Riau University. The research method used was a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a significant influence on customer loyalty among Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. Apart from that, service quality also has a significant influence on customer loyalty among Gojek users among FISIP students at Riau University. Thus, it can be concluded that both digital marketing and service quality have an important role in forming customer loyalty on the Gojek platform among FISIP students at Riau University. It is hoped that the findings from this research can contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and improve service quality for Gojek and other similar companies in increasing customer loyalty, especially among FISIP students at Riau University and can also be a reference for further research in the same field.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work placement, work stress and teamwork on the performance of Aviation Security personnel at PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) Branch who worked at the terminal with a total of 240 people. In calculating the Slovin formula, a sample of 36 people was obtained. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that good work placement and teamwork have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while work stress has no effect on employee performance. In conclusion, to improve the performance of security personnel, management needs to pay attention to appropriate work placement, reduce work stress through employee support programs and strengthen teamwork.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and supervision on the work discipline of PT Division III employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency. The research method used is quantitative. The sample for this research was 91 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed through linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The research results show; (1) There is an influence of motivation on the work discipline of Afeling III PT employees. Tasma Puja Kebu Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency. The calculated t value t table or 9.677 t table 1986 was obtained and the significance was 0.000 0.05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if motivation increases by 0.535, it will increase the work discipline of PT Division III employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency is 5,830 consistently. (2) There is an influence of supervision on the work discipline of Afdeling III PT employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency. The calculated t value t table or 9.474 t table 1986 was obtained and the significance was 0.000 0.05. The results of a simple regression analysis show that if supervision increases by 0.721 it will increase the work discipline of PT Division III employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency is 4,662 consistently. (3) There is an influence of motivation and supervision on the work discipline of Afdeling III PT employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency. From the results of the F test, the calculated f value f table is 56.675, which is greater than f table 3.10 and sig 0.000 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that motivation and supervision contribute to the work discipline of PT Afdeling III employees. Tasma Puja Kebun Sei Kuamang Kampar Regency was 56.3% while the remaining 43.7% was influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility, company size, leverage and investment decisions on the company's financial performance. This type of research is quantitative and uses secondary data with media in the form of financial and annual company reports in the basic materials sub-sector taken from IDX. The population used in this study is 96 companies through purposive sampling criteria selected 21 samples of companies in the basic materials sub-sector with a period from 2019-2023. Data processing using eviews version 13. Based on the results of the test conducted that simultaneously the variables of influence of corporate social responsibility, company size, leverage and investment decisions have an influence on the company's financial performance.  Partially, corporate social responsibility affects the company's financial performance, the size of the company does not affect the company's financial performance, leverage affects the company's financial performance and investment decisions do not affect the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the direct influence of leadership variables, non-physical work environment, and occupational health and safety on the work productivity of technician employees PT. MADAS Elektrikal Kontraktor Tembilahan. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was all 42 technician employees. This research used technician employees of PT. MADAS Elektrikal Kontraktor Tembilahan as research object. The sampling method used a saturated sample, namely 42 respondents. The analytical method used in processing this research data is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination using a significance level of 0.05. The data processing for this research uses the help of SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that leadership variables, non-physical work environment, and occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of technician employees PT. MADAS Elektrikal Kontraktor Tembilahan.

Abstract

This study aims to look at internship experience, job interest, and self-efficacy on job readiness (case study of management students class 2018-2020 faculty of economics and business, Riau University). The population in the study were students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau class of 2018-2020) who have participated in internships with a total of 517 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which is the activity of taking samples from the population if the population is not homogeneous (not the same) and there are levels (stratified) proportionally, so that the sample in this study amounted to 84 people. The data analysis method used is multiple liner regression analysis using the help of the SPSS Version 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between internship experience on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence between job interest on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between internship experience, job interest, and self-efficacy on job readiness.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has changed the consumer paradigm in making purchases, especially through online platforms such as Lazada. This research aims to examine the influence of online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, with a focus on students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau who use the Lazada application. The research method used was a survey via questionnaire distributed to 300 student respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Lazada. This shows that online customer reviews and ratings play an important role in shaping buyers' perceptions of the products offered on the platform.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 2) the influence of personality on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 3) the influence of the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship and 4) the influence of personality, entrepreneurial knowledge and the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis model. This research uses data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The sampling method used was the simple random sampling method. This research uses statistical data analysis methods using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that 1) Knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 2) Personality has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 3) Family environment has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 4) Knowledge of entrepreneurship, personality, and The family environment together has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This means that the influence of these factors interacts with each other, where individuals who have good knowledge about entrepreneurship, a strong personality, and a positive family environment will have a great interest in pursuing an entrepreneurial career.
